I recently got a back facial. I know...what's a back facial, basically it's exactly the same as a facial treatment except it's on your back and it's amazing. I had received a pedicure three weeks prior to this treatment & Kim, the pedicurist suggested the other treatments they do here....I thought back facial sounds nice and I am definitely coming back for another session. It lasts an hour and it starts with a cleanse then steam, followed by exfoliating scrub, mask treatment, foot massage, arm - hand massage, then light back massage. The cost is very reasonable and the room all this happening in is clean but could use a little tidying up (they may use room to store products in) or maybe dim the bright lights for a more spa like feeling, but all and all it was amazing. read more

Do not go here! Save yourself the trip and money! I went to get my eyelashes done and they had two different people doing my eyelashes while I was laying down. My eyes were closed but two different women came in and out the room. I requested a hybrid set & they barely gave me a classic! & I paid over $100! The next day the lashes were falling out and they were not full. I called & was told to come in so they can "fix" it. Waste of time!! After laying down for over an hour, I looked in the mirror & just gave up! It was horrible. I'm not the one to complain or leave reviews, but to pay so much money and spend so much time and not receive what I requested for a second go around is insane. I always get my lashes done so I know exactly how to care for them. How long they last and how they're supposed to look & after three days my eyelashes should not look like this! I do not recommend. They do not care about the customers, they do not do quality work and one of the women that were doing my lashes I found out is not even a Certified lash technician! So upset! read more

First-time visit, and unfortunately not impressed enough to go back. While the place is spacious and offers different services, I got a pedi and dip for my nails. While the pedi itself was relaxing, I was then moved to the nail station and let my toes dry for an hour during the dipping process. Negatives for me - apparently too much polish on my toes because after an hour when I put on shoes to leave, I later found out the polish was smooshed ;-( WRT to the dip, the tech filed too much polish off in some spots so I can see blotches in the polish which I, unfortunately, could not see in the salon I think due to lighting. I was charged 122.00 for 2 pedis and one gel manicure. The 2 pedis were 42$ for the deluxe although they only asked for the selection for one of us. I don't know what my friend was given. So even still, 84$ plus a gel manicure to equal 122$? So 40$ for a gel manicure?! I have had gel and never left feeling my nails were wet. My friend was sure her nails were not solid dry. I have been coming to this nail salon on and off for a year now. Not usually one to post reviews (this is my first) but I had to after today. I always have a pleasant experience here but today was exceptional. I started with a relaxing classic gel pedicure by Helen while an episode of Judge Judy was playing in the background. Halle then did a wonderful job with my dip ombré nails plus design and was so patient as I was trying to decide the best colors to use. Halle also took the time to explain the process. Bought a Groupon and so happy I did ($25 mani pedi) I was nervous to come here because I usually base my Groupon purchases on reviews and pictures people post, but there was not even a Yelp page for them, I had to create it. This is a new salon and the owner is super nice. She told me about how they have an air filter system I believe, that cleans the air and is healthy for them and the customers. The interior is beautiful! Right when I walked in I felt like I was in a luxury spa, just what i needed. So clean and calming, I definitely recommend this place. You can buy the Groupon or come in and take advantage of the 20% off deal they have on any service. The mani and pedi was fantastic. So relaxing, such a good job. This place is terrible. For the record the photo is my mother's hand. I called and was very specific about who she wanted an appointment with. Whoever took my call said no problem. Then she gets handed off to someone named Mary? Not who I had asked to service her. Needless to say Mary did a pretty terrible job. Lumpy, uneven and honestly the worst dip manicure I have ever seen. My mom is a semi regular here and leaves a generous tip every time she visits but she will certainly never be going back. How this place is operational I'll never know. DO NOT waste your time or money. She also let me know that they left her with her nails drying for over 35 minutes...dip nails need virtually no time to dry and set. Mary left her to attend to a rotation of three men who came in for pedicures and some kind of service in a back room. I'm literally horrified. I repeat HOW is this place operational? read more

I would give this place a 5 star but I'm used to back rubs while your nails are getting unpolished - and that wasn't done here (I like getting the dip powder) and also the hand massage at the end was very short...overall though the quality and service of the place is fine. I worked with Harley the technician. They do have a MILLION different dip powder colors which was awesome to choose from. She was a little rough when taking the nails off but overall she was pleasant to talk to and very chatty. I would come back here again. read more

Super rude people. Kept cutting my toes until I literally bled and didn't even say sorry when I audibly said it hurt. Manicure was terrible, they didn't take care of my cuticles and again cut me and my friends fingers until we bled and the manicurist didn't care. None of my nails were filed in the same shape and when I asked her to fix it she grabbed my hand forcefully and started grumbling about how I was picky. Manicure top layer flaked off until it looked like dry donut glaze and it was TERRIBLE. Never going there ever again. Don't waste your money. Or drops of blood lol read more

