I was need of a new set. I called to check availablity..No problem, they could take me immediately. I showed my tech my inspo photo..She smiled and told me she could do it...She did not disappoint me. My nail came out just like I wanted them.

Walked in on a Tues morning and was able to get a manicure and pedicure right away. The staff is super friendly and the salon was sparkly clean. They have a good variety of nail colors and brands to select from. Appreciate that they use a new, sterilized set of tools for each person and that the prices are super reasonable. I got a regular mani and for once, I didn't mess it up before it fully dried! They made sure I waited enough time and to add the quick dry spray. Great addition to the neighborhood!

I am literally horrified. I went to this nail salon YESTERDAY! And saw the lady struggling with the polish on my big toes constantly painting layers over them and taking them off because it was rigid and bumpy. I took my loses and paid $70 just for my toes!!! I saw the terrible work and decided to go do my manicure somewhere else. Today I get out of the shower and this is what happened with my big toe. I wouldn't be so angry cuz mistakes happen but the service was absolutely terrible and the language barrier was borderline rude. How am I asking a lady to redo my nail because the bumpy surface was unacceptable and she speaks in a different language to her boss companioning about me for 5 minutes before giving me a response. Anyway, save your money go somewhere else.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this salon. I called at 10 AM and was told to come in at 10:30. I arrived at 10:20 and used the restroom, but the staff was still cleaning up. One lady started my pedicure while another began my nails. Everything seemed fine at first until a customer walked in. The technician stopped working on my nails to assist the new customer and completely finished her manicure before disappearing into the back to chat and have lunch. This was around 11:20, and by 11:45, I had to ask the lady doing my pedicure if anyone was going to finish my nails. After trying to call the technician, she eventually went to the back to get her, but no one returned. At this point, the pedicure technician started going back and forth between my nails and feet. Finally, at 12:10, the original technician came back--not to help me, but because another customer had walked in. I felt completely invisible. She then resumed working on my nails, and when I expressed surprise, she simply said, "Sorry, no contact." By this point, it's 12:30, and she suggested I get Gel-X almond nails, claiming I couldn't do the shape I wanted. I've had Gel-X in all shapes and lengths for years, but I settled on square. By 1 PM, after sitting there since 10:20, they still didn't seem to care at all. To make things worse, the pedicure lady came over to work on one of my hands, without saying a word. I was confused as to why two people were now doing my nails. They had no idea what they were doing--like two rookies playing with my nails. I asked for a French tip, but one of them drew a straight line across the top of my nail and asked if I liked it. It was nowhere near a proper French tip. I eventually told them to just give me plain nails, expressed that I was unhappy with the service, and noted how unfriendly they were. The response? "I thought you were in a rush." To top it off, my left thumb ended up much longer than my right. When I asked if someone could fix it, they made it worse. The more experienced technician was busy with another customer and never bothered to help. This place is unprofessional, disorganized, and completely indifferent to their customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this salon. What a waste of time and money!

Very clean nail spa located on Wilshire by La Brea Tar Pit. They open until 8pm on weekdays which is very convenient. I feel comfortable coming back to here because the salon is very clean. They also give very nice foot massage which definitely is what makes this place stand out.

Very accommodating, patient and thorough! He did a fantastic job! Got my mani and pedi! Make sure you go to the one on Wilshire!

I had a wonderful experience here with Nassa and Lucy. I visited them back in late February and been meaning to leave my review. I had a regular mani and pedi, and it was the best one I've had in several years. I am an artist and muralist so I don't get manis too often but as a perfectionist myself, I am always looking to see how they can paint my nails to perfection, and that Lucy did. The salon is very clean and comfortable. I live in the Arts District and will be going cross town today to get my mani and pedi too, and bringing my husband for his pedi.

Lovely new addition to the neighborhood. Just opened 2 days ago. The owner NASA is a small owned business. He has another location in Beverly Hills. Parking in the back and street parking. Price is comparable to Luxe nails. Few dollars cheaper. They are super conscious about not using any harmful chemicals. With that, they don't do acrylics. Regular and gel/gel X. They also do extensions. I would definitely return.

