There's basically nothing on the web for this place with the exception of a under constructional website and an article that says the owners of Cuisine of the Himalayas are behind this Thai food place. There is a advert sign on 74 before the light point you in the general direction but if you go to the shopping center behind Mc Donalds off of Bergen Pkway, you'll find this down from Chase bank. I went there on a Weds night and this place was full with the exception of the bar stools. There's not alot of decoration in the place but hey we're all there for the food. With my 1st experience, I ordered Chicken Pad Thai, Guotie, and Spring Rolls to go and found all of the food to be yummy. Staff was friendly and the prices were under very reasonable given the portions I got. I definitely look forward to going back to this place to try some of their other dishes. read more

On a Saturday afternoon, I enjoyed a chicken cashew pad that was excellent. My wife had a salad with beef that disappointed, as it was floating in fish sauce. My boyfriend and I eat A LOT of Thai food and Beau Thai is one of our favorites. We discovered this place after a long day of skiing about a year ago and now every time we go up to the mountains to hike or ski, we stop here afterwards. Our drive down I-70 to Denver is not complete now without Beau Thai! The staff (and owner) are very friendly, the food is very consistent and authentic, and it's always served quickly. My favorites here are the Pad See Ew and Panang Curry. The portions are very large, so much so that we usually have a nice sized lunch the next day! Prices are good, especially for lunch (before 3 pm). I highly recommend that you make the drive from Denver or stop here on your next trip back from the mountains! This is the best Thai place ever!!!! Their pad Thai is "pan fried" and SO tasty!!! Best pad Thai we have had... to the point where we don't even order pad Thai at other restaurants because we know we will be disappointed compared to Beau Thai! The people are very nice here, but despite reading previous good reviews, we just didn't have the same experience. The food had, well either no flavor, or was so coated in red chili flakes that all we tasted was heat and lots of it. Ordered Pad Thai with chicken, medium heat, and my husband who usually loves spicy food couldn't eat it. Looks like the chili flake shaker broke over our noodles. Inedible. Drunken noodles tasted like...nothing. It was strange. Fried Rice was literally white rice with veggies, but without soy sauce. Flavorless as well. Maybe they just forgot some ingredients? We've eaten at US Thai in Edgewater, which hands down in the best Thai we've ever had. So with that said, we wouldn't go back to Beau Thai for entrees, but would maybe order the gyoza (pot stickers) and fresh spring rolls. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to try out the restaurant while he was in town visiting and my first impression was that it's very clean and cozy. I ordered the garlic chicken and a Thai tea and my boyfriend ordered the drunken noodles and a beer. Our drinks were brought to us quickly and the food not long after. I ordered my dinner a "five Thai spicy" and while it was spicy I could have taken a little more heat to it but it was absolutely fantastic. I enjoyed it so much that I went back a week later and ordered the same dish to go. I'll also add that even though quite a snow storm had begun while we were eating, it was never cold in the restaurant even though we were close to the door while is huge for me as I get cold easily. What a great little spot tucked in the hills. We were also happy to see one table outside. We loved the green curry (mild) and ended up putting that sauce on everything we ordered. The other dishes were ok but not nearly as flavorful. Those were the pineapple fried rice and the pad cashew. It was nice that brown rice was an option and we felt the portion sizes were generous. Great Thai food from a small tucked away gem of a restaurant. My food was fantastic, the tea was great, and the Thai iced tea is practically dessert. The gentleman who waited on us,whom I presume to be an owner, was attentive and kind. My friend, who claims to know fish sauce, says his meal was made very well with a well aged sauce. We ordered Tom Yum, Pad Woon Sen (vermicelli noodles), Pad See Eew, and Fried Rice. We like the Fried Rice and Tom Yum. The soup came in a nice fiery hot pot and it makes a nice presentation for the spicy hot soup. We had better Pad See Eew and vermicelli noodles. Wish I returned the vermicelli noodles as it was not good. The portions was large with nice portions of vegetables but they need to reinvent the sauce for the noodles. It was a snowy Mother's Day in Evergreen. We spent the day relaxing and watching the movie Frozen in our sweats. Going out to dinner seemed like a chore- so whenever we want take out- Beau Thai is our go to place. I haven't been there in a long time. When we arrived the counter was filled with other people that had our same idea. Again- the Panang curry and the Massaman curry's hit the spot - both delicious when paired with the beer. A wine doesn't hold up to the spice and we like it spicy. The dumplings are the best appetizer. I will miss Beau Thai when we move - wish there was one in Winter Park. read more

