I've been searching for a place that provides high-quality facials and truly pays attention to your skin, and this spa exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, all of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, but Fiona was especially sweet. She cleaned my blackheads, applied a face mask, used relaxing serums, and handled my skin with such gentle care. What I appreciated most was how clean and professional she was. She washed her hands before starting and in between different steps of the facial. They were nice but pushy. She did an okay job but not what I asked for. I gave her directions for wispy volume and photo of what eyelashes lengths to use and she did not follow. She used long lashes for my inner eye and left a gap. This was a "new set". Also, you are in a room with 2 other clients so not a peaceful experience. I would recommend going to their shop in Hacienda Heights. I will be going there for new set next week.
