She briefly explained the instructions in less than 20 seconds, but it was challenging to understand what was expected, given that it was my first time since she spoke so quickly. Kiana then informed me that my hair was too long for laser treatment, which she couldn't perform due to its length. I told her it's been two days since I shaved and she said she couldn't. I declined her suggestion to return for another appointment since I had driven for 45 minutes from Elk Grove, and it was challenging to get away with four young children. I asked if there was a razor available for me to use, and she agreed but noted that it might not be as effective since their razors did not work well and she stated that she doesn't want to be late for the other clients. It's worth mentioning that she was running about 10 minutes late for my appointment. It's obvious it's not a business based on customer service and making you feel comfortable. I have 5 more sessions left, but I had the front desk note on my account that I do not want to be booked with her again. Overall, I found Kiana to be impolite, unprofessional, rude and lacking in bedside manners.

Since part of the area I paid for would not be treated, I asked if they could instead include the small 1-2 inch area of hair on her hand that is directly adjacent to the treatment area. My request was denied because hands are considered a separate treatment area with a separate fee. While the staff was polite, I was disappointed that there was no flexibility, especially since I only requested treatment of a very small area in place of an area that would not be treated. I believe customers should be clearly informed of these limitations before purchasing a package so they can make a fully informed decision. Looking back, I wish I had paid more attention to some of the negative reviews before purchasing. I assumed that because the business is located in a professional, upscale area, I would receive transparent and customer-focused service. No Clarity:I showed Sara a reference photo for my microblading session, but she went beyond what I asked for. Without me asking, she used a tattoo gun to shade my eyebrows, leaving them too dark, too thin, and uneven. The result didn't resemble the photo at all, and I immediately knew something was wrong. 2. Dismissive Attitude During the Session:When I pointed out the issues at the end of the session, Sara denied there was a problem and insisted the brows looked good. She assured me that the brows would fade and any imperfections could be fixed during the "perfecting session." I trusted her, but the damage was already done. 3. Ignored Aftercare Requests:After the session, I messaged Sara to express my concerns, but she left me on read. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, hoping the brows would fade over time. They didn't.
