Unfortunate experience with the service department and the management and owner of the Beechmont Ford. We have a undrivable Ford product that was supposedly "serviced" by Beechmont Ford only to be returned with more problems. Heard from the GM that they (the dealers) even have difficulty managing the multiple recall problems with Ford Corporate. Yes many unfortunate heated discussions (and unfortunately the Service Manager ended up "in tears" (she missed a 6pm appointment) but that is no excuse not to honor a warranty on transmission work that was performed by YOUR service department. Customer satisfaction at Beechmont Ford is not a priority. Protecting employees from harsh words from a frustrated customer is commendable but unfortunately does not solve the issue at hand. Took my 2007 Ford Mustang in for recalled Airbag Replacement. Airbags replaced fine. However, I now have a broken driver's seat. I told them it was not like that when I dropped it off. Run away or be ripped off!!! What in the world happened to this place?! It used to be run by original owners, now only kids of the owners run this place who do not know one thing about sincere, honest, old fashioned, customer service (with integrity and substinance)....only how to use buzz words, flattery, and deceptive shallow business practices....beware of Chad Williams!!! Starting with looking at some cars online and sending requests to assure that the vehicles would be on site to go look at that evening afer gettting off work, I immediately received and email from the old owner's nephew introducing himself as Chad Williams. After that, there were about three or so email exchanges between us with me trying to confirm that the three vehicles on the website that I was interested in would be there that evening when we went. Once we arrived for our "appoinment" which seemed so impressive....again this appearance of customer service...Chad advised that the cars I wanted were at the Mt.Orab location. He went on to try and make excuses, but I pin pointed that there were approximately six emails between us where I inquired over and over if they would be there. I should have left then because his total disregard of my time, and his deceptiveness was evident! As the time went on, we narrowed down a car that he informed my friend about because it was on sale and perfect for the price range he wanted to be in. They stated in was about 4000.00 cheaper than list price and showed us the picture online which showed the sale price. After driving the car (the color my friend wanted was at the Mt. Orab site, but Chad stated it was the exact same model) my friend agreed to get it. When Chad first brought out all the papers to have my friend sign, I noticed it was not the same numbers which we had discussed but a lot higher....four to six thousand dollars higher. I immediately pointed it out, and Chad's rude, sarcastic response was, "alright, calm down don't go off, it was just a mistake." WOW...again, this young kid, Lauren Wiliam's nephew, riding on family's coat tail...wow, but wait it got worse! When he came back after "fixing the mistake" and as we were reviewing the numbers, they still seemed high to me. I then realized that the 4000.00 rebate was not taken off the price of the car until after sales tax, so it was taxed on the full amount. Chad's response again was even more disresptful this time. He stated it was the state law that it comes off after the tax. I stated that on the website it shows the price of the car as the discounted amount, not the full price with a 4000.00 rebate, so I would assume that was the price of the car to be taxed. His response was, "that everyone else would know that." I was appalled!! However, I continually saw his true colors showing. He was nothing but a cheat and a liar and knew nothing about running a reputable company and nothing about genuine respect and honesty. He only knew how to pose as one with offereing all the shallow bells and whistles...but no true character or depth. The next issue was ..the 4000.00 rebate turned out to be only a 2000.00 rebate, which again, Chad never disclosed until the final paper work!! He again tried to perform like this was also common knowledge and again, basically insulting my intelligence. After that, I got up and said we were leaving because of how disrespectful and dishonest he had been. My friend on the other hand needed the car by the next day because his car had been totaled, so we stayed. We wound up staying until 11pm that evening; it was rediculous, but I wanted to make sure the paper work was finalized so when my friend came back up to pick up the car, there could be no further changes. However, when my friend did go get his car (two days later because of more lies that Chad told), they changed his interest rate! They did not tell him until he arrived to get the car. They even tried to prevent him from having back his original paperwork that he signed so that we could not compare the numbers! SCAMMERS! read more

