You get asked a few questions about your energy and what you want to focus on and then for acupuncture, they'll check your energy levels. After inserting the needles in, they leave you to it. No music or meditation or chants. Just you, and the car horns outside. I think that's where I'm a little disappointed. Other places I've been either give you one of the two and check in on you. I was just sorta left for I'm assuming was 30 minutes? There's no clocks so I lost track of time. Next few times I came, I was prepared to do some meditation on my own and really focus on my thoughts, breathing and healing. I have pretty decent insurance and so it only came out to about 20 bucks per session and at that price, it goes from a 3 star review to a 4 star. But without that, I could easily rate this a 3 star place. I'll be coming back for sure though. Every where else seems to have a wait list or they aren't as nice. Everyone is super nice. You wont find anyone not happy to be there.

The hardest part was locating the lobby doors to enter the building since there are also restaurants/businesses on the first floor. She accepted credit card and I paid tip in cash. Bathroom is in the hallway with keys provided by the office. The nice part about her business being within the chiropractic group is that you can check-in at the front desk and wait in their waiting room. I've been to other small businesses with a single room where you wait in the hallway until your appt. Definitely planning on returning. Located in the tall business building, 9th floor.

Instead, she doubled down and tried to gaslight me, claiming I had simply "misunderstood" the energy worker. I didn't misunderstand. I understood perfectly. That this woman has no business working in any healing profession. If your definition of support includes judgment, spiritual superiority, and minimizing unimaginable grief, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere. There are plenty of practitioners who actually understand what compassion means.

It wasn't comfortable, she it left funny bruising on my back and I left her office, still in pain still. BUT THREE HOURS AFTER THE SESSION, THE PAIN STOPPED!
