It happened twice where I called ahead of time to make an appointment and I get there 15 minutes early and my appointment wasn't honored. I can get past a few minutes past my appt time but both times they went past about an hour. Both times I had to walk out without being taken care of. During the time, I wasn't acknowledged or they didn't excuse themselves or point me to the direction of another stylist until I spoke up. I had been going there for 6+ years and never had a problem until new management. Since the start, It wasn't the same vibe and there was just something about the team and atmosphere.

What upset me the most was how my concerns were handled. When I told Annie that I wasn't happy with how my nails turned out, instead of trying to fix the issue or offering any solution, she told me there was nothing she could do. She came across as rude, had an attitude, and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter. As a paying customer, I expected at least an effort to address the problem, not to be dismissed. Brian was my…read morenail tech, and the amount of detail he put into my nails especially around my cuticles was incredible. He took his time and was so gentle during the removal process. Instead of aggressively drilling down or yanking my old set off, he removed them with so much care, which I really appreciated. He gave me the exact shape I asked for, and although my design was simple, the execution was flawless. The quality of his work speaks for itself.
