Delicious and savory 12.00$ grilled cheese sandwich. Wait was long seeing as it's an airport gig but the gal was personable! Cheesey but very little meat. We had the turkey cheese melt on sourdough.

Very small grilled cheese, only had minimal cheese with one small piece of turkey. Won't be buying here again. Go to Starbucks instead and get a way better grilled cheese. Came out to $14 for just this tiny sandwich.

Chicken and Mama Lil's

The Chicken and Mama Lil's sandwich was so good. Way better than expected. The chicken was chopped up into small pieces, almost like ground beef. The pimento cheese and peppers, yum, so good. Would 100% recommend. The mac n cheese is great as well, as advertised. Soft noodles, super cheesy, but not too rich. 10/10.

Elizabeth provided excellent customer service and was very helpful to our family. This was our first time trying Beechers. We will be back to try this again! The food was great! We had a chicken sandwich, tomato soup, and a breakfast sandwich. Wow! Great quality! Great taste! Cooked fresh and served hot! Elizabeth deserves a raise for how remarkable her service was! Thank you again! This location in the airport was very nice and clean. The area was also stocked up well.

Look, I know what you're thinking... "why is a girl who hates cheese reviewing a cheese place?" Sure, that's fair. But I also can be open minded enough to recognize greatness when I see it. I'm going off a few different people's remarks as well as my first hand experience with the customer service and presentation of the shop and the products, even if I didn't consume them myself. My son had the grilled cheese sandwich and was kind enough to share with another family member-both said it was the best grilled cheese they'd ever had. And my son has had a lot of them. Then, another visit took a different family member who bought some ready-to-eat cheese for the plane. I'm told it was pretty darn good. I stayed back and waited just outside the shop, but was able to admire how well everything was displayed and the friendly cashier that made sure to take care of each guest nicely. So, see? Even a cheese hater can say nice things about a cheeserie.

Chicken sausage, egg and cheese

The menu is small, but the options seem to be a special crafted array of ingredients. For $19.10, I got a sandwich that didn't deliver on the expectation and a Perrier to wash down the disappointment. For the price, I would assume something more of a real egg versus a powdered egg patty. The sausage was more like shredded chicken salad. I guess I wanted it to be good so I made it up in my head. It also took about 20min to get my sandwich so that also mislead me to create this glorious sandwich that I never got. The two people at the counter seemed nice, but also overwhelmed. Mediocre at best, I wouldn't recommend getting food from this place unless it was the only option (it's not).

Mac & Cheese

The sign said "World's Best" Mac & Cheese so I had to give it a try. They had it ready so I didn't have to wait long. The mac was good but very rich. Although it was good I don't think it was worth $9.

Fire ass soup!

I was in the new SLC airport and came across Beechers. Looked them up and they seemed to be legit. They had a line and no employee was in sight. I had a few minutes so I waited. Then a bubbly blonde came out and all I noticed was her effervescence. She was so polite and patient with everyone. It was quite impressive! Finally it was my turn so I asked what was going on, she told me they were supposed to have 6 people but only had 2! O_O I asked about her attitude and she told me she felt for us that were traveling and wanted to make it a positive experience for us!!! What in the world?! Who even is this girl!! Aunya! That's who! I can't say enough about her positive attitude and amazing customer service! But beyond that, THE FOOD!!! I wanted a flagship but they were out of it so I did a grilled cheese and had her add basil. Fire! The soup was amazing too! I said I wasn't gonna eat it all at once. Oops!! I didn't try the Mac which is what I see at the markets, if the soup was sold I'd buy that. In the meantime I'd def break for the restaurant again. I love the flagship cheese! I truly wish all customers get to experience Aunya! She's headed for greatness. Wouldn't be surprised if she's running the place soon, as she told me she's closed many times by herself. Aunya, treat yourself and go get your nails done! You deserve it!

Normally I don't eat pre-flight, but I've only had Beecher's in Seattle, and to see it here at SLC was a treat. It's located by gate A6, so you don't waste your time walking the entire A gates searching for it like I did. I got the grilled cheese and tomato soup. The grilled cheese was greasy and delicious as expected with the Beecher's signature Flagship cheese enclosed in crispy sourdough bread. The tomato soup was alright, I've had better. It was my first time trying their tomato soup and I wish I had gotten the mac & cheese instead. The service was excellent. I didn't feel rushed and the woman who helped me was really sweet and patient as I looked around at all their cheeses and goodies along with the food menu.

