Very nice atmosphere. There is a guy who speaks English fairly well, and they are all very eager to help. I went on a Saturday afternoon and they were pretty busy, but I still didn't have to wait very long. I got a gel manicure for $25 and a pedicure for $16. To change the color of the gel it's only $15. They were very kind to me and made sure I was comfortable. The only problem I had was they didn't have the color of gel polish that I wanted and I don't really like the color I have now. DO NOT COME HERE !! I came in to get gel mani and they used tools that weren't even sterile ! He cut my skin twice on top of that!! I requested glitter gel on my 2 middle fingers and when the guy put the polish on he gooped so much on that it spilled to the sides of my nail when it dried. So I told him I didn't like it and to change the color. He didn't even clean all the old gel glitter off before he put the new color so it was terrible ! My cuticles looks horrible as well! So when it came time to pay I told him I was only paying for my pedicure and not mani because I was not happy with my nails. I asked to speak to the manger, which it was him that did it and I told him no I'm not paying then he tried to tell me I'm can't leave without paying. My favorite place to get my eyebrows waxed. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes before been helped. However if someone besides the waxing Susy helps you be prepared to be dissapointed. The short brown hair women does a terrible job, leaving you with a red face and full of residue. read more

TERRIBLE PLACE STAY AWAY came here after work showed the lady Mimi the design I wanted she said I may not be able to do 100% but 80% ok? I understand this but when it looked more like 5% was even on the wrong side she tried to convince me it was ok. I've been here quite a few times and its always a disappointment when I get my full set. They talk among thier co workers and pay no attention to what you want done. The last time Ive been there I asked for the white tip as she whips out GLITTER ones!!!! Ive had glitter before and I know exactly what they look like after. I can't tell you how much I hate this place! First of all don't ever ask for Mimi because she was trying to do my nails and then I caught her picking her nose and then trying to come and touch me. I told her not to touch me and then she got all mad because I didn't want her touching me after she just picked her nose. Also do not ask for Tim to do your pedicure because he will start on your feet and then right in the middle of doing something he will go finish up another lady's nails after touching my feet and not washing his hands. Love this place! Just moved by this spot and I had to try it out after good reviews about the eyebrow waxing! They did such a great job on my eyebrows and took thier time. Also on my nails and toe nails they did amazing fixed every little problem and also left my nails the exact way I wanted! I will definitely be coming back again! Staff is very friendly. I came in to get a pedicure n full set I was sat with in 20 mins as they had a full house of clients. Woman started working on my pedicure and with in 5 mins someone else started my full set. pedicures was great not rushed at all. Danny is my favorite and I usually come in on the weekends to get my acrylics done by him, but the entire staff does a great job on both hands and feet! Came here, cause it's very close to my house. Big mistake! First of all, couldn't help myself but notice how dirty place was, but decided to stay, since I was next. After waiting for 30min, another customer came in, and told one of the employees she wants him to do her nails next. Couple minutes later I hear him calling her to sit down. this salon is now A salon that I hate sadly I have been going to the salon for over 10 years and have seen the unprofessionalism and disrespect progress throughout the years. I called the salon earlier this morning and asked how much it would be for a polish change and was told $10 yet when I went in around 530 I was told that it would be $20 for a nail polish change with regular nail polish not even gel Mimi has done my mom's nails for the past six years and now also does my grandmother's nails she has never done mine but they have recommended me to her when it comes to my nails Richard in the salon does my pedicures and is absolutely heaven but Mimi today was extremely rude and told me when I told her it was absurd to charge me $20 for A nail polish change she told me that I need to go somewhere else since I want to be cheap when I mentioned my call from earlier she said well I don't know who told you that stupid thing but that's not the price it's $20 she then proceeded to openly talk about me to a nail guy who was sitting next to her telling him that I'm cheap I need to go to another nail salon while I'm sitting right in front of her I will never go back to this nail salon again because the rude and disrespectful this is ridiculous and it wasn't only me that noticed their rudeness. WORST!!! NAIL !!!!! SHOP!!!!!! Me and my mom went to this nail shop because prior to going we heard so many good things about this nail shop so I wanted to try it out BAD IDEA!!