I had an excellent experience buying my car here with Rigo. Wyler Automall was horrible and my experience here was completely different. Rigo listened to exactly what I was looking for, my price range, and walked the lot with me (something I didn't get to do at Wyler until after I rejected 3 of their cars and was determined to be too "picky"). I ended up test driving two cars which I both loved! One was right in my price range, and was Rigo's first choice for me (I liked that he didn't pressure me to go over my budget), but I decided to go with something a little more expensive but was more fun and would give me a lot more "car" for my buck. Rigo also was able to get me the price I wanted after not too much back and forth which was a relief. I meant to write a review months ago, but I was just reminded after getting a Christmas card from him -- very thoughtful! Excellent service and I still love my car 6 months later. Ford Motor Company really let me down and I was prepared to walk away from a life long loyalty to the brand. This was not a dealership issue at all. However, Beechmont Ford stepped in determined to not let me walk away unhappy, even if they were not the source of the issue. They treated my with very high respect, to a level you do not see very often anymore, they sympathized with my situation, and they helped me a great deal where they did not have to. They did such a great job, they alone kept me a Ford customer. I took my car in to the Beechmont Ford Service Center mid May to have a check engine light diagnosed and fixed. They quoted me $1000 which was no problem, I understand labor and prices for parts and all. I was told the parts had a two year warranty and if I had the same issue to return to the dealership and they would take care of it. A couple weeks go by and the check engine light comes back so I schedule an appointment at the dealership to get it looked at. Took my car in on Tuesday June 7. I was quoted an additional $750 after being in the dealership not even a month ago for the same problem. They told me that because it was a malfunction with a different part, the warranty would not cover the repairs. This made me wonder why this issue was not found the first time around. I reluctantly agreed to do the repair. I was told my vehicle would be ready for pickup on Thursday June 9 but I did not receive a call or notification saying it was ready so I decided to give it a day. I tried calling the service center 5-10 times throughout the day and did not receive a call back so I went to the dealership in person only for them to tell me the vehicle was not ready and to come back Monday June 13. Come June 13 the vehicle is still not ready and pickup date is extended to Tuesday June 14. Now would be a good time to add I was never offered a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being done to my car. UPDATE : Today is June 14th, pickup has been pushed back once again. Fingers crossed I can get my car back sometime in the next few days. UPDATE 2 : Today is June 15th. Pickup is pushed back for the 6th time. Day 8 and still no loaner car. Spoke with someone today and he said it could be in the shop for another few days. I just wish I was told all this in the beginning I may have gone another route especially for the price that I am paying for them to fix something that should have been fixed my previous time at the dealership. read more

Our sales Rep Chad Campbell was Rude and extremely insulting. We drove out there because it said online they close at 9pm. We arrived at 7:45pm. Asked to test drive two new cars. The sales rep acted as if we did not have any money. He went to get keys and came back and said "I didn't know but we actually close at 8pm today." When we complained he said he would take us on a quick test drive in one vehicle. We asked to test drive a manual (my girlfriend drives one everyday). He acted surprised and disbelief that she knew how to drive a manual. He complained about getting in the back of the mustang and was wanting me to ride in the back. Then when he got in he said "you know how to drive a manual right? Because I want to see my 3 year old kid tonight." He was extremely sexist and rude. As many of you know there have been serious issues with the 2011-2014 Focus and Fiesta Powershift dual clutch transmission. My personal experience was turning bad quickly. I had a new transmission control module and clutch put in, in January and in July it started having the same issues. To which Fordmotor company said they would not pay for. Then called to say you pay half we'll pay half. Unacceptable! I received a call from #Beechmontford they asked if I would stop in so they could see if they could help me. To be honest I had almost talked myself out of going because I already knew I was going to leave there even more mad than I already was. I am shocked and couldn't be more happy, Mike Jackson and the General Sales Manager made a wrong, a right and did everything they could to make sure I left happy. They paid my car off (which was far more than what it was worth) financed the 2016 for 0% financing. I now have a brand new car, with warrenty, gap insurance, for much lower car payment and a few extras my car didn't have. Unfortunately didn't have the best experience here multiple times. When we bought our truck here, the salesman made comments about us making enough money to afford it after discussing pricing, which was uncalled for. He also sold us on the lifetime warranty that after signing we were told we couldn't even get because the vehicle was 2,000 miles over the eligibility mileage for said warranty. Couldn't get our money back on the warranty we paid for because we took the didn't take it to a ford dealership when it needed fixed on a SUNDAY (when they are closed) and we were out of town. Took the truck in to the dealership for another problem we had and they gave it back and said they didn't know what was wrong. Then we took it back because there was still a problem and they didn't call to say they were keeping it overnight. So we had to call 10 minutes before closing for an update and had to pick up an alternate vehicle. Then had to call back later the next day because again, no one called to give us an update. Disappointed with our experience and will be looking for another local dealership to handle our service. read more

