Cool spot in the suburbs of Atlanta. Cigar and whiskey selection was reasonable enough. They have awesome cutters and torches to light the sticks you buy. It was a nice spot to grab a drink and a cigar. The service was friendly, but not super knowledgeable. No food just hookah and a cocktail. I had the smoking old fashioned with Woodford and the Mango Mint hookah. Both were good and the music playlist was a vibe. The servers were nice but could have been a little more attentive to their customers would have made this a great experience. We had to wave the server down every time we needed something. The north has finally arrived! Beaumonde (formerly in area on the Lion's Den) is a neighborhood gem with just the right amount of offerings to satisfy every pallet. There are phenomenal Caribbean dishes, vegetarian options, and variety of meats with the lamb chops being the piece de resistance! The chef thoughtfully prepares each dish, with just the right amount of spices and will prepare to preference. For me it was the lamb chops, medium, and it's flavorful preparation complemented the bed of veggies that accompanied. I added Parmesan herb fries as a side. The items my companion wanted were not available unfortunately, and they included a chipotle style shrimp that was heavily recommended and a chickpea type appetizer that I cannot recall the name, something like samoas. He opted for a vegetable dish one of the servers said she had earlier that day. What he received is one of the reasons for the missed five star rating. Despite asking for the exact dish the server said she had as she shared she was just eating vegetables, rice and chicken were added with the up charge that we discovered later. Still tasty, but not what we ordered which is pretty important to me. I must go back to share that the dish the server mentioned was discussed when we first entered and went to the humidor section of the establishment. The variety of cigars were ample, and the server, previously mentioned, came to assist as needed. There are also hookers available with a variety of accessories and flavors to enjoy on site or to go. The decor was very pleasing on the interior, as well as the patio and humidor area as previously mentioned. I thoroughly enjoyed the design throughout, including the restrooms. Gold accessories in lavatory are usually a little gaudy for me, but they pulled it off! The bar was well stocked and interior table area looks good also. We dined on the patio because of a private party who had reserved the inside (despite spilling over into the outside patio as well). The NBA finals were also on the exterior TVs, so it was a bonus to sit out there on a beautiful evening and enjoy with our food and cigars . The patio area is covered, so that is also a plus if inclement weather is a factor. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with the service, shout out to Monica for doing double duty as she is a bartender, and our main server Kennedy. Jonathan was helpful as well with getting the TVs to work as there were some technical difficulties initially. Food!!! Extremely well thought out, prepared and priced well. My other concerns were staff being overworked when there are large parties to serve, which led to mix up in orders and overcharging due to duplication and/or confusion. As a project manager, I would suggest having a dedicated bartender and an extra server for the hours of large parties and special events. My hubby is a cigar connoisseur and found this little gem. I was so happy that they had a spacious outdoor patio and a full bar. The bartender (Ray?) was amazing. She made me a yummy Grey Goose Peach Martini that was perfectly balanced (not sweet). I enjoyed the chefs special which was mussels and my hubby ordered wings and fried cheese. My only critique is that for the first hour they didn't turn on the TVs or have music available. Overall it was great and we will return. read more

This place was such a great find .. went here for a post work happy hour and we were pleasantly surprised . The outdoor seating is very neat and amazingly set up . Ordered hookah along with margaritas and wings . Their regular wings (no sauce ) was my fav and the no flavor margarita was so well made . Our server was very kind and attentive to us ; I like how she asked us our names and also remembered it while we were there . I waited a while before leaving a review. I tried the place 3 different times; and I won't mention the experience the first two times. So I guess the 3rd time is the charm. We finally caught them open; as their hours of operation is a hit or miss. We went on a Friday evening and they had a good DJ playing Afrobeats, Caribbean and R&B. Dope vibe! Super cozy outside! We did not get any sticks or hookah this time. The reduction of one star was due to the severely slow service! Omg! From the drinks to the food! The food was pretty good, I had the salmon and the hubby had the T&T pasta. Hubby has an old fashion and I had a glass of Riesling and a shot of Tito's. Hubby said the old fashion was AMAZING! Super strong with a perfect balance of flavors. The stars literally are for our server! She was super sweet (can't remember her name). It was only 3 ppl total working! The cook, and two bartenders/servers working. This is the reason for the slow service they were doing everything including working the retail side selling the cigars. So I extended some grace and gave 4 stars! We will definitely be back! It's a cool, chill, professional, adult crowd! Great chill spot in my neighborhood!! Update!! I had to take every star away! Offensive and disrespectful customer service. I attended Beau Monde Cigar Bar restaurant recently and encountered the worst customer service experience, in my life, with a bartender. This bartender calls herself "Vee". Ms. Vee's attitude was offensive, disrespectful, unprofessional and demeaning to me without cause. I will not return to this cigar bar solely because of her behavior. Please note her disrespectful behavior and attitude was totally unprovoked and I had never met this woman prior to the incident. (I and others were sitting at the bar, so other patrons, and at least one other bartender other than Vee observed or heard this encounter as it occurred). I asked Ms. Vee for the name of her manager or the owner to report the incident, but she lied by responding that she did not have a name or number to provide. Eventually I acquired the name of the General Manage (GM) and reached out to her via phone call and email. The GM eventually responded in a diplomatic manager and apologized for Vee's behavior and the experience. She also indicated that the incident would be addressed internally with Vee. Finally, the GM indicated that there were no previous "formal" complaints regarding Vee and implied that Ms. Vee may have had a bad day, thus the reason for her attitude. There is no excuse for her attitude or behavior. Customers should not be a target of verbal abuse or verbal assault simply because the bartender or server is having a bad day or has personal issues. I will not return to this establishment nor recommend this place to anyone. read more

I frequented this restaurant the first year they were open, even helped them get the sign on the front of their building, with some discreet calls to local leaders. The food was good (not great). But they went through so many managers and policy changes, I quit going as frequent manager changes is clear evidence something is wrong with the owners. She (one of a husband and wife team) and I used to talk about cigars and her golf outing she was putting on at the time. But I had an odd situation the other day discussing with her about opening her cigar shop earlier. Some cigar shops have closed recently, and she has an opening for additional business. I suspect she has never done a market analysis or even understands what an MBA could do for her. She became quite aggressive with my suggestion. I didn't recognize her at first as she has grown rather large the last few years. Maybe some other personnel issue(s) were causing her rudeness. Her husband is a great guy. If you go there and need to talk to the owner, talk with him. But I recommend not going, if you are good to spend 300+ dollars at a restaurant, you don't need an attitude as well. read more
