This place isn't worth 4 stars, generally speaking. But, compared to the surrounding nail salons, it's one of the better ones, which ups its star status! (I don't want to have to drive really far) I have tried almost ALL the surrounding salons that do gel nails, and you get what you pay for. I found a place that did gel nails for $18, but they were horrible! The price here is average. I get the gel nails, and a spa pedicure, which totals about $40-$45. This place is convenient. It's clean, I rarely have to wait, there's always a good movie playing, and the work is consistent. So I guess I can say, this is "my" nail salon...since I come here more than the others. read more

This place is pretty cute - as you walk in you notice all the gals wearing uniform - that's a first one! They're all pretty friendly and get you seated right away. They have a huge plasma screen and they play movies for you while you get your service. I really got into the movie and had a hard time leaving! I have been looking for a new nail lady and Came upon this place randomly one day. I used 1 lady in particulor twice and was not happy at all. I seen other girls leave with beautiful nails done by other people and had to give them another shot. I had Cindy do them and I LOVED THEM!!! I think I found my new nail girl!! They have so much to choose from. They have TONS and I mean tons of different acrylic powders and colors to choose from. Didn't have one person work on me for more than 10 minutes at a time...kept switching techs so no part of my fill or pedicure was done consistently. Made my toes bleed several times. When my nails were finished, the gel polish was so sloppy and I had polish all over my hands. I would give this salon zero stars if I could. Don't waste your money. read more

I wouldn't consider myself a difficult customer and I do my best to be just with my reviews. I've been to this nail salon a few times in the past and the work is always good. I gave the location one star because of customer service. By far HORRIBLE! An appointment was made for Mother's Day, what was supposed to be an enjoyable experience for my mother, sister and I; nonetheless it was just the opposite. The ladies knew ahead of time what was going to be done for the three of us (once again we had made an appointment for each of us) and the owner Cindy was incredibly rude to us. She yelled at us constantly. One of the employees (Trahn) had suggested to my sister to get their Mother's Day special, when my sister declined and asked for something else (of lesser value) Trahn told her that she wouldn't have time to do her nails. When asked if it was because she wasn't getting the more expensive package they (Trahn and the owner Cindy) were very quick to say that they had other appointments. We stated that we would then go elsewhere they decided to service us, however the entire time they were rough and continued to be rude. Another thing I didn't appreciate was that they wouldn't charge my card with the total until they saw cash for their tip. Really? After such terrible service you still have the audacity to demand that I show cash to ensure that everyone gets their tip?! Never again. . read more

Never coming back again!! I Got a full set of acrylic stilettos and when it was time to take them off I had a fungus on my left ring finger! My nail is completely gone on that finger from them using the drill too much on my nail bed. It took 5 whole months for my nail to recover and return back to normal. This was the worst gel manicure I have ever had. It hardly lasted a week. The manicurist rushed through the job and it showed. The shop was dirty and customers were kept waiting for well over thirty minutes while being told, "five more minutes!". Stay away. When I was able to look at my nails with glasses on, I had a noticeable space from the cuticle on most nails with pieces of acrylic sticking out on a few! Started coming here somewhat regularly because it was cheaper than most nail salons in the area and they always play movies. My last two experiences, however, have been really terrible. Both times I've waited for over an hour, the last time I finally had to just leave. And the only reason I stayed that long was because I kept being told they would be "right with me" and even having me sit in a chair and filling the tub with water. Which got cold. I haven't gotten my nails done for close to a year now. My friend recommended that I come here so I did. It totally slipped my mind to check their closing time. I came in at 6:50 pm when they were closing at seven to get a regular full set and they were still warm and welcoming. I felt so bad cause I'm sure they wanted to close and go home. I've been going here for the last 3 Years. I love it. I used to get acrylics (before I had kids) and they always looked natural and lasted forever. Now I do gel nails and the color usually lasts for a full 2 weeks. I always request Tran for my pedicures. She's amazing! When Cindy is available, I'll have her do my manicures. These group of ladies are extremely happy, always whiling to satisfy the customer, and are always whiling to fix whatever mistakes they've made or what you necessarily don't like (and they don't get upset about it like everywhere else I've gone!). Cindy the owner is always trying her hardest to make everyone happy. The prices are not the cheapest nor the most expensive but they are VERY worth it. They do the best pink and white I've ever had done in over 20 years of getting my nails done. The place is clean, friendly, and professional. The most important part here is they build relationships with the customers they don't see a dollar value when you walk in. I have been going there for over 10 years and loved it until about 6 months ago.. Notice the the cleanness has gone to shit.. Just plain dirty.. Making appointments really doesn't matter anymore.. To top it off they removed the clock from the wall because they don't want you to see a how long you wait before they start working on you with an appointment. Half the spa chairs don't work.. I told her to give me a coffin shape and she gave me square I asked her to fix them 2 times and she didn't.