My Husband purchased a 2019 ford F-150 three months ago. We are from Charleston, SC. Was told it would only take 30-40 days to make some performance modification. (Lowering kit, supercharger, exhaust, rim and tires, cranks and pulleys, etc). The stated they used an outside company to perform the performance mods. Thank GOD!!! It took around 3 months to finally be able to pick up the truck. We were told there were problems in the parts department and the manager has since been fired. We made the 10 hour trip up to OH to pick up the truck. All looked good.....so we thought. We had received several pics of the truck in different phases after requesting them and "why is this taking so long". Noticed in all the pics the front tires were always turned. My husband kept saying the back of the truck is not level with the front as he'd requested. On our 10 hour ride back I was driving my suburban and he was finally driving his long awaited F-150. As we were driving I noticed the the fronts tires weren't right. We stopped to inspect them and they NEVER DID A FRONT END alignment on it. WHAT kind of business does that??????? What kind of business puts on a suspension kit and doesn't align the front end? BEECHMONT FORD does that's who!!!!!! We made it home and he has spend multiple hours fixing there mistakes and getting the front end aligned. My husband was in touch with Michael Mikles multiple time and always got the runaround. I left Michael a message after we arrived home to pease call us back and go figure he NEVER did!!!!! I would never recommend Beechmont Ford. There are some other things we noticed that were quite shady as well but i have already made this a bit long. They do not honor what they advertise!!! read more

Scheduled an appointment to simply get a check engine code read. Set up the appointment for a prescribed time. Verified on the phone I would be staying for the service. When I got there at the prescribed time, the service attendant said it would be a two hour wait. This is not what I was told on the phone. I thought the whole point of making an appointment was to have the service performed at that time. I made the appointment for the exact reason that I did not have two free hours available to sit there while they performed a thirty second task. Didn't even get a simple apology for the phone representative not mentioning to me that I would still have to wait two hours despite having an appointment time. HUGE customer service failure. I was told I would get a call with an update and it never happened. had to call them to find out what was actually going on with my truck. I stopped buying Fords over 2 decades ago due to quality of the service and the product itself, however when I was in the market for a truck I was told to give the F150 a chance. Beechmont Fords auto body shop is the absolute worst place to get a car fixed. It has taken them 2 months to get our car fixed. Always telling us it will be ready the next week. Last week they said all they had to do was put the gas tank on and it would be ready by Friday. Now they're saying they forgot that it needed a radiator and it's gonna be another week. How do you "forget" it doesn't have a radiator in it? Never again will I deal with them and don't recommend anyone else deal with them either. Problems from the START! My husband got into a car accident that was caused by someone else. After some back and forth with insurance Beechmont Ford was to fix our car (closest place to our house). FROM THE START, we said we cared more about the damage done to the driving ability (a thumping in the front end) than anything else. But with insurance paying, the body was to get fixed too. I STILL, a second and then my husband a third time, reiterated that the thumping was PRIORITY. It was NOT DOING THAT BEFORE!!!!!!!!! The safety of this vehicle after being in such an impact was imperative to us. Each time our concerns were dismissed and waived away with "we are really backed up." From the start we were given (three different times) a hard time about us even bringing our business there. The guy in service Mike and a girl who answers in Service (Amanda? Julie?) BOTH made continual comments about how they were REALLY backed up and weren't really "sure" that they could get this job done in the amount of time the insurance mandated, and it was up to US to let the insurance company know they needed more time. (Really?!) So, we are now concerned, from the start, that they will rush and botch the internal issue. Several weeks go by and they call and say come and get it. My husband goes to get it, the NOISE IS STILL THERE. Mike told my husband "they didn't have time" to actually Road Test it!!!!!! My husband didn't want to take the car, but because it was the end of the rental and the end of the day there was no one to call and no other option. Monday he calls insurance and they approve him to take the car BACK. Well, apparently Beechmont Ford is just NOT wanting to attempt to fix the problem (my husband is a mechanic, he already knows it's the bearing(s) and how hard it is to fix them) so needless to say we know the scam Mike and crew are running with their "backed up" work and lack of desire to do another job. They lied to the insurance company, told them it was previous "wear and tear" and refused to help us any further. Meaning now the insurance is also refusing to pay to fix this damage. If it was previous wear and tear, then why is it doing it NOW AND NOT BEFORE?! Thanks for looking out for your Ford owners. I will be sending Mike and the girl (Amanda) a subpoena when I file suit against the driver next week to get our car paid for to be fixed. The way it should have been fixed in the first place. I work at law firm, my father is a judge. You just scammed the wrong people. If you need a major repair done here, take heed, they will cut corners, lie to your insurance to get out of doing a job that is too lengthy and neglect the safety of its costumers because they're backed up. read more

