I'm updating my review now that I've received my truck back from Bedliners Plus -- and I have to say, the bedliner looks great. Huge thanks to the owner, Alexandre, for personally reaching out and taking the time to resolve the issue. Although the process was long, challenging, and at times stressful, both he and Marni made it right in the end. I appreciate their efforts to follow through and deliver a quality result!

I debated whether or not to write this review, but think it's a fair representation of my experience. I dropped off a classic pickup truck that I've been restoring to get the bedliner done last week. I went with Bedliners Plus because of the stellar reviews and location. Despite some difficulties getting in contact with Chris, he was able to spray the truck the day after drop-off and then called me in the afternoon to pick it up. When I arrived and took a look at the bedliner it looked great. The job that he does with the spray-in product is great and I have no qualms with that. However, only after I paid and was telling him about the other work I'd done on the truck did he point out that he "chipped the paint" with his spray gun and asked if I had any touch-up paint. This truck was fully painted by a professional body shop 6 months ago. Based on his attitude about it, I assumed it wasn't a big deal and was somewhere inside the bed around the area where he was working. However, when we went outside to take a look it was actually a large gash on the side of the truck. He had attempted to touch it up (I don't know how he knew what paint color/code to use), but it was still very obvious. He asked how I felt about it and I said I wasn't happy, and he then offered to "buff it out". The chip was down to the primer/metal, so it's unlikely that any buffing could fix that. My frustration stems from the fact that he didn't mention this to me when he called me to pick up, he didn't mention it to me before I paid, and he only mentioned it after I was talking to him about how much time and work I'd put into restoring this classic vehicle. I totally understand that mistakes can and do happen, but he shouldn't have attempted to hide or repair it without my consent. He should have immediately owned up to it and let me decide what I wanted to do.

Ok, this review for Bedliners Plus is long overdue but I definitely can say that the spray in bedliner for my 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat Tremor is holding up and performing flawlessly. I bought my new truck in October of 2021 and within two days I was at Bedliners Plus having them spray in the bed liner. Was I nervous about having Bedliners Plus sand down the bed and spray in the bed liner? Not at all! I have used them in the past and I knew they were the go-to place when I bought my new truck. I do use my truck for work and didn't want my supplies sliding around and wanted to protect the truck. The spray in bedliner looks like new even though it's only been 6 months and I couldn't be happier! Don't bother having it done at the dealer just go to Bedliners Plus and you'll get an outstanding job at a fair and reasonable price!

I don't think there's enough words to express how happy I am with my bedliner. It came out great. On the hottest day of August so far, Chris took the extra time to bang out the dents and removed some extra oil residue that I never knew was there. Plus add in the fact he did all this after his air conditioner fuse blew. I have more things I want done or added to my truck and even though his shop is 35 miles away, he'll still be my first call to do the work.

Chris and his employee installed my Retrax for my Tacoma. Looks great so far and I didn't have to wait long at all, very happy with it.

Chris did the most unbelievable job on my new bedliner. Now after seeing his operation, the necessary equipment and and his 20 plus years of him personally doing the work, I can't imagine going elsewhere. Save yourself some time if you're looking for meticulous work and one of who is carefully pays attention to detail. If my before and after pictures don't convince you I don't know what else will. Steve at Bedliners Plus is a great guy. Sells and installs what you want and give advice on selections but does not try to sway your decision. Very helpful showing me different styles and finishes for my tonneau cover and getting it installed. Also I was interested in a Bed mat and instead of ordering and charging me retail he took the time to show me a website where I could order direct and save some money. I am very happy with my experience at Bedliners Plus. I had them spray the bed of my new 2016 F-150 and also install the Undercover Flex bed cover. Both were done with great attention to detail (see pictures). For example, on the tailgate they removed the piece that covers the step and back up camera and sprayed it separately, so that if there is ever a problem with the electronics inside, it can simply be unscrewed and removed. Many bedliner spray places would simply spray over it, making it difficult to remove later if you ever needed to. Those are the kinds of things I wouldn't even have thought to ask about but they do it on every job. The bed cover was also installed extremely well. Bed covers are one of those things that you can do lazily and it will still sort of work, but you'll notice the wear and tear years later when it starts to break down because the alignment is off. Mine operates perfectly now and I even took a level to the rails to see how they were attached. The bubble is square in the middle. Great job - I'll be back! read more

Got spray on bedliner in my brand new 2019 Ram 1500. The did a excellent job and actually looks better than the factory liner. Really nice gloss. Steve also helped me to pick a bed cover. Got the Retrax one mx and it is awesome. Fast install by Chris who also showed me how easy it is to remove and reinstall if I ever need to. read more

