I found out this place had a sushi tower during their happy hour so we went. Ordered two Mango margaritas, one with Boba. They were just alright in terms of flavor. The sushi tower, while plentiful, was boring. It tasted like grocery store sushi, but for $40, you get what you pay for. I plan on going back for brunch since it seems like that is where they really shine, but for a quick bit if sushi ... don't do it. Other than that service was good and the place is really beautiful. The service was quite mid to be honest. The cone inside was very pretty and it looked really nice! That is where the one star goes. I went at brunch and the food options were limited. I ended up just getting water while I sat with my friends who ordered food. If there's 5 people or more they do charge an automatic gratuity which is fine, but for the service I received that day she should've paid me for going to sit in there. It was awful. She was rude to my friends and myself. I asked if since I wasn't getting any food or drinks could the automatic gratuity be taken off because technically she only served 4 people and she said no. Not a problem, but they decided not to tip more due to that fact along with her horrid service. I was in need of more water for a good amount of time and she was no where to be found. Multiple times so I just poured my own water, which wasn't a problem, but she said something along the lines of we can pour the water only the people who work there can. And before my friends were done eating, she took the water away from the table before I could get any more. Then didn't come to say anything else. Any other server maybe would've been better and the review would be better, but I will not be returning. Anthony the new server from Miami took care of us. It was his first night and we actually like his service. He is honest about it being his first day. The dishes are yummy except the pork chops when we tried was a little over cooked. The lamb chops made my bf happy and I enjoyed the salmon. Love the escargot too - my favorite if you are into that. Located right next to its sister restaurant, Sky Blossom, I was surprised by the variety of food found here. Ranging from Prime Ribeye to Tuna Tartare Bowl, everything was served with meticulous detail. Lucky for me, I somehow came during Happy Hour (Tues - Sunday 2:30-5:30) which reduced the prices of select items. The shrimp balls and pork bites are tasty! Loved every single bite. Their uniquely crafted cocktails are custom made and I've never seen any cocktails like these. I'm not one to convince people to try food, but if you have room in your stomach after your meal, their banana tart is excellent. I could eat it everyday and still won't get tired of it. A friend of mine told me about this place after dinner. Walking in the aesthetics were complimentary to bees. I love how there were different designs and colors. It was dimly lit but well lit if that makes sense. The bartender Erick greeted us almost immediately and he quickly became my new fave bartender. He was well versed on the menu and very helpful. The ambiance and customer service was great. The location downtown due to parking was a nightmare. The food/menu was underwhelming. Very basic and overpriced. We started with drink which were sweet and weak but delicious I'm not a heavy drinker. The calamari was spicy and crunchy and a little overcooked. The lobster bisque had an amazing base with lump crab pieces highly recommended. Then we shared the wagyu burger and truffle fries due to the lack of excitement of the menu. Chaotic is the best description. Took a while to get drinks ordered, and then they came out one at a time, which was weird. We didn't even have all our drinks and the waiter was asking us if we wanted to order our main dishes. No, said we wanted to order apps and he was pushing us to order main course then too. They were less than half full at 8pm on a Saturday night, so not sure what the hurry was. Honestly, we would have had more drinks if they were on top of things. The food was overall great. The lamb was amazing, terrific salads (and I'm not one to complement freaking salad), burger top notch, and scallops got a ringing endorsement from friends. The chicken was average, so say stay clear. Wasn't bad, but was definitely not something on par with everything else. The beef appetizer was average and the tofu was, well, not their strong point. My wife had a beehive bee (I think that's what it was called) and loved it. We grabbed an appetizer, steak bites, and they were delicious. Our friends decided to get the same and loved them as well. They had a teriyaki type of sauce and gave it a great taste. After we left we said we have to go back for a full course soon. As for the atmosphere it's very chic and definitely looks upscale but with average prices. I highly recommend going here. Unfortunately there was only three other people inside but it was a Tuesday night. Honestly I think the dark black tint on the windows keep a lot of people from knowing it's there.