This was my first time and really loved my experience here! I needed to get my gel removed and reapplied. The place I usually go to is not convenient to my house and I had seen this nail salon come up online since it's close to me. I'm really glad I found this spot! I adored the woman who did my nails. So sweet and she did an excellent job! I also loved the eco aspect of this salon. Typical gel removal involves soaking in acetone and this salon only removes it by buffing it off and it was sooo simple and easy when she did it. I will definitely be coming back! Very disappointed, this is what they were going to send me out with as a fresh nail set. I wanted a plain mani with clean nails. I had to ask them to clean under my nails after they were finished. The guy cut me so bad on my pinky and he was really rough handling me. The pedicure was fine, but they bring over the bucket of water which I didn't really like. read more

Beautiful nails and happy me Ever since the new owner took over the salon, everything improved drastically, nice comfortable chairs, cleanliness of the salon and even customer care. I just got natural eco friendly Dip that doesn't involve with LED light, just an air dry which makes it healthier on my nails yet still get the even better looking result! They were super nice in store and the place was clean. However, I got a full set and a nail fell off within a week of getting it done, went in and got it replaced they were great about that, but now the replacement has fallen off. Also other nails have fallen off, I knew when I was in the middle of the service these wouldn't last, but had hoped I was wrong. I wasn't. Real bummed, but again they were so nice and it felt clean, just not lasting. read more

I've been here a few times and they usually do a good job, the lady who did my nails today with a rose tattoo on her arm, did not. She asked me if I was okay and when I told her my nails were cut way shorter than I wanted, she laughed and started talking to me about international women's day. She completely disregarded me saying I was upset about something and then charged me $75 for my nails when the last lady charged me $55 for the same set and she actually did a good job. read more

Eco Nails was good! They were super nice and took good care of me! I got a g manicure and a gel pedicure for $100. They take Zelle, which is convenient. I took one star off because they don't have the foot tubs that are already there they fill them and bring them over, so they aren't as hot. read more

They over-filed my nails and thinned them out too much with the machine. I never had such a terrible experience in any nail Salon. My nails kept breaking and were very sensitive till they grew out . I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

My first time here, very much enjoyed. Shop is clean. Anesthetic is bright and airy. My nails took about 1 hr, very quick. Great shape, really good color selection. I came with 2 other friends who were also very satisfied. Gel manicure is only $40! Hoping these last long! Color featured: my chihuahua bites. read more

She left me waiting for, I kid you not, ~5 minutes (probably longer but let's just say 5), no explanation, no nothing. When she comes back, I say that if it's an emergency then I can wait for another technician so she can handle whatever she needs. She apologies and goes back to my nails, thankfully she didn't get up again but the finished product was HORRENDOUS on top of everything! My nails are so scratched and dry! I was really hoping to have a good experience as I'm looking for a new nail salon in the area but this was just unacceptable.

I had a visa appointment at the Spain Embassy and arrived a bit early. Since they wouldn't let us in ahead of time, I decided to stop by Eco Nails Spa, which is conveniently located right across from the BLS Spain and German Center. The spa is run by a lovely Mongolian couple, Yumi and her husband, who are both incredibly sweet, kind, and hardworking. They did a wonderful job with my manicure and pedicure, taking great care and attention to detail. What really stood out was their hospitality -- they kindly let me hang out at their salon until it was time for my appointment. I had flown in all the way from Denver, so their warm welcome made my day much easier. The ambience was calm, clean, and relaxing, and I even managed to take a work call comfortably while waiting. I had such a great experience at Eco Nail Spa today! From the moment I walked in, Bryan and his wife made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Bryan really took the time to listen to what I wanted for my Gel X nails and did an amazing job. The nails themselves came out beautifully. What stood out even more was how kind and respectful Bryan and his wife were throughout the whole appointment. As someone with a disability, I've unfortunately experienced discrimination at other salons, but that wasn't the case here at all. They both treated me with genuine care and dignity, which meant so much to me. The whole experience was relaxing, professional, and just overall wonderful.
