The ladies at the front have been nothing but kind and assured me that she would be in good hands. She is a little anxious, so they very generously gave some calming treats for free to try to see if that would help as other treats have been unsuccessful. But after the third visit, my dog came home injured and passed out for the entire night, which I don't think is very healthy. I got mixed responses on why he might have come home with a limp that lasted about 4 days in the end. It made me think that they weren't watching the dogs properly and there's very little down time for these dogs. Since I can't trust them to watch my dog and make sure that he doesn't get hurt, we've moved on to another place. By the way I've been to several other daycares in town and this never happened so having it happen on only day three of coming here is pretty concerning. Plus it should probably be a red flag that any place charges extra for you to watch what's happening on a webcam so you know what's happening at this place. That would have been very helpful for me to understand what happened to have to keep my dog at home for 5 days to recover.

There were a few problem behaviors we were able to work on right away. Jumping, sitting, and overall listening. AJ is extremely great with our dogs. She helped us learn the tools we needed for our dogs to be successful. After 8 sessions our dogs are doing great with door manners, a long stay, coming when called and more. She has taught us fun games that allow the dogs to use their noses to find scents, while also tiring them out. I recommend AJ to anyone in need of help with dogs who already are great, but have a few quirks to workout. And I highly recommend AJ to anyone with new pups in the house. AJ listened to our needs, and investigated our surroundings/situation. AJ prioritizes Nala's delicate insecurities. There are not many Trainers (or businesses) that go above and beyond the need to "sincerely help" and yet is still a professional. ie: AJ has accompanied us on numerous Vet visits; suggested Doggie Daycare, plus accompanied us on Nala 1st visit and ensured Nala's transition into socializing with other dogs. Our 6 month old now has the basic obedience and puppy skills along with socialization. Our Ziggy is a little more work. He has leash reactivity with other dogs and shows signs of separation anxiety as well.
