I decided to go for her Glo2Facial because it looked unique and something I haven't seen before. It focuses on exfoliation while also increasing oxygen that allows your skin to absorb the products more effectively. The first time I had my eyebrows tattooed, I went with my mom to someone's house in San Jose. It hurt so badly that I actually sat up and said, "I'm done." She only finished one brow. The second time, I had my brows done during a microblading class. The person doing them claimed to have many years of experience and a busy shop. She was also supposedly trained by a famous microblading teacher. Unfortunately, I ended up crying about my brows for years. Not only did the process hurt, but I hated how my brows looked. They were extremely thick, high, uneven, and completely overwhelming for my small face. I felt like I had two devil horns sitting on my forehead. After almost 10 years, I finally found the courage to try again. When I went to Aileen's Beauty, I made it VERY clear that I did not want microblading. I was worried it would hurt, and I was also afraid that the results would fade within a few months. Aileen reassured me that the process would not be painful and, most importantly, that they would take their time to perfect my brows until I was completely satisfied. It has now been 3 months, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my brows. Everywhere I go, people compliment them. She is able to customize each treatment based on my skin condition every month, she also possesses the skills to implement thermage and some more advanced treatments. I have sensitive skin especially around Tzone, the area would get red and irritated during the summer months. Hannah has done a few treatments to really calm this area, she also recommended Histolab which is a spa grade Korean skincare brand for my everyday use. I booked two back-to-back appointments for my mother and I on their booking website since it wasn't possible to book two at the same time, but Crystal texted me and asked me whether I would like to have them done at the same time by her and her sister Stephanie. At the end of the facial, she told me that in the future I would be able to text her if I'd like to book another simultaneous appointment. They also offer loyalty stamp cards, with every 10 visits you get a 50% discount on any service. Very considerate of her! As for my experience with the facial itself, I loved it. Crystal worked on my skin, while Stephanie worked on my mother's. I have very acne-prone skin, so Crystal did gentle hydro exfoliation and extractions around my nose & troubled areas before putting a rose hydrojelly mask on my skin to calm it down. Normally, extractions bring me to tears. It genuinely gets so horrible for me that if there's a tissue put above my eyes, it will become wet. However, Crystal applied minimal pressure and at the end, I was impressed that she got out all of my blackheads and whiteheads without me feeling as much pain as I had in other locations! Crystal told me that their products are based in fruit enzymes (cherries, pumpkins, apple, etc). I can't speak for my mother who received an anti-aging facial, but I can say that she fell asleep mid-facial because it was just that relaxing!