2002 EB350 Sportsmobile with a penthouse pop top. I started seeing rust spots on the roof and decided to do a bed liner spray. Met with Steve and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are a returning customer 4 trucks now. Chris we really like the work you do, very professional. He works with my schedule, we had to cancel a couple times due to illness not a problem. Stop looking for a place to get your bed sprayed right now. Bedliners Plus is the place you need to go. I had a great experience with Bedliners Plus. From the moment I inquired on Yelp, to dropping off my vehicle at the shop, and picking it up, the whole experience and interaction with Chris, was great! My new 2022 Nissan Frontier is now a functional pick-up. The spray job was phenomenal!! I paid the low end of the quote range that Chris gave me on Yelp. He was honest and had integrity. He could have charged that upper range and I would have paid it. I am very happy with the spray job he did on my 2022 Frontier! I have used and abused this bed and the bed-liner. After a bath my truck looks just like it did the day I picked it up from the shop. In fact, I knew I wanted to go back to Bedliners Plus to get a cover, and realized I didn't do the Yelp review and that's why I'm here giving this review now. I am going back to Bedliners Plus this afternoon to get another service done. Like I said at the beginning, stop looking for place to get a spray done, message or call Chris, and call it a day!! Second Bedliner I've had done here. Simply put if you need a bedliner do not bother to go anywhere else. Workmanship and quality are second to none! I used my first Bedliner from here hard and it still looked like new when I sold that truck. I'm sure this one will as well! But if that's not enough, Steve the owner is a great guy, super friendly and helpful! Chris and Bedliners Plus is amazing. I have used both Rhino Liner and LineX and neither can hold a candle to the job by these guys. Super awesome that they also have a full display room of tonneau covers and Chris walked me through all of the options to make sure I got the cover that was perfect for my use. I walked into Bedliners Plus right before closing to get some information on a tonneau cover. Chris took his time to go over all the different options he had and gave me prices for the ones he recommended. Chris is clearly very knowledgeable in his field and passes that knowledge to his customers. I ended up ordering a tonneau cover that afternoon, it was delivered to the store the next morning and was installed that afternoon. Picked up my white ram 1500 and first thing I decided to do was line my bed. 1. A white color bed is blinding. 2. When you load stuff, a liner is a must. Now I researched far an wide; including line-x and rhino, but I came across this company via yelp and looked through the site and decided to go here. It's not a non franchise which I liked and seem like they have a guarantee in their work. I've had it for about 4 months now and the liner with sun protection is still in great condition. No fading! So much better than the line-x's I see out there. The price came in slightly better than some of the other franchises out there too. read more

I highly recommend this place. They have great customer service and offer amazing products. In addition to spray on bed liners they install bed covers. The owner is a really personable and honest guy. I had a question about the job and went back a few days later and he treated me very respectfully and explained everything very thoroughly. A couple years back they did my Ranger, tomorrow I am having them do my new F-150. These guys have been in the business longer than just about anyone else. I think back in the day they were one of the first Line-X installers but moved away from them to offer a better product and service. And they do! The ranger was done very well. Even coat, no overspray anywhere and it held up great until I sold the truck recently. I expect the same in my new truck. I know from experience that this is a better service and better product than Line-X. It has better texture, is more evenly distributed and stands up to the elements better. I will never Line-X another truck. I wish I had more to say, but that just about sums it up. Great people, great service, great product. Bedliners Plus is the only place I will have my vehicles lined. read more

I just wish there was one closer in the Whittier California area. They close the one in La Habra. Not sure why it always seemed busy, but most of the locations now are independently own and now called detail garage that happened to sell chemical guy products and other brands of auto detailing supplies. Overall noticed they installed the wrong motor mounts and couldn't even drive the car home without potentially damaging the transmission. So i left my car parked by there establishment ready to take it in the next morning. I got it there by 9 am and let them know of the problem but since it was a Saturday there mechanics not there and even though yelp and there website states open till 3 they called and informed me that since there only open till 2 that there mechanic that just got there wasn't able to do any work. So now I'm out of a car for the weekend with no way to get into work. Would i recommend them at this moment if you have absolutely no other option yeah, thats mainly because of the quickness they were able to get things rolling, but the way things were handled after a problem was found is why its a 1 star and the lack of communication on the issue of no mechanics in on Saturday and closing earlier then posted listings is a major problem, and if things were communicated earlier in the day it wouldn't have been much of a problem, but an hour before having to sleep to get rest before my graveyard shift is no good and leaves me no time to get different transportation a situated. As of right now this is how the review stands once i can test run my car and see how the engine is ill update later. Thought about took it down and thought naw the one star stays. Well it's been a minute and wanted to update my review, and it will stay as a 1 star will not change until the box of parts that was stated would be on the side of the engine will be gotten. Most importantly my harmonic balancer for my stock engine along with the crank shaft bolt and header gear, not to mention old parts that were taken off the engines, i know I didn't order or call about a short block they discussed and talked about a good engine and putting the good parts from both on the engines going in the car and all the rest would be in a box on the side that was never gotten or talked about and was told what was on the engine is what i was getting. Overall they were nice people but that box of parts was important and some parts need to be replaced that should of been in that box of missing stuff that was supposed be on the side of the engine waiting for pick up.

The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

On May 22, I dropped my truck off at a prearranged time at the dealer to have some scratches and dings that happened on the lot fixed. I was assured this would be a quick turnaround. When Ken Grody tried to return the truck to me, it looked worse than when I initially dropped it off, there were multiple very visible defects in the paint that were not present before. This is a brand new vehicle by the way. They sent it to the body shop a second time. It came back to the dealership with more of the same defects. It went back to the body shop a third time. It came back to the dealership tonight, several days short of a month since I dropped it off initially. The body shop forgot to fix an entire area. Now it's going back to the body shop a fourth time. I've already made a payment on the vehicle and haven't even been able to drive it. On top of that: Since my initial negative review of this experience, I have been receiving threatening phone calls and text messages that are clearly coming from someone who works for Ken Grody Ford and wants to intimidate me into removing my review. I've never ever experienced anything in my life. It's shocking to say the least and my hope is that nobody else has to suffer through anything like this just because they decided to buy a vehicle from Ken Grody Ford.