I recently took my 2007 Ford Focus to the service department to repair one of the 3 broken door handles. I was quoted a price of $160.00 and after they took my vehicle apart they informed me that my new price would be $500 to replace the handle, reinforcement and latch. I refused to pay this crazy amount and took my vehicle to another mechanic. The cost to repair my vehicle was $165 and neither the handle or the latch needed replacing only the reinforcement. I guess the service department thinks people will just bend over and let them take advantage of their clients. I purchased 2 Ford Focus vehicles from your dealership and I will never buy another vehicle from them and I will be sure to tell all my friends, family co-workers etc to never come to Beechmont Ford. I do have the estimate from Beechmont Ford and the invoice for the actual repair and I will be contacting Ford Corporate Office to let them know how Beechmont Ford tries to rip off customers. The worst people work in the Service Department and you really should be ashamed of yourselves. Not a good idea to try cheat people out of their hard earned money this is what gives car dealers a bad name. read more

I've been a big ford Fan as far as I can remember. However, recently, Beechmont Ford is starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth. About a year and a half ago, within about 6 months apart, I bought 2 brand new 2016 cars from this dealership, a Fusion SE, nice car which we use as the family vehicle and before that a Fiesta ST. Gotta say man, the Fiesta is my baby and the primary subject of this email. Everything I have had done to these cars, I've had done at this dealership. I even brought the Fiesta there to get a flat fixed, which I believe may have been a mistake. I didn't notice it at the time, I figured my car was safe at a ford dealership, right? Especially since all that was being done was plugging a hole. But when I got home, I looked at the tire and found that the technician that plugged the flat scratched the shit out of the rim. Before that, when I'd had the car for a month or so, I brought it in to have the rear bumper fixed, it sticks out about 1/2 inch on the drivers side at the top, and to get a few scratches fixed which I later found out I could have done myself for the cost of a tube of rubbing compound. No biggie though, the Beechmont Ford body shop was happy to charge me over $500 for 3 scratches that total were less than 1.5 inches. I'll chalk that up to a lesson learned. After all, I could have done it myself. Then shortly after, I noticed the rubber strips that go down the outer edges of the roof were coming loose so I mentioned the next time I was in for servicing. The strips were ordered and installed but not quite right. Didn't have to pay for it though, I have 6 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper coverage on the Fiesta. Guess you get what you pay for, right? Oh sorry, back to the bumper. The body shop manager told me there was nothing they could do about the fact that it sticks out. More recently, say around the 18th of November. I brought my Fiesta in for the Works package and to have some troubleshooting done on the fact that the Automatic Climate control doesn't work unless it's set to extremely cold or extremely hot, there is no middle ground. They determined that it was the HVAC control module and said that it would be ordered and they'd let me know when it came in. However, in the process of troubleshooting the Climate control system, the technician scratched the face plate for the audio system, they are very light scratches but after all that I've experienced with this car at this dealership, I decided to mention it to the lady (sorry don't know her name) that checked me in when I got there that morning and came and got me when the car was ready. She said yeah, that shouldn't happen and that they would order the face plate as well as the control module and let me know when the parts were in to schedule an appointment. As of 1/2/18, I'm still waiting. So, I got on chat with Ford.com today and after about 20 minutes of my time, "Jessica" said that since the dealerships were franchises and there was nothing they could do. Could've told me that early on in the conversation. I'm pretty sure that my next car will not be a Ford. I hope you all have better luck. read more

The salespeople are friendly and helpful. The guys that do your paperwork are efficient. The have many plaques up for awards received and I can see why. They are simply the best! We have service work done too and Robyn Rapp is awesome. My wife loves her new Flex and we also bought a used Jeep from them in the last year. We were not treated to the usual used car tactics. I drive from northern Warren County to buy my cars at Beechmont Ford (driving ~ 40 miles and passing three other Ford dealers). No car experience is ever going to be perfect but they come as close as it gets. I foolishly decided to try another Ford dealer closer to my house and was disappointed with their lack of knowledge and amateur behavior. I cancelled the deal and called 'Ziggy' (Mr. Ziegaus), a finer man you'll never meet. He was there when he said he would be, he is not pushy, listens to his customers and is very helpful. My wife and I bought a 2017 edge last year from beechmont ford. The car is great,sales people were great. How ever the place that does