Nayera and Elin are thorough in their processes - consultation, suggestions, plan, prep, and execution. They're definitely aware of any ongoing and upcoming trends and love seeing any inspiration photos to work off of. Don't be afraid to tell them what you don't want to see in the end result - they know how to manipulate the lip to ensure you receive what you asked for. Sharing my experience again because nayera got my last review removed and I will keep sharing if it gets deleted because people need real reviews. DO NOT RECOMMEND. After my filler appointment, I noticed migration and reached out to have it evaluated. Instead of my concerns being taken seriously, I felt dismissed. I was told that it was "just the way I see them," rather than receiving a thorough or supportive assessment. An attempt was made to dissolve the area, but too much was dissolved. When I returned to correct it, a different filler was used, which left my lips uneven and with an unnatural shape. Despite this, I was told I would need to pay more if I wanted additional filler to fix the issue, something I felt was caused during the initial treatment [[HIGHLIGHT]]Communication was also very frustrating. I decided to go to Nayera to have my lips done because I know 2 of here clients and really loved her work. I've gone to her 3 times now and every appointment has gotten worse. My first appointment she hit a vien by my eye causing me to have a terrible black eye for 2 weeks. I'm sure she knew as soon as it happened because I was bleeding like crazy and in pain but said I'm a bleeder and that was the cause. I've been getting botox for about 8 years and never bleed before so i knew it wasn't me. The 2nd time I went to her for botox my entire forehead looked like I got stung by bees for 24 hours which has also never happened to me. Once that botox set in it caused very harsh lines above my brows so I went back yesterday to fix that issue and she added 2 units under each of my eyes very close to my under eye and I am now completely swollen with blood shot red eyes. I am happy with my lips and she didn't charge to fix my botox yesterday but I will never go back. read more

She's kind and provides honest discretion to make sure you achieve the enhancements you're looking for. It's hard to find a provider who is reputable and trustworthy, but I wouldn't trust anyone else with my beauty work. I would say Meri botched me. I told her I'm concerned that my eyelids are getting droopier Every time I do Botox and she told me it's just time to get an upper blepharoplasty and suggested very excessive Botox more than I've ever had and it was heavy. She didn't consider a different technique to protect my lid folds. It dropped my lids even more. She didn't listen to me at all and is obsessed with zero forehead movement. Since I hit the big 3-0 last week *no biggie* I decided to go see the beauty queen herself, Nayera. I have been following her for years now and have seen what amazing results people post about. I read about how everyone talks about her gentle touch and what a perfectionist she is, which is what you want when it comes to your face. So I booked a consultation with her just to go see what types of options there are out there and get more information. Her office is located at a very prime area, right on Glenoaks Blvd and very easy to find. A huge plus is the fact that they have their own parking spots in the back of the building. I walked in and I was already in love. The decor, the lighting, the fresh aroma of the office. Everything is so tastefully decorated. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. She checked us in and asked us to have a seat. We admired the office more when Nayera walked out. She is so sweet, so welcoming and friendly. She took us into one the rooms and of course it was decorated so neatly once again. She had a fun neon frame in the room that made it so fun and bubbly. Nayera took her time explaining the difference between fillers and Botox and different brand. She examined our faces and told us what she recommends and thinks. I so admired her honesty: she said I wouldn't need anything major done yet but if I want a "preventative" then she would do just a few units on my forehead. But most places would actually try to sell you as much as they can and just make money off of you. But Nayera was extremely honest and very direct which made all of us trust her even more and respect her more for it. She told us the different price ranges as well and gave us time to think about all the information we had learned form her to make a decision.
