Overrated. I expect more. First the parking is bad. Being that I made it clear that it was my first time, you would think they would make sure you want what you ordered but they don't. It took 9 minutes for a burger and old fries. I was the only order- it should've been quicker. I was afraid to eat my burger because it was rarer than what I usually want. They didnt ask to specify how I wanted it cooked. The burger wasnt even worth it. I spent $15 for a rare burger, old fries and a fountain drink. I'm more concerned with the time I wasted going here. It's bad when you leave a place and think to yourself that the Taco Bell down the road would've been a better choice. I'll just stick to five guys from now on. read more

Our favorite is Bill's burger! Only negative comment is the bun will get soggy if it sits in the juice if not eaten right away. Therefore best eaten there not from the drive thru. read more

Staying at the Omni Hotel and this Becks Prime is right down the road. Very convenient location for that paticular hotel. Anyway, went to Becks, went inside and ordered the Bill's Burger, Sweet Potatoe fries, and one of the strawberry shakes. The burger was fantastic. I really like all the ingridents that were used, jalapenos, sauce, cheese, bacon. It's an all around great burger. The fries are great as not everywhere sells sweet potatoe fries. The shake is as advertised and you really cant use a straw for it. I would say if you're from outta town and need something quick or to take back to the hotel, this is a great location to pick something up. I will go back. read more

Went there on Saturday afternoon for a Burger. Hadn't been in a long time and was craving the chargrilled taste. Was not impressed! Burger patty was obviously something frozen regardless of what they say, was formed too perfectly. In addition the chargrilled taste was off and was more like it was cooked on a grill. To top it all off, the Blue Cheese used to be crumbles of good quality. This time it was just slices off some kind of block. For the money, there are a lot better burger places these days. This place has the nicest staff! The atmosphere is cheerful and you can tell the people like each other! The food is superb! We eat here at least weekly. Their steak night on Friday, 2 for $50, is as good as any place in town. The potatoes are freshly baked and don't taste like they have been sitting around, as they do some places. The grilled vegetables are delicious! And the little garlic toasts they serve with the steaks are like icing on the cake! I like the Kirby salad, my husband chooses the Cobb with some changes on it. The hamburgers are world class, the best we have ever eaten. It is not cheap for a "fast food" place, but it is cheaper than restaurants where you are paying for the fancy atmosphere. I have not been here in quite a while, now I know why. 2 cheese burgers, 2 fries and two drinks. $32.79. I was shocked! Was the food good, sure. Can I find an equally as good burger for much less? Absolutely! 5 guys , smash burger, just to name a couple. I simply will not go back to becks prime which is an over priced burger joint. My wife and I are both professionals and are fortunate to have well paying careers, but will not find myself paying $16 per person for lunch at an over rated burger joint when we can have a nice lunch at many nice restaurants in the general area for the same price. read more

Hi, everyone, this is Moxie. I haven't written a review in awhile because Mason has been hogging the laptop, but he's snoring away on the sofa. Typical male. Anywhoo, Anthony went out and got food from Beck's Prime on Dairy Ashford for when he and his lady friend watched the Star Trek movie. Now there's a movie I don't understand, all that technology and stuff and they don't even have seat belts! Now, back to the food. Anthony remarked that the drive through had the friendliest people he'd ever met in a drive thru. While he was yammering away about this crap the odors of a savory Bill's Burger were wafting thru the house. Wow, Sautéed Onions, Sliced Cheddar, Bacon, Jalapeños and Beck's famous Prime Sauce. Even Lazy Mason woke to check this out! They cut the burger in half and shared it, it's real big. Hey! Where's my and Mason's peice? They also split a Mediterranean salad but you can keep that stuff, we're carnivores. At the end both Mason and I got a peice - not enough if you ask me, we spend 1/2 an hour diligently alert for anything that fell on the floor so they wouldn't have to clean it up, and we get some little morsel for our concientious work! I don't know what the deal is with this Beck's, but I've had my last meal here. The service here is terrible. I had to order 3 times just to get the order straight, after being interrupted twice. When I got the order, I wasn't asked if I needed ketchup or anything extra. When I got home, two of the three orders was wrong. I really like Beck's burgers, and have had good service at all other ones. But this one, thiugh convenient to my house, is either poorly managed or the staff of mostly teenagers need more direction. Visited early on a Saturday evening. Beautiful outdoor patio that welcomed our dog. My wife had the NY strip. Exceptional cut - large and perfectly grilled. Delicious. I had grilled chicken with veggies. Also great. The service was friendly and helpful. Will become one of our go to spots. read more