the premier protection (across the street )is not!first they applied paint sealer over bugs,2nd time in they put a dent in hood, and now I found out they don't remove panels under car so that means they only half undercoat the bottom of car! We took car there for those panels being loose and they didn't even replace missing bolts! So now we call Ziebart they recommend removing panels and spraying under them ( they won't remove them due to possibly breaking fasteners) so we are at odds with them and are due to return to talk to service mgr! We payed somewhere around 1800.00 and have a half undercoated car! So if you bought premier protection on a new edge you have a half undercoated car! It's what I call half ###! You get idea I will up date if the fix ! So it's back again they got undercoating right finally!!! However they failed to replace missing nut on bottom panel,and another dent! This one was in rear trunk lid so back we go! I really do think they will get it right eventually, service mgr does seem to care . However it's that place accross street that does this stuff . I guess they don't know what it's like to spend 43,000.00 on a car and they don't care clearly! Up date ! Service mgr has promised to replace missing but, and have dent guy fix the dent at time of next service! With service and dent repair all on house! I new they would come through but they really need to take a serious look at workers doing premier protection they are just making them look bad! I will for sure continue to go there! Just have to keep an eye on certain services there! Also I would like to mention there several veterans working there which makes me very proud to go there! We love our vets! read more

He took time to go out to the vehicle and sit inside and answer any and all questions we had about SYNC, the navigation system, and other function of the vehicle. I never imagined in all my life, I'd ever be writing a 5-star review for an car dealership. But the sales manager, Mike Mikles, earned it. Some people 'work'--- other people work magic. Mike Mikles has been extremely helpful, informative and he has gone out of his way to offer us the very best deal. I have honestly never had quite an experience like this. We 'interviewed' nearly every car lot in a 100 mile radius to find the best one and we did. Mike responded to every question, concern and request for calls. He listened and understood what we wanted, what we needed and he made it happen. I know he has probably taken our name in vain at times, but he certainly hasn't shown it. We were provided with the best deal, a beautifully detailed car, an extremely good deal on our trade in and now I can stop listening to my fiance slobber over new trucks. please do not waste your time! purchased a 2010 flex new, had been in the shop 6 times, the service department is rude, and lazy! they have an excuse for everything! - -first experience, we where lightly rear ended about 3 weeks after purchaing the car, so we took it back to beechmonts body shop,, go to pick up the car and they painted over the bumper sensors! they said that's the best we can do! really! that was a fight ended up leaving with out paying and taking some where else -dash was moving around1 took 3 trips to finally get fixed -center console latch broke! -front brakes in for service 3 times, had to fight to get them to replace all front components! the first time said it just needed pads, 2nd was we just machined them rotors! yeah that lasted about 3 miles down the road, last time i fought for new pads/ rotors the problem went away but this was at 20k -25k tires are bald! nothing they will do about it! -power steering went out, took 2 days and they could not figure out what hose was bad!! really.. a hose there sure wasn't any fluid on the ground! to find out at 40k the power steering gear box went out! nice bill for that, they wouldn't cover either! -when tires went bald we spend good money at another retailer for a set of tires, unfortunately my wife slide of road and both passenger side tires popped, insurance company wanted us to take it there since it was near the accident, so go to pick car up the stick 2 new tires on the passenger side and don't even bother to clean them! they let her car sit out back in the gravel and now its covered in dust! please don't not waste you time , they will not back up your purchased UPDATED on 3/29 I meet with Bruce Brissie today, what a nice gentleman, he has taken care of our issues and we are happy to say that we will be a returning customer to Beechmont Ford, as always the bad experiences are the first to pass along. I would like to also complement Dan Winter on his excellent customer service, those that know me im hard to please! While I very much like the design and quality of Ford vehicles, the service that I received today from Beechmont Ford in Cincinnati, Ohio was reprehensible. After test driving a Ford Mustang last night and having multiple conversations this morning with the sales manager, we came to an agreement on terms. I was very excited, as this car was going to be for my son who has been battling a number of health issues lately. This was his dream car and was to be the surprise of his life. However, when I arrived to pick-up the car and waited approximately 30 minutes for paperwork to be completed, the salesman was sent to tell me that the vehicle had been sold. I am dumbfounded that the dealership does not have a better system for tracking sales, and I truly suspect that they had reconsidered the terms we reached this morning. Unfortunately I will never know the truth of this matter, but I am certain that this transaction reflects an inept dealership. read more