So eating at the airport is always an "adventure". It's all overpriced, and usually badly made even from your "chain places". Usually hungry overwork staff, who lost the will to care weeks ago in their 3 month career. Beechers is the exception. Located down at the tail end of the "a" terminal, it's staff are friendly, helpful and good at what they do. Quick to fill orders even in the middle of the day. Food is delicious. Airport menus are heavily modified usually. Beechers has the real deal. Yes limited menu, but it has plenty of what you are here for and that's the cheese. Yes, I have eaten a grilled cheese at Beechers at pikes place. Yes, same great bread and fabulous cheese. Tasty full flavor flagship. You can also buy a wedge of it while you are here. The flagship sandwich with the tomatoes and basil is worth the upgrade. The breakfast sandwich is also delicious, so they got you covered when you fly.

Definitely NOT the world's best Mac and cheese

Not sure how a runny cheese sauce dumped over too Al dente pasta is considered the worlds best? It's not. But we are from WI, so maybe they don't have a very high cheese bar here?

Literally quality control is so bad the Mac was like water. Beecher's is not supposed to be like this.

Meh. Airport food. Service was, by design, nonexistent. Nowhere to sit. Maybe just get it at Costco or something.

Bridgette, our server was amazing! We looked up the menu before our reservation just to see what was served and EVERYTHING looked so good! There is a 4 Course option which is a great way to enjoy an amazing variety of the menu ( cheese fondue, salad, fondue cooking style & entree selection, & chocolate fondue). We opted for à la carte, since we wouldn't indulge the chocolate fondue. Bridgette was so patient in answering all of my questions, since it was a bit overwhelming just glancing at the menu. LOL. We picked the Fiesta cheese ( aged cheddar, Emmantelar, Sam Adams Boston Lager, house made salsa, and of course- diced jalapeño upon request!) We decided to add chopped bacon to the Fiesta. I wish this cheese was more gooey than how it was. We also got the Spinach Artichoke ( Butterkäse, fontina, Parmesan, vegetable bouillon, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, & Tabasco sauce). Now this was the ooey gooey cheese I was expecting to have. The Tabasco was very subtle. The cheese fondue accoutrements were Artisan bread ( French/ sourdough bread, baby carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, tortilla rounds, and my personal fave- DICED GREEN APPLES!). If you run out of any of these accoutrements, you can always get a refill! Hubby was so ecstatic over the Spinach Artichoke fondue- this gave us a reason to dupe this when we get back home! When it came time for the fondue cooking method and our entree selection- the both of us already felt defeated ( LOL ) within our second bites. We thought we could let our bellies rest a bit between breaks. We decided to cook the rest of our proteins and vegetables in our Mojo broth and call it a day! We took these back to our room and made a pit stop at Whole Foods the following day. We both got the Classic entree selection. And we're able to substitute the shrimp for other items. I went with the Wild Mushroom ravioli. And it was delicious! Mocktails are available too!

If you're looking for pastries that are as stunning as they are delicious, Fillings & Emulsions…read moreabsolutely delivers. Their fruit-shaped creations are little works of art--so realistic it almost feels wrong to eat them... almost. Each pastry is fresh, light, and packed with flavor. The pistachio was incredibly tasty, though definitely on the richer side, so it's one you might want to savor slowly. The raspberry had a beautifully balanced sweetness with a vibrant, delicious filling. The lemon was very zingy--almost intensely so--but still delightful if you enjoy bold citrus flavors (just maybe not an entire one in a single sitting). The standout, though, was the mango. Easily the winner. It had such a bright, powerful flavor, and the fresh mango inside made every bite feel special. Everything about it--from taste to presentation--was just beautiful. The only slight letdown was the macarons. While still good, they didn't quite match the intensity and uniqueness of the pastries and felt a bit underwhelming in comparison. Overall, this place is a must-visit if you appreciate creative, high-quality desserts. It's clear a lot of skill and care goes into every piece. I loved the building that the pastry shop was in, as it had a "lunch room" feel to it. There are a few restaurants inside so there are options and there's plenty of seating.

The sweet cashier recommended Strawberry & Mango, so that's what we got. They were delicious! I think the mango was my personal favorite. The location is in a food mall, which I wasn't expecting but it was so cute inside. I wish we had more time to check out the other vendors but we'll have to come back. On a separate note, it was kind of hard to find a trash can.
