Hose never connected, fluid everywhere. They towed the truck back and the transmission was destroyed. They replaced the transmission with a remanufactured transmission. Which they refused to give me a better warranty than 1 year. I said I wanted better than that considering that's the standard warranty and I only average 15k miles a year on that truck, a they are the ones that destroyed my transmission. The management was horrible and spoke to me like I was out of line for asking for a more than bare minimum warranty that's 1 year. They will give bare minimum service after they destroy your vehicles transmission. I will never return to there or refer them.

I purchased my Audi at the Montgomery store - only because they had the car I wanted in stock. Each time I took it in for scheduled maintenance, the Montgomery guys tried to get me to do some other very expensive work on the car. At the 35k mark, they told me I needed new brakes and new tires. $1800 for brakes!! Not. I took it to another Audi authorized mechanic who said "come see me in 10,000 miles". At 62,000 miles my brakes and tires are still OK (though I am replacing them in the spring). Buying an Audi? Go to Beechmont. Good people.
