Country fried steak breakfast w/eggs & tots. Large enough to split w/2 steaks. But fair warning, you may just eat it in one sitting.

This is one of my go to places for all day breakfast. It's menu has something g for everyone, the staff is super friendly and the food so good. The vibe is local hangout type of place.

To bee or not to bee, that is the question. I had no expectations of Beeliner Diner before we got here. When I saw the diner, I knew I would enjoy it -- can you bee-lieve it? The mural, the hive-shaped lights, the bright yellow booths -- all conveyed a sunny, busy sensibility. I couldn't bee-lieve the towering cakes -- the tower cake -- six layers tall and the confetti cake was tall as well. I had a fish Sammy, with a buttery brioche bun, bunpapa? -- crispy fish and fries. My friend had a chicken sandwich and the other had a gyro salad. My friend liked the salad although thought the gyro slices were simply too thick. The tots were crispy and amazing. There are breakfast items, more sandwiches with bunpapa, ice cream, boozy milkshakes and those towering desserts. This was a fun diner -- make a beeline to the Beeliner Diner. The motto is Eat Well, Bee Well! Always bee yourself and do your own sting.

A very cute spot with a diner like deal with a little more class. The servers are very clean and the food is delicious and served in large portions. I have not gotten the desserts yet but they look amazing

Excellent service!! Great food- fun cakes-and really delicious pies although please add more key lime layer to the key lime pie! Easy to get a table for 8. Nice drink selection as well, liked the local beers. Loaded tots were yummy! I had the cheesesteak, really good with fresh bread. And...they have homemade ranch. As a ranch fanatic, it was the highlight of my dinner. Lots of free parking in the shopping center. Nice spot!

I love breakfast foods and Beeliner Diner did not disappoint! The pancakes were the best I've had in a long time, highly recommend. Service was amazing. The owner and staff were all attentive and kind and welcoming. Great ambiance. Will be coming back again for sure.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while and they did not disappoint. Service was kind and timely, food was really good , I can taste the gyro as I style this review , the fries and salad everything was seasoned well and super fresh. The diner is bright and lively with drawings on the wall from littlest guest. Black in yellow all around and I can't wait to Beeback!

Stopped by to treat myself to a solo brunch after running some errands in the area. Sat at the bar and was greeted promptly. All of the staff was very welcoming and engaged in casual conversation with me throughout my visit. I ordered the chocolate chip silver dollar pancakes, eggs and turkey sausage. Everything was really good. I also had an espresso martini, which was also delicious. I would definitely return to try more items, especially their bakery items.

The Berliner diner is unique. It's decorated with neon beehive lights and set as a modern diner. The service was good. They were not really busy so it was quiet. The food was good but not great. I had the burrito bowl. The flavor was good but the chicken was a bit overcooked and dry. Portions were a bit chewy. My son had the gyro platter. He did not like the green beans and his food was not hot. My best friend had the chicken skewers and they tasted fine but again not hot. Their dessert case looked amazing but we didn't try any. The bathrooms were clean. I may try them again.

I have been here several times and really enjoy the food here. I have a couple go to menu items I order every time and French toast is def one of them. I have tried the breakfast burrito in the past and was not impressed but overall this restaurant is great. Service has always been good. I enjoy their espresso martinis and mimosa options. Their 3.5 rating should be at least a 4...

