Great tap list, the beertender was knowledgeable in my selections, had a few good beers & some good convo.

We stopped by here tonight for a quick drink. They have quite the extensive list of tap ciders, seltzer, and beer. That woman working there was very friendly and the place was extremely inviting. I would definitely stop back by here. They also have coolers on the side if you would like to purchase individual cans, in addition to growlers. The only two negatives are. 1. They don't have food, so you do need to bring your own if you want to eat (aside from some random snacks they do have for sale). 2. Someone had a dog inside and I'm highly allergic. This was not a service dog. I'm quite confused how this is allowed. Even still, I would stop back by. Luckily, it's quite large.

Beer Star is a great spot to gather your friends for a couple pints. The outdoor area is welcoming, especially when the fire pit it on! If you have a larger group of friends and want to sit down somewhere without a waiting list - BeerStar is our go to. Also doggie friendly!

I love this place. Being a parent of a 2 year old it's nice to know there is somewhere I can go enjoy a beer (or glass of wine in my case) while he can play and interact with other children. There is a train table and chalk board and some books to keep the kiddos busy. Plus I enjoy sitting on the benches by the kid area and interacting with the other parents. There are snacks and I have been twice with food trucks. Highly recommend for those patent that need a place to go too

The drinks we purchased here with the food we brought from "Soul" food truck.

It's like an adult Starbucks! Nice selection of beers and hard cider. I love that they have a lot more outside seatings. The only down fall is not enough parking. They also need a new food truck to parked out front.

A flight with 2 ciders and 2 beers.

Fun. Clean. Kid friendly (there's a train table). Ok 50 beers on tap with option of flights to help make choosing easier. $8-9 for a flight of 4 - 4oz. 4 large screen TVs. I hope this place sticks around!

good beer and great service.. but they don't play the sound for the games which is a bummer....so don't come here to watch games.

They are a tap house - don't serve food, but sell salami/cheese/crackers, other snacks, and there is often a food truck out front.

One day I received a notification that one of my fellow Yelpers had checked into this place, and I…read moredecided to look it up to see what they had to offer. I'm a big fan of breweries, especially those with several drinks on draught or tap, and if they're really good, I'll buy them in a bottle. However, I read their review and noticed that they had vegan and vegetarian options, so I thought, "You know what? That's a combination I can't resist. Beers with a delicious sandwich!" A few days later, I made plans to visit on Saturday, which happened to be one of the two days this year that it snowed in the Pirec. It was quite amusing with the parking and the snow that stuck everywhere. As soon as I walked in, the bar was buzzing with energy. It had a great vibe. I didn't think I'd get any seats, but I managed to snag one at the bar with a very friendly person. I spent all but about 3 to 4 hours there. The sandwich I ordered was called the Rainier, and it was mentioned in the review, but the name wasn't revealed. It consists of a field roast loaf, Chao vegan cheese, herbed vegan mayonnaise, tomato, red onion, and arugula on sourdough bread. I'm not a big fan of mayonnaise, even if it's vegan, so I swapped it out with some pesto-style creamy cheese, and it turned out even better than I expected. The sandwich was a perfect five out of five. I would definitely order it every time I come. It came with a side of chips, which was a great addition. The sandwich was massive, so I could only eat half of it. I took the other half home for the next day. For my beers, I'm a big stout-and-porter guy, so I went with the Fort George's. They had two options: the Salted Caramel Cavatica & Matryoshka Vanilla. Both were exceptionally flavorful and probably my favorite porters I've had in all of Washington and many other states. Unfortunately, they ran out of the Salted Caramel Cavatica, so I ended up drinking the Matryoshka Vanilla for the rest of the night and didn't mind at all. Overall, I had a fantastic time at this place. I'm definitely going to make it a regular stop in my monthly rotations around Tacoma. Highly recommend stopping by this place. It's definitely a five. Service is amazing, and the drinks are worth the trip. They have an array of options, which is what I love about this place. Until next time!