I went here for the first time last week. I lived be nearby and never tried it. I walked in and was greeted by the staff right away, very nice and prompt. I noticed a gentleman sitting with his feet up on one of the manicure stations. Quickly realized through interactions with the owner. I won't go into detail but he was very inappropriate, in my opinion, and made me very uncomfortable. I won't be going back for that reason. It is a shame.. because the staff was extraordinary, treated me and the other patrons like royalty. My classic pedicure had very very extensive massage.. just great! They came out the best I've ever gotten my nails. She was very efficient and took her time. The place is also very clean and gorgeous inside. I would recommend this place to anyone. I saw the reviews here and was excited to try this place. I called and made an appointment for a manicure and gel nails. I got there early and was taken right away. I picked black polish for my toes and the nail tech made a face, yes a face to show she didn't like the polish. Then I changed to OPI bubble bath a pretty pale pink. She rushes to finish my pedi and does an awful job on my two big toes. Polish all over cuticle, very messy. Then she goes to her appointment and another nail tech, who just woke up from a nap in the waxing room, came to do my nails. I said I wanted bubble bath and she paints them a pale pink that is not bubble bath. I was a bit taken aback and won't go there again. Disappointed. read more

I noticed my friend had a beautiful manicure. I thought she had just gotten it done, but she said it was 3 weeks old when I complimented her. She told me she got a dip manicure for the first time here and that she loved it. She recommended I try it out. I did a drop in and they took me right away. I did a full set of acrylics with dip powder - it looked pretty when i left but when I came home, I noticed a lot of acrylic on my cuticles and I wasn't happy. Full disclosure: I have teeny-tiny nail beds and I have been told my nails are difficult to work on with acrylics. At any rate, I came back upset the next day and the owner calmed me down with a smile and asked me to please have a seat - that they would all be fixed to my liking - she was very kind and understanding. The new nail tech, Lindsey, was amazing. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the length and style - I wanted coffin/ballerina nails - and she, well, NAILED it. If you're doing acrylics, ask for Lindsey - she's so good and I've had several nail techs work on my hands doing acrylics and no one has gotten it right until now - I'm picky! Bought the Groupon for a Deluxe Mani-Pedi package. Ty gave me an amazing spa experience. Hot towels, hot stone rub, gentle and thorough massage. It took 2 hours for the whole treatment and well worth it. Some Nail Techs can be rough, or rushed. Ty was thorough and gentle. Very clean salon. I will go back. Ask for Ty. read more

Last weekend I tried Beauty Nail Spa for the first time. I got an acrylic fill with a gel mani and regular pedi. Also had my eyebrows and lip waxed. Everything came out perfect. I went in 4 days ago because I was in the area and crunched for time. They were able to take me right away even though I didn't make an appointment which they clearly didn't approve of the walk-in. I was getting a fill and the nail shortened a bit the girl did the first hand asked me if it was OK and it was. She continued on to the next hand and then started the color, and then because an appointment came in she couldn't finish my nails so she had another girl stop what she was doing to come and finish them. What I left with was jagged uneven nails, and today only four days later one snapped right in half with very minimal force. It was $38 for a fill, and it was horrible work I can't believe this place is even in business I'll be sure to tell everyone I know never to go there. read more

I hate giving bad reviews, but this one seems necessary. I decided to give them a try because I worked at the hair salon that used to be there and I was curious about how it looked after they renovated. It was beautiful and clean inside! I should've known from looking at the menu that their pricing was off, all of the services had printed prices and most of them were crossed off and a new higher price was written in pen. I brushed it off and was willing to pay the $5 more for the dip powder, even though the menu said less. I also decided to get a classic facial, which consists of cleansing, exfoliating, steam, extracting and a massage. They decided after I was done to charge me for the "deep pore cleansing facial" which was $20 more ($75!) even though I know how facials go, and they definitely did not do that one.. in fact the whole time I could tell she was winging it. Her reasoning was that she "didn't know how to do a classic facial" (at which point she should've mentioned that BEFORE doing the facial!) She barely brushed the extraction tool on my face, and besides that, if she is licensed to do facials she should DEFINITELY know how to do a classic facial!!! They didn't even use a single hot towel on my face, instead she used some weird sponge pads dipped into the same bowl of cold water to wash the products off my face every time. The massage was okay but definitely not worth $75!! They gave me $10 off and 20% written on a card for next time (there won't be a next time) so they still got $15 more out of me than was advertised. The whole experience was just weird and they certainly won't stay open for long if they think they can just overcharge people without telling them up front that it's more than they advertise. I'm very upset and will definitely not be back and will not recommend them to others. read more
