Refundable deposit of $50 They are very professional, responsive to phone calls and emails. We were able to schedule our move right away. The guys arrived on time in a 26 ft truck. They took care of our furniture, wrapping everything in blankets and plastic wrap. Our place was a 3 story townhome and they did exceptionally well carrying everything from the refrigerator to washer and dryer down a narrow staircase. Not only that, but the walls and floor were barely affected. The team also is able to assemble and disassemble furniture and place everything in whichever room you choose. There is an extra fee for anything over 300ish pounds. Overall, a very positive experience that takes a lot of stress out of moving. Highly recommend

They would be in and out with our furniture and there has never been an issue. This recent move was completely different, with 5 items being damaged, including a hole being torn in the corner of a new Pottery Barn couch! It was dragged on the cement and the upholstery was worn down through to the batting! I complained via phone to the office and was only offered a 5% discount, even when our number of damaged items increased from 2 to 5 when we had a closer look at what pieces of furniture had been damaged. When I inquired about a higher discount because of the number of pieces damaged, I was told it would take longer to make a claim (up to a month to process), and I just wanted to settle the same evening as the move. The claims department tried to insist the damage to my china cabinet (there was a large, noticeble gouge in one of the front doors after unwrapping) was prior damage; but thankfully I had taken a video of my furnishings prior to my move so I could dispute that. It also took the crew of three *nine hours* (and TWO trips- and my previous move with Top Movers only took up half the truck) to move from a two bedroom ground floor apartment to a two-story condo that's less than a mile away! I kept thinking to myself, "what would this move cost if we needed to drive further away, to a different city in the county?!?" Due to the damage to my furniture and the length of time it took for the move to be completed (the crew finished up at 9:00 pm after arriving at 9:40 am), I will never use "Top Movers Global" again. It appears to be "luck of the draw" for the crew that will be sent, and once it's Moving Day, there's nothing that can been done to rectify the situation, unfortunately.

Movers were friendly but only brought two dollys and ONE cloth to wrap half the couch. All of the other furniture was wood and all they put was some shrink wrap on them. When they made it to the moving destination they were all scratched up. One had chunks/gouges taken out of it. ---- They used dollys for the stairs and with no protection all wood furniture paid the price. They did not have the proper moving equipment and protection for items.