Love love love Narman. It was easy to find, and the parking was free & nearby. We decided to…read morecelebrate my husband's birthday at a Turkish restaurant. He was in the mood for Lahmacun (sounds like Lahamajoun) super thin, crispy pizza topped with a mixture of minced meat with peppers, tomato, herbs, and spices. More fine, light, and delicate than the typical American thin pizza. The service, drinks, and food were beyond stellar in Narman. We felt like the only customers there and were waited on by many staff. The highlight of the day there was their pizza and their beverage presentation and flavors. We came on a weekday night and were the only people there in the end. My husband was impressed at how upscale the restaurant was and it was the finest Turkish restaurant he ever visited. He said it was similar to the hotel dining place he lived at in Turkey. This was our first restaurant in downtown Alexandria and one of our best experiences in Alexandria. The Lahmacun was the finest Turkish pizza my husband ever had. He ordered three of them! Each pizza was served on a large wood board with extra toppings on the side like lemon wedges, cilantro, and onions. They are so fine and thin that you can roll them up to eat. We had to put some of the last pizza aside for take out. I ate the takeout piece and was very impressed how delicious it was after being in the fridge overnight & re-heated. I loved the flavors of the Lahmacun and I don't even care for pizza that much. It is my most preferred pizza in my life ever next to the Crazy Ex in The Thirsty Goat in Clarksville, Tennessee. I ordered a Turkish dish with a rich and ancient history, Hunkar Begendi, or "Sultan's Delight." It dates back several centuries, and it was prepared for the sultans and high-ranking officials, and was served during special occasions and celebrations. The Hunkar Begendi had lamb and velvet soft eggplant with spices. I ordered it with a side of rice. It was very delicious and unique. Yet the Lahmacun despite its simplicity stole the show and cost 1/3 of the price of the Hunkar Begendi. For my beverage, I ordered The Elma. It has a stunning presentation in a smoke filled glass box. The Elma is a beverage with Bourbon, Peach liquor, vanilla maple, Apple butter,Lemon juice, and Apple cider. You have to watch the videos of how it is presented at the table. At the end of our dinner, they played happy birthday and surprised my husband with an ice cream and pumpkin dessert with a candle. So wonderful & heartfelt. It was a fascinating and flavorful dish. The pumpkin tasted like sweet potato & was different. This is a must see place for Turkish cuisine and the finest restaurant service. Prices are low to fair for such high quality food and service. Five Stars.

Hands down probably the best restaurant I have eaten at so far this year…read more Amazing food, friendly service, and a nice ambiance. The place can get quite busy so I would highly recommend making a reservation first. We ordered some cocktails which all tasted amazing, I enjoyed the espresso martini the most. Our table ordered the baked oysters and tuna tartare to start. The oysters were seriously so fricking good, I wanted to order another round! The tuna tarate was refreshing and tasted really good as well. I highly recommend ordering the fish curry or their scallop entree. I also got to have a bite of the chicken & waffles and the steak pasta but I would skip on those. Super excited to come back!!

My wife and I arrived around 1:20 p.m. on a Thursday. The lunch crowd was still going strong, which only reinforced that we had picked a popular spot. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill almost immediately. When we walked in, there was no hostess to be found. After waiting about four minutes, she finally appeared and offered us a choice between a small table in the corner or one by the bar. Given how busy the restaurant was, we took the table by the bar. About seven minutes later, someone finally came by to offer us water and explained that our server was busy, but she would help us in the meantime. No problem. We ordered the Avo Goddess Salad and asked that it be split so we could share it. A few minutes later, our server arrived, introduced herself, and we let her know we had already ordered the salad and were ready to place our lunch orders. She was very helpful in guiding my wife toward the Old Bay Shrimp Burger. I was excited to order the Shrimp and Grits until I learned it contained Andouille sausage and, according to our server, couldn't be prepared without it. Since the restaurant highlights that everything is made from scratch, that surprised me. I ended up ordering the Ahi Tuna Salad instead. So far, so good. Then came the frustration. We spent the next 20 minutes slowly picking at our salad, growing increasingly hungry and confused. You know something is wrong when guests who were seated after you begin receiving their meals before you. Finally, at 2:10 p.m., our food arrived: my Ahi Tuna Salad and a Pulled Lamb Sandwich for my wife. Except my wife had ordered the Shrimp Burger. When we pointed out the mistake to what was now our third server, she quickly assured us it would be corrected. A few minutes later, our original server returned and took full responsibility. She explained that the lamb and shrimp items are next to each other in the POS system and she accidentally selected the wrong item. She assured us the Shrimp Burger would be out in two minutes and suggested we enjoy the fries that came with the lamb sandwich while we waited. Unfortunately, another ten minutes passed before the burger finally arrived. Here's where things became truly disappointing: the top bun was still cold--almost frozen. My wife ended up removing it entirely and eating the sandwich with just the bottom bun. At best, the Shrimp Burger was decent, but certainly not worth the wait and frustration. As for my Ahi Tuna Salad, it felt like something I could easily make at home, especially considering the $25 price tag. I'm also not entirely convinced the tuna was particularly fresh. I can't bring myself to give Matt and Tony's one star because the atmosphere is genuinely cool and inviting. So I settled on two stars--mostly for how I felt before the experience unraveled. And listen, I get it. Mistakes happen. We're all human. But as someone who eats out frequently, here's one piece of advice: when a restaurant makes a significant mistake with a customer's order, consider taking that item off the bill. Sometimes that gesture is the only reason a guest decides to come back.
