Less than a week in and I have had two chips. I went in to have the one fixed and all they did was not fix the problem but filed my nail down so the chip was not visible. Normally in multiple other salons a dip manicure takes close to an hour or more time to do correctly. The man that did my manicure took less than 40 minutes. I had called and made an appointment. It started off with this one woman who was very nice and did my pedicure, once I sat down and she was working on my manicure. Once she trimmed my nails I was told that she had another appointment so I had to move to the person next to her that clearly did a crappy job. If she had an appointment why was my appointment given to her is beyond me. I felt like I was treated more like a walk in. But still paid over $100. I will not be going back to fix the chips because they just make you feel like you are a little Cuckoo when you go in n to have them fix their poor quality. Next time when my regular place is closed due to an emergency I will wait at least they do a good job and stand by their work!

I've faced the same issue *in every single viatnamess nail salon* and that's why I always end up with Russion manicure. It is the WROST feeling to pay almost $200 (in certain countries this will be your rent for a house) and your pedicure looks like crap. Russion pedicure lasts me beautifully 2/3 months.

The nail tech never told me her name and was on the phone talking throughout my service there, which I think is just rude. I never talk on the phone when I'm getting my nails done for that very reason. As far as the work itself, she put on only two coats of the dip color. The nails aren't smooth and, one week later, it's already lifting at the cuticles. Plus I told her that two of my fingers are crooked and to look at the nails from the back to ensure they are evenly filed. She said people look at it from the top, and I told her I understood but I see it from the bottom and I'd like them even. Of course, they're lopsided so I fixed them when I got home. Nothing like giving the customer what she wants! (She did a good job of cleaning up an ingrown toenail, but that nail now keeps splitting and I have to file it each day.) Needless to say, I won't go back. Number one? I think not.

Everybody's nice and pleasant and the place is never a ghost town. As much as I don't want to share Justin, he's just SIMPLY AMAZING! Last week, my scheduled pedicure appointment with Kelly was switched to another technician without prior notice. Unfortunately, this technician was visibly upset and, when I politely instructed her on how I wanted my pedicure done, she became aggressive and began yelling at me. To my shock, she stopped in the middle of the service and told me to find someone else to finish. Another technician eventually stepped in and completed the pedicure, but by that point, I was already humiliated. I asked to speak with a manager at the time, but my request was ignored. Three days later, I called and spoke with Sophia, who assured me the manager would return my call, but no one ever did. I find it unacceptable that I was treated so unprofessionally and then disregarded when I tried to address the issue. At the very least, I expected an apology and some acknowledgment of the poor treatment I received. Since that did not happen, I will no longer be returning to the salon. I hope you take this feedback seriously so that no other clients have to endure a similar experience.

So I sort of got lucky today when I wasted my time driving to a training that was rescheduled and I was not informed. And I decided to run with it. I walk in and was greeted immediately by an employee at the desk right by the door. I requested a gel manicure because the regular stuff does not stay on my nails longer than 1 day. She provided me the plastic nail color sample. To be honest, there was not much variety. I wanted a dark red sparkle color for Christmas and did not see anything like that. I was led to the chair I would be sitting in and I asked the technician doing my nails if there were more possible options. He provided me another set and I chose from there. The most important aspects of nail salons for me are if their tools are sterile and they actually paint my nails properly. I scanned the place while my technician was hard at work. The establishment is very clean and well kept, along with their tools. My technician's name by the way is Whiskey. Yes, like the drink lol! He was very thorough and did an excellent job. My gel manicure was $27 which is not horrible. No glass of wine like the last place I went lol. I am definitely visiting here again and requesting Whiskey. The picture is just for reference. I took the picture 2 weeks after the manicure and it still looks awesome!

Rather than do the services at the same time, they opted to do all the services separately: her manicure, pedicure and then my pedicure. I waited for over an hour before they even sat me for my pedicure. Mind you, I had an appointment and confirmed it the day prior. I was there for over 3 hours. Not offered a water or anything. Then when it was time to pay, apparently adding gel (which I know is always an up charge) was an additional $35! I didn't complain at all during my 3+ hour visit, just sat politely but did question the amount of the upcharge. The woman said 'Yes. That's correct. Now goodbye' With all the salons in the area, an expense nearing $200, I expect more. I would never return nor recommend.
