I used to love this place bc I'd get a small pizza durning my Landry and it was good pizza and then I tried to call ahead one day and they kept throwing me on hold for over 30 mins and when I came in and tried to ask about it they were very riding saying they've were super busy and there's only 3 tables of people including myself. I work hard so I get it but then to laugh at me and sake their head because I asked is uncalled for. I was very nice when I asked and didn't deserve that and I still bought my pizza. Shocked by the lower ratings. Tried cheese and pepperoni slices. Both were far above average, great crust. The staff was super nice. The place was clean, had a nice beer and wine selection and before taking a lasagna to go, my husband and I tried a bite. All their pastas are made in house and are delicious. Totally shocked by low reviews, but let me start at the beginning. My wife went to school here and this was her go to place for real NY/NJ pizza. As we grew up on opposite ends of the George Washington Bridge, pizza matters... and real NY/NJ pizza is hard to find out here. As we are moving back to town, we've been trying different places. Some are very good, but nothing so far has been authentic. Then we came here. We picked up a "Two for Tuesday" special (large pizza, two free toppings) with meatball and mushroom. Out of the park excellent. I truly thought I was back in NY. Meatball especially was spot on. Could have used a bit more cheese, but it was delicious. Will definitely be back for Margherita Mondays (25% any Margherita pie, my wife's favorite). Again, people were nice, pie was ready when they said it was, and it was delicious. Easily top 5 places I'd go to for some great slices or pizza in general. I've gotten the slices throughout the past few weeks and enjoyed everytime. Crust is a balance between crunchy and thin. Absolutely delicious calzone! I am so surprised by the Yelp score of this restaurant. We stopped in for lunch and were not disappointed. The service was helpful and let us know you can add as many toppings for $3.99 a slice. The inside has pictures from Italy and gives a traditional pizzeria feel with a wine bar too. You can turn any pizza into a calzone for a slight discount. Today we tried the pesto chicken calzone and it was delicious. Bursting with pesto, chicken, cheese and tomato's it was everything I could have hoped for. Be sure to get an extra side or marinara for the crust and a pop of acid to cut the cheese. It took around 20 minutes and we were the only ones in there so if you're in a rush be sure to call ahead. I can't wait to come back again and have another one soon! read more

Our 1st visit. The BEST AMAZING pizza. We will be back just for the pizza. We ordered medium King and Specialty Spinach; both are awesome! The house italian tomato sauce is to die for! A small place. pretty much self service. You order pizza at the counter, order drinks at the bar, and wait with a table number. Beautiful homemade italian desserts are available. Housemade Tiramisu is sold in a lobby cooler. BUY IT! Eat it in or take home for breakfast. Fantastic! If you are lucky enough to dine on the right night, an angel Heather will take your bar order and make your visit exceptional. She tends bar, conveys the exceptional italian wine list with expert knowledge, and attends to all other needs necessary while you are dining. Food was good. Has great flavor and a good crust to pizza ratio. Service was lacking. All the teenagers there seemed extremely unthrilled to be working/talking to us/to be existing in general. But food was too tasty to give a lower rating. Ambiance was lacking as well. read more

Poor service, pizza was even worse. Been coming here for over 20 years as this WAS our favorite pizzeria in FC, but recent experiences have been thoroughly disappointing. Orders messed up (ordered lasagne and meatballs and forgot the lasagne), pizza undercooked despite ordering the crust "crispy" as I've been doing for years. We even rec'd a pepperoni pizza last winter with the pepperoni in the shape of a smiley face - total mockery of what was once a great pizzeria. Terrible experience today with Pulcinella. Called in a pick up, guy was rude and said "sure" in a negative tone when I asked if I could place the order. Should have known at that point to go somewhere else. Picked up the $28 medium pizza that's completely under cooked, toppings tossed on like they don't care. I miss the Harmony location, that at least gave a shit about the over priced pizza they made. Save yourself the coin and get pizza elsewhere I called in for a refund, was transferred to a manager who hung up on me after he said the refund processed. Owner called me shortly after to have my review updated and wouldn't give me a chance to talk. Just kept saying over and over that running a small business is tough.. I get it. I try to support small business by spending $28 on a pizza instead of ordering from one of the big companies and saving money. Very disappointed in this business. read more

I moved here in October from New York. A friend told me about this place since I couldn't find any pizza worth eating. It wasn't New York pizza but it was the best Colorado pizza in Fort Collins. Now it's Aug and it went down hill fast. They never have slices of regular and when you order a pie they started to use cheaper ingredients.Very disappointed. 2 stars might be to many but I'm wishing on a star they go back to the old ways. read more

Our organization was hosting an event and we reached out to Pucinella to see if we could get pizzas donated. The person I talked to was friendly and helpful.
