I brought Psboston (my 2015 Nissan Rogue) in for a tune-up, sad to say this is her first... so I needed her to be cared for in the best way possible. I recommend coming in as soon as they open on a Sunday or Saturday, they'll get you in and out as quickly as they can. The lounge is comfortable, free Wi-fi available with 6 cushioned chairs & a tv to keep you entertained while waiting. This shop is situated in a plaza with other businesses like Carls Jr., Popeyes, Señor Baja, Tasty Good, Splendid Lash, Venus Nail Lounge, and Pole Fitness in the corner of Bensonhurst & Foothill (Upland). I was out of there in maybe a total of 35-40 mins from when I pulled in to pulling out! They were quick & efficient! I would definitely come back again because I usually go to my dealership but they have me waiting 3-4 hours sometimes which is crazy... even with an appointment! The owner reached out directly and sent his personal number so we could chat. I explained my experience, he apologized for the misunderstanding on the shop's end, and provided me a refund for the overcharge. He also offered mechanic advice should I need any in the future - even if I didn't go with his shop. My family has used the shop before and had a good experience so I do believe my experience was a fluke. I respect the fact that he made the situation right, it shows he takes pride in his shop and values his customers.