We made reservations for 7:00 PM and were seated promptly upon arrival by the friendly sommelier. It was packed at 7:00! This made the noise level pretty loud so conversations were hard to keep up on. Our server was very friendly and timely. The wine and drink selections were excellent. I grabbed Mr Snuffleupagus because the concept of a tahini washed rye was too much to pass on. It was fantastic. The tahini almost comes across with a PB-like flavor. I ordered the steak frites, medium rare. We shared the pickle plate and fried mushrooms. The pickled carrots were great. Loved them. The pickled fennel was also delicious. The mushrooms were lovely - very enjoyable. The frite were awesome! You can certainly tell the they're fried in beef fat. The steak was perfect. We loved Corbeau and will certainly come back.

She was super nice, our waitress too. The place itself is very cute, super noisy (be mindful if you have hearings aids or are prone to sensory issues because it is CRAZY loud - so much so that they have noise reducing panels all over the ceiling and walls). It's very much a romantic aesthetic but the tiny tables become a nuisance when they bring you a plate per food item (steak and fries come separately, etc). The food itself is where we were kind of... disappointed is too strong a word, but something nearing it? We ordered the bread (which should never be $7 but here we are), the French onion soup, the steak and frites and the scallops. I'm a Spaniard so I'm very used to carne en salsa de pimienta, which I feel is what the steak sauce was meant to be. It was, don't get me wrong, it was just pepper on steroids! It definitely wakes you up!! It was missing some other spice or herb that I couldn't quite place but it wasn't bad at all, just definitely strong. Personally, the steak was well cooked but my husband said it was too dry for medium. The fries were very tasty but we are still team duck fat, and the soup was okay, but we've had tastier. Our main gripe was with the scallops. Keep in mind that the scallops were $47 (the steak was $45). The scallops were served over a bed of lentils and radish slices for some reason. Well, lentils, radishes AND ginger. By ginger, I mean all of the ginger in all the worlds' countries. Horseradish could give this dish a run for its money in the nasal clearing department. We didn't understand the almost Indian flavors in tacoma-french cuisine. It didn't pair well with the scallops and the rest of the menu, honestly. We couldn't eat it so basically we paid $47 for 5 scallops. Lovely that financial journey for us! If you're into sensorial challenges, both auditory and gustation, then Corbeau is the place for you! It's a nice place for a fancy looking dinner, but you won't be able to hold a proper conversation unless you're yelling. Also, don't be surprised - there's a 20% surcharge on every check.

Extra bonus points that it's in Proctor - my favourite stomping ground. I got there not too long after they opened and about half of the tables were already taken. I found a place at the bar and was quickly greeted. I didn't see a drink menu, so I figured a mimosa is the obvious choice. They also have apple and grapefruit juice so you can mix it up a bit! For breakfast I went with the Mediterranean Veggie Hash, which was excellent! Good ratios of all the ingredients and I will absolutely be eating another one! There was no itemized receipt so I dont know exactly what I paid for but I assume $134 for 5 people sounded about right I gave 4 stars cause the food made up for it... or atleast my dish did! French toast was nice and fluffy. The syrup tasted like a caramel/maple mix. Goodm but too sweet toward the end Blueberry pancakes were nice and fluffy 6oz steak and eggs was the winner. Your choice of bread. Comes with hasbrowns. The steak was cooked medium which was fine. The sauce on the steak is what got me. There was pesto, shredded cheese and some type of ketchup/may/ maybe Sriracha mix. But it was REALLY tasty. Southwest hash - great portion. Has brown postion was nice and crispy. They were very busy. It was father's day. So im sure it was just an off day with the service. Would definitely try again The only suggestion i would make would be to put the items that dont fit on the main plate, on a smaller plate. These tables have limited room. So giving each patron 2 large plates (one for french toast and an equally large plate for eggs and bacon) took up a lot of room on a 4 person table where you sat 5
