Charlie Brown Christmas music and a certain sense of calm and confidence, maybe (40) years! Greeted as I walked in and met with a smiling friendly face of Cynthia, my waitress. A stark contrast from my dinner experience last night! The Hot to Trot omelet was perfect and the sourdough toast had color and great taste along with the blackberry jam. Seems you can never find blackberry jam at restaurants theses days! Well the blast from the past was a huge hit for me! Very busy there, went in for lunch I ordered a simple salad. The server & bus person made several error due to being so busy & rushing around. I will try again during a slower time. Worst meal we've ever had, no exaggeration. We couldn't even eat. Everything had a weird taste, including the Bloody Mary. Ordered the veggie burger and my drink came with a piece of bacon in it! Put 2 and 2 together people! Prime rib tough and over done, mushy broccoli, and I don't know what they did to it but even the baked potato was inedible. Today we took out-of-town guests to BeeGees. It came highly recommended by a person in our group, although it had been a while since he was last there. We had three servers who obviously did not communicate well with each other. Drink refills were requested multiple times to multiple servers. One threw a handful of straws on the table and the flatware was piled in the center. The food was mediocre with the sausage links cooked to the texture of jerky. One plate had gravy dripping from it, gravy that tasted of raw flour. In all, the meal was a disappointment and we will not be back nor will we ever recommend it again to anyone. read more

Good folks and good food. I had an omelet and they grilled the mushrooms in it so they were hot too. I hate RAW COLD Shrooms. Nice little joint and for Fathers day, they were able to accommodate us nicely. This was my second visit and I have good memories of the first. We are in town for the week and decided to go out for brunch. This place sounded pretty delicious... The food was very delicious and the prices weren't bad, at all. We ordered a cinnamon roll to split and expexted a tiny one you would get anywhere else. It was the size of my face! First time there, was told I could sit anywhere and asked by female waitress what I wanted to drink. I said just water. I waited 20 minutes. Never got any water, had to get up and go to the counter to ask the male worker if I could order. He had kept glancing over at me but he never alerted anybody to go take my order until I went to counter and asked him. There were about four or five other tables of people seated with their food or beverages. The male helper was getting water for other tables, so I called out, can I have some water too? Prior, the waitress was talking for a long period of time at one table, her back to me, then left to check those people out, and continued to visit with them longer at the register. She didn't look around the room or take notice. She also didn't seem to visit all the tables to check back. It appeared they had only one waitress for the entire place, one male helper that didn't appear to wait tables or check anybody out, and the cook. I ordered waffles, bacon and eggs - it was actually very good except it had a giant dollop of fake butter that I could hardly scrape off. Syrup wasn't real maple syrup. I may give it another try, but if you try it, make sure you have time and expect to be ignored. read more

If you're looking for a place using effective COVID precautions, this is not your place. When we dined here (outside), we stepped inside briefly and there were no physical barriers such as plastic or glass dividers between tables or between the register and customers. No customers were wearing masks. And no staff were wearing proper masks while serving or preparing food. One staff was wearing a lace mask and pulled that off in the area with food and another staff was wearing a useless shield that does not cover the face. If this place actually follows proper COVID 19, it may be an acceptable place to dine in the future. read more

I sat in a booth for 10 minutes and no one offered me a menu etc. from where I was sitting I saw a worker sorting silverware then he was gone. I've held off a week before writing this. I considered not writing a review but the owners need to know. Maybe this was just a bad, very bad night for the restaurant. As we were waiting to pay the waitress was apologizing to the couple in front of us for the poor service. Apparently they had been very busy earlier so this was a good excuse for bad service and food. I ordered the spaghetti but they were out of noodles. So I ordered the four piece fried chicken. What was on my plate were three small pieces of chicken that looked and tasted like they had been returned to the deep fryer several times. A small scoop of potatoes and some lukewarm vegetables. My friend and I ordered beers The kid asked if we wanted glasses. We said yes. We didn't get glasses, maybe he figured the bottle was glass enough. Over priced. Horrible service. Small town attitude from waitress. once i ordered the Biscuits and gravy (check the menu- half order costs more than ordering a biscuit and side of gravy- same crap), ordering them separate, thus, supposedly saving like 50 cent (it is the principle, not the price). The gravy was thick as plaster, and i told her it was not edible. I had put it on biscuit. She refunded the "gravy," but charged me for the biscuit! No shit!? Never again. read more

About 25 years ago, I used to go to Bee Gee's in Phoenix, OR, when I lived nearby. I went there a LOT. My favorite thing was 'Those Potatoes' - hashbrowns, bacon bits (real), cheddar cheese, and I always ordered it with country gravy on top. A HALF order, and it was HUGE! Yesterday, my husband came home from Rogue River, and told me there was a Bee Gee's there! I called them immediately, to see if it was the same, and it is!! So we went - about 3pm on a Sunday. 'Those Potatoes' are JUST the same!! And the gravy is still awesome! And the HALF order is still huge! Hubby had the 'Super Burger' - it has bacon, ham, cheese, etc... he loved it! The service was outstanding, Cindy was our waitress, and it turned out hubby knew her from another restaurant years ago. The gentleman behind the register was the same guy from 25 years ago - either Don or Dan, I'm sorry I don't remember. But it was an all-around great meal, and the place is quite small, but fixed up beautifully, and SUPER clean - restrooms too. We will be back - frequently. read more

Nope, just nope. My last try here I ordered roast beef and was served prepared lunch meat. Place is dirty and disgusting.

Stopped in for lunch with our dog, they have an outside seating area where they allow pets however you have to walk inside and place a To-go order and when it's ready you can pick it up and eat on the patio. The food was typical diner food and tasted pretty good. Portion sizes were generous. I will say if you like cinnamon rolls they have a massive sized one. read more
