He consistently followed up, met with us to select flooring samples and plants, worked within our HOA guidelines, and provided everything we needed for HOA approval. He also stayed on top of the permitting process and followed up with the city to keep everything moving. What we especially appreciated was the quality of their work and attention to detail. The crew never rushed the project just to get it done. They took the time to make sure everything was done properly while still keeping the project moving and staying on schedule. The entire crew was hardworking and very respectful of our home and space throughout the renovation, working 6 days a week. Even after the project was completed, Jake continued to be extremely responsive. We had a few minor items that needed follow-up, and he addressed them right away. We really appreciated that the same level of service and responsiveness continued even after the job was finished. We're so grateful to Jake and his team for doing such an amazing job and completing everything on time so we could enjoy our new backyard this summer.