Been going here many years now with family. Love the food. Unfortunately have witnessed a decline in management recently. There used to be a more natural flow and a smile on the workers faces and they were all very friendly. I think there is a new manager now and as far as I can tell he doesn't have a clue how to run a business. All I could see is a very arrogant power hungry human being making all of his employees feel upset. He even made one poor girl cry and sent her outside. No employee should have to be bullied buy their boss regardless of the situation. I will still go to Becks in the future just not at this location. read more

Say what...$8.59 for a burger...with no fries?? Say it ain't so... yes, it's SO...on my healthy diet, I got the Bill's Burger...loaded with bacon, jalapenos, sauteed onions, and prime sauce. Yeah, they should just rename it the heart attack burger. The burger was a 1/2 lb so it's a pretty healthy burger for a chick like me. I'm used to only getting 1/3 lb burgers. But man, it was the messiest burger I've ever eaten in my life!! I guess I should have left it in the wrapper but I wanted to cut it in half in case I wanted to save it for later. Big mistake. The bottom bun was so soggy! Sauce and onions were dripping everywhere from my mouth to my fingers..to my basket...probably to my toes if the table wasn't there. I thought it was a good burger..the underside of the bun tasted good but when you looked at it, it just looked like a bun you buy at a grocery store...no character. And yes, fries were an extra $2.85 for a basket. I really wished they had a smaller option for fries b/c I surely only ate about maybe 7 pieces...what a waste. They were good though. Went with hubby and son for lunch on Saturday. $49.97 later we ate a kids cheese burger 2 adult burgers 2 shakes 2 fries. Then we had the pleasure of sitting next to a screaming child who was allowed to run around the restaurant. At least his mom got to enjoy her lunch!! At one point I thought the child was going to go out the door! One of them finally spotted him and he continued his round around the place. Don't know how anyone with kids can afford a $9.00 kids meal burger! I guess that's why everyone with kids had outside food can't blame them! Won't be back as Sams is right down the street. Sweet potato fries were amazing. Blue burger was okay, large and juicy but not super seasoned. Tasted mostly of the blue cheese. Expensive drive thru food but a great option over traditional drive thru. read more

Warning...long post! My husband and I LOVE Beck's prime burgers. Yes, it is pricy for a burger and fries, but definitely worth the money. We had been wanting to try their steaks so when we saw the Valentines weekend special of 2 complete meals for the 2 of us for only $40 we decided to finally try them out! First, the girl at the cash register wasn't clear on if we each got 2 sides, or if a salad was one of the sides. (The deal actually included 2 steaks, 2 salads. and 2 sides EACH). This was just a minor detail but kind of bugged me that she didn't even know what the deal was, so we were shorted 1 salad and 1 side. This was the least of our worries, still a great deal. The major disappointment of the meal: My husband eats his steak rare. He has for years. He ordered a rare sirloin and I ordered a medium filet. My fielt came out more on the rare side, and his was defintely medium. Mine was still good (although I would of liked it cooked a litte more) so I ate it anyways. It had excellent flavor! He on the otherhand is very particular about his steak so he showed the manager and they argued with him saying that was how they cook rare steaks. My husband politely agreed to just go ahead and eat it, but after another bite decided it wasn't right and he asked if they could re-do it but just getting a filet now (knowing it would be rare since it was a much thicker cut of meat.) They asked if he wanted it cooked extra rare, but he said no, he wanted it rare. They brought his new steak to the table (well, the manager sent another employee pointing to where to take the steak). He asked if she could stay while he cut into it. He cut it and it initially looked rare so they left. Upon further looking at it, not only was it rare....it was basically RAW. only the very edges were cooked. and had a very cold center, like straight out of the fridge! My husband had given up at this point. I gave him half of my steak, he ate the edges of his and we took the rest home to cook ourselves. VERY disappointing!! :( The fact that they first argued with him on how to cook a rare steak, told him his first steak was rare (clearly not), then turned around and gave him a completely UNDER cooked steak was enough to put a sour note on our valentines dinner. The worst part is, when we walked in he almost changed his mind and ordered a burger instead but I talked him into getting steak....guess we'll just stick to burgers next time. read more

Haven't been to Becks in a while so we thought we'd give it a try this Memorial Day weekend. Had the Bill's burger, an old favorite, and my son had a cheeseburger. Great taste as usual with the same high prices. We don't go much because of the prices but now I'm not sure I'll be going back. Why? Because the burgers and buns are now noticeably smaller. GO GET A PUMPKIN SPICE MILKSHAKE!!! tastes like you are eating pumpkin pie amazing..so are the chocolate and strawberry shakes ....
