It was amazing! She was so detailed with cleaning my toes and feet. She made sure everything was perfect. The massages were amazing. She does great work and is very sweet! When I arrived for my Mani and Pedi, they quickly greeted me and gave me a multitude of gel colors to pick from. While I was waiting for a Pedi chair to open, they started the process of removing my gels. When we got them removed we realized that the prior nail salon had out two holes in my nails and didn't fully take off the powder I had one before they covered it with gel (probably trying to hide the holes). Angela was awesome and gave me a couple of suggestions for how we could best handle the situation. We ended up doing a dip so it could fill in the hole. They had a lot of colors to pick from with the dip. I have never had dip done and am super happy with the results! I also got the luxury Pedi and my feet are still smooth and beautiful days later. I was super happy with my services and will definitely be bringing my business here from now on.

Anyway, then a woman came who knows us because we are old customers -- my whole family has been coming here for years. But this time, one woman disappointed us a lot. She asked what nail shape I wanted, and I told her I wanted a round or square shape for my toenails, which meant I did not want my nails cut completely short. Later, when I looked, she had cut all my toenails very short. When I told her that I had already explained what I wanted, she told me to "shut up" and said, "Let me do my job." I stayed quiet and thought there was no point arguing anymore. Then my mother also got upset and asked why she had cut them all short when I had clearly explained beforehand what I wanted. After that, I got upset too and told her, "You spoke to me very rudely when I was calmly explaining the shape I wanted." She again replied rudely and said, "Do you want the service done or not?" She showed so much attitude toward me in front of everyone, and then she left me there without finishing the service. I really do not understand why she behaved with so much attitude. Doesn't a customer have the right to say what they want and do not want? This was the first time something like this happened. Another worker who was sitting nearby apologized. My mother asked her where that woman had gone and who would complete my service because I was still waiting. She said nobody else could do it because they were busy, and I would have to get it done somewhere else. She also apologized and said, "I don't know why she behaved like that with you." I told her it was not her fault, but that woman treated me very disrespectfully and rudely, even though I had politely explained that if she did not understand, she could have asked me again. I had somewhere to go, and in the end I did not even get the service the way I wanted.

I've been cooming to this nail salon for over 5 years, and they are always doing their best! I don't expect perfection, I enjoy consistency and gratitude. They are always polite and helpful. I know that nail art isn't their niche, so I never come here for that type of service. The place is clean and the staff is all smiles. Amazing selection of polishes and a good variety of other esthetic services. The products are great quality, and the wait time is minimal. Appointments are encouraged by not required. The prices are posted and explained before they begin the requested work. Many of us regulars enjoy chatting with one another, but for the most part, it's a peaceful, quiet place. If you're looking for a nail service you can depend on, I recommend giving them a try. My only suggestion is that you keep in mind that they are more of a general nail shop and not a nail art salon. It's important that we rate these businesses for what they do offer, not what they don't specialize in. I will say that I started with a young woman and then a client walked in (I'm assuming a regular and she left me to do her toes) and a older man took over but they didn't communicate to me directly what was happening but I got the hint so whateva I was okay with it.
