Beca Nails is consistently great! I've gotten manicures and pedicures here for years and it is always such quality service. There is lots of free street parking in the neighborhood and a parking garage attached to the building.

Beca is absolutely incredible! I've been trusting her with my Gel-X nails for almost 4 years, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. No design is too complex for her, and when I'm unsure of what I want, she always offers fantastic ideas that end up being exactly what I had in mind. I love the intimate and cozy atmosphere of her salon, which is such a refreshing change from the bigger, more impersonal places. My nails always turn out flawless, and no matter how last-minute I call, she somehow manages to fit me in. I can't recommend her enough!

Ugh I REALLY wanted to love this place! I don't know if it's because I called at 6pm and asked for a basic mani/pedi and it was late in the day and they were tired and just wanted to go home or whatever the reason but I don't feel like this is $65 job ($35 pedi/ $30 mani) plus a $10 tip so $75 for this. Ya'll be the judge just look at the photos. I got my nails done 1 day ago. $75 dollars and I have to go redo my nails. I don't know maybe I just just ugly feet or something.

I have been going to Beca for quite some time now. I first started a few years ago at a previous shop before she started her new location. After taking a break from nails, she was the only one I trusted and have been consistently going to her for a little over a year now. Her work is amazing! Couldn't resist stopping by my new fave salon today for some over-the-top nail art. Love this retro 80's fluro & glitter gel manicure by Anna! She was amazing (& I hear Beca is too). It was also VERY affordable compared to other LA or NYC salons. It's a very small boutique salon with just a few chairs, so the ambiance is straightforward & best if you're going for solo mani/pedi or with a friend (not a big group). But definitely check them out -- they are such precise, focused, super talented artists & technicians. If you bring in inspo pics they can do anything. Huge fan. Will be back every time I come thru LA for SURE.

If you're looking for a nail salon with more of an intimate setting and nail techs who take their time with their craft. I'm always a satisfied customer leaving and in general when I make my appointment because I know they're always going to take care of me and accommodate my needs. I don't always get my nails done but when I do I come here for that mani-pedi combo and I'm always nodding off in my chair. I work across the street and had been needing to get a manicure and pedicure, and a co worker went here and recommended them right away. Very clean, great service, and I was very happy w my manicure & pedicure. But be sure to call and pre book your spot because they work by appt only, it's a small spot but it gives it a more exclusive one on one feel For sure . read more

The workers were really nice and tried to be accommodating. The prices are also reasonable for LA. On the other hand, my regular nail polish showed cracks after a few hours and started to chip after one day. The polish on my toes didn't dry properly so it was smeared the same night, though it had been hours since I left the salon. My sister also got her nails done and her gel polish chipped after 4 days (gel is usually supposed to last at least 2 weeks). Less than a week later, the gel polish was pealing off on all the nails. There was also a schedule mix up so my sister's pedicure was rushed. Overall, I wouldn't recommend unless you're doing acrylic which may last longer than the gel and regular polish they have. read more

Been at the salon 3 times now. Was somewhat satisfied only once. every time I had to wait awhile after the appointed time. Quality of work is only ok. Once all my nails were different lengths. Last time the shape was bad. I explained as best as I could what I wanted (same design I do every time, so there actually was an example and I even took a reference photo, but the shape was still off). Too wide and too pointy, my nails look like claws... absolutely frustrating look... They convinced me to switch from the materials I've been using for years to another option, assured me that it will be a less expensive option, easier, faster and healthier. So far I'm disappointed and think they did it to make more money off of me on a brand new set. I see no benefits in a switch and my nails now get overheated when I go to a sauna and hurt. They never trim the cuticle when they do my manicure. I had to finish it at home cause it looked dry and sloppy. They barely speak English and it's very hard to communicate. They overcharged me for the fill and when I asked to see the laminated price list they showed me before - they said it was an "old price"... so why did you show me that price and sell me the service then? Basically I feel scammed. I paid in cash and asked for a receipt. They told me they can't give me one. I insisted and the owner texted it to me later. I suggest discussing the price in advance and check the price list. Cause these people are not honest. Also if you pay in cash, I have a feeling that they might be scamming the IRS as well. Another thing I didn't like is that they talked in a foreign language. It started right after I asked the lady to fix the shape (which she didn't, I still ended up with claws). Lastly, of all the places I tried in this area this one is among the most expensive ones but the service and the results are not on the level. Oh and one more thing I noticed. The place is very dirty. As for the positive feedback: when the owner did my nails and messed them up (they looked so bad it was unacceptable) - I asked her to fix it and she did without charging me extra. That was nice of her, so I added one star for that. The place has potential but is not there yet. read more

HORRIBLE BOOKING EXPERIENCE.. I called on a Tuesday morning as I recently moved closer to WEHO & needed to find a new nail salon for my ongoing nail appointments. When I first called I asked for pricing and asked for her availability on Friday. I then looked into my schedule and texted her to schedule the appointment in writing. She didn't respond to my message for hours so I called, as I figured she may be busy, and then we spoke again via phone and we confirmed our appointment for Friday at 1pm. Thursday night at 8PM she sends me a text demanding a $30 deposit???? Two thoughts; I have never ever heard of a deposit for a nail shop. My second thought is, if that's what she is choosing to do, why not discuss this when I spoke with her TWICE on Tuesday. It's 8pm the night before my early afternoon appointment the next day and she chooses to send this message. After I told her I wasn't comfortable doing that and asked why she didn't disclose this initially she said no deposit no appointment and contributed her reasoning to other clients not showing up. Smh.. I was going to be a new customer and to confirm my appointment and not saying anything else for a whole TWO DAYS just to message me at 8pm the night before saying "no deposit no appointment" is the worst customer service and initial experience I've ever had. I will never give this business my money! read more

I was quoted $90 for colored ombré and then $125 to add glitter gel color to the colored ombré -- no art, no 3D, no extras. A $35 difference feels steep. Cute spot, but overall a mixed experience.

I agreed and grabbed a seat on their nice, comfy, leather pedicure chairs that also gives you a great back/neck massage. This place is so welcoming, soothing, clean and very affordable. It's a full salon that also does waxing, and offers eye lash services. Amy, who did my pedicure was a lovely lady that was very detailed and meticulous, with my toes. She even removed the accesive ingrown nails from my toes. She was just FANTASTIC! When it was time for my foot/leg massage, not only did she take her time to do a good rub, but I asked for an extra massage. 15 minutes for $10 in addition to the reasonable, affordable price for my pedicure. $25.00. She sure earned her tip. Lovely Salon with a big size parking lot shared with different businesses. Has a gender neutral restroom. Also very clean. Charming decor all over.. I needed to update this review after my experience last year. She's a nice person, but the gel-x quality was consistently bad. Multiple times. Every appointment. 1-2 days after getting my nails done, after every visit with her, the gel-x nails would crack or break in half. I've been getting apres gel-x for yearsssss (on a monthly basis at multiple salons all over LA and Canada). This has never happened to me before where they would break, only after visiting this salon.... when i reached out to her multiple times to express my disappointment, for $150+ nails, she deflected, blamed... me? for my nails?! This was my last conversation with her. After I confronted her, she unfollowed and blocked me on social media. I just wanted a refund of the $$ I paid for my nails. As a note, when I get gel-x at Ibiza Nails in WeHo, or Nail'd It in Glendale or Pasadena - those aprex gel-x last me 4-6 weeks, even when I was moving and opening boxes. Sadly, due to how I was treated, and the state of my nails, with lumpy thick coats, and the prep/cleaning of the nails, after every appointment, I cannot, in good faith, recommend this salon.