I really love this place. After being disappointed time and time again in Denver, I resigned myself to never being able to find the good stuff in Colorado... Then I moved into the foothills, and I decided to give Beau Thai a shot. 5 visits later, and I can safely say that this is the best Thai I've had in Colorado. And I've tried a lot of these places. I give this place 5 stars based on service and the food itself. I got pad Thai and Thai basil. They were both perfectly spicy, I got medium. Delicious flavors, bursting with insane flavor and the vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly. The crab cheese wontons are really good. They stuff them SO full of delicious filling. I give this restaurant 4 stars ONLY because the food is excellent. But, there were problems with our first visit. They seemed overwhelmed with only 1 server (it's a tiny dining room but with the to-go orders, he couldn't keep.up). The service was very slow, and they didn't bring our drinks until after our appetizer and dinner arrived. We weren't the only ones frustrated with the slow service. The floor was FILTHY and vacuuming won't do it. They desperately need new floors, an update to the tables/chairs, and decor. The atmosphere was so sad. All that being said, the crispy spring rolls were delicious. My husband had drunken noodles and raved about them. I ordered cashew chicken and it was yummy but lacked enough sauce. We also couldn't help ourselves and ordered the mango sticky rice -- Loved it!! If the food was even a little bit less great, I would not go back. Next time I go though, I will probably order it to go -- and avoid the slow service and nasty floors. read more

First time here and had heard good things about this place. Food was good service was seriously lacking. Teenage girl was the server. Never asked us if we wanted drinks, brought out our entrees five minutes apart(usually an entire table is brought out at the same time), we were literally the only couple/table in the place. Server also didn't know the WiFi network or password. There was no music or any background noise so it was uncomfortable having a conversation. Oh and to top it off no pen was given to sign the credit card receipt. The server was obviously not trained at all, so don't blame the server. Even left 20% tip. Just another example of apathetic running of a business. Pretty much par for the course in Evergreen. Will probably not be back. read more

Great Thai food! I had the Pad Thai with Duck and it was spectacular. I ordered medium with sweet pepper relish on the side so I could control the heat of the dish. I love the flavor sin the dish and wanted to be able to spice things up when I wanted to. Good service and a nice quaint atmosphere. My kind of place...we will return. read more

After reading the other reviews, we weren't sure what we were gonna get from this place. Seems like it was hit or miss. But we were crunched for time before my friend's play, so we took our chances. I tell you it was a hit that night. The duck pad thai was so delicious and worth more than what I paid for it for sure. The service was great and they got us out of there with time to spare and we even got dessert. I wish that they had more than beer and wine but when we had to go through a DUI checkpoint on the way home, I was pretty glad they didn't. While the ambiance wasn't the most ideal, I was completely fascinated by it and wondering why on earth there was a red flyer wagon above the wall with the Buddhist art.....Next time I see my friend's show in evergreen we are definitely getting dinner here first! read more

yeah! We have Thai food in evergreen (Bergen park area). After moving from city center Denver to Evergreen in Feb 2010, we most missed Thai food take out, but no more. We've only gotten take out, three differnt times, so can't speak on the service, but the staff always seem friendly, even offered me a glass of water while I waited for my order. We've started with the fried spring rolls. Menu says you get 2, but we have gotten 4 the last two visits, perhaps the 2 means it serves two, or perhaps the cook had just been generous the last few times. The amount of sweet & sour sauce they give you is pathetic thou. A to-go bullet that is maybe 1/4 full. We've sampled both the Panag and Massaman tofu curry dishes. We order this Thai hot and it is. The last time we ordered, the oil did separte and pool at the top of our container, but just stirred it back in. Also have had the basil, ginger and spicy thai chicken. have ordered them all at medium level of spice, some times it's hotter than other, but if anything they go under on spice, not over.These dishes have always come with a good deal of veggies and good flavor under the heat. Also, sampled the Pad Thai with chicken, classic dish but nothing out of the ordinary. Thai Ice tea was good, not overly sweet, but just right. My only real issue aside from the amount of sweet & sour sauce they give, would be their actual to-go containers. The curry's come in a tall plastic soup type container with locking plastice lid. The main dishes come in a flexible tin round with cardbopard cirle top. The aluminum dish the folds over the lid to tighten. What a mess! They leak, they dent, they are a nightmare. Next time I come here, i'm bringing a cardboard box to put my food in. No matter how I poistion the to-go in my car (on the seat, on the floor, wedged between two items, etc) half of my sauce always come flowing out of the container into the bag before I make it home. It's a 15 minute drive from my house to this restaurant, but totally worth it. Although we do keep a take out menu in the car and tend to order and just swing by on the way home from time to time. All around, recommend by far. Far exceed some of the other "Asian" dining I've had in Evergreen. read more

At Beau Thai the basil flavors are delicious, portions are generous, and service is friendly without being overbearing. Best dishes are red curry, tom ka, and the basil stir fries. Drunken noodles are also pretty good, but the pad see ew is bland. Beau Thai is so much better than the other Thai food in the Denver area. The red curry makes me feel like I'm back in Bangkok blissfully eating my way through the city with a burning mouth. read more
