This has been a popular motorcycle stop for our group, and this past weekend I got the chance to ride here with my husband. There's a decent amount of street parking, but we happened to ride in at a busy time and had to park around the back by Ace Hardware, which still was an incredibly short walk around the corner. These are undeniably my favorite smashburgers in the vegas area. These burgers have truly smashed, crispy edges. I don't remember the name of mine, but it comes with mushrooms and a garlic aioli, and I loved it. The fries were well seasoned but a bit soft - could have been crunchier. My husband enjoyed his classic smashburger and commented that the condiment balance on this was great (he's dealt with very messy/sloppy smashburgers from other places). The only word of note for the burgers - it didn't seem like there was any line, but we were told it would be 30 minutes for our order, which seemed a bit much, but I also understand it was just one individual in the truck. Actually on that note, I'm not even sure if the food truck has it's own listing, as it's Tacos and Burgers, or if it's a part of Beer Zombie... We also got the Dole Whip beer, which I think it their beer with lemon sour (?), I enjoyed it and found it refreshing, but once my husband said the aftertaste reminded him of the acidic aftertaste of vomit, I was ruined, lol. I did enjoy it before that! It's a beautiful hangout area with turf, lots of seating, and a water feature with some fish and a turtle (we spent our meal wondering how the turtle doesn't escape and explore Boulder City...) not a ton of shade other than the gazebo so on a sunny day it could be rough. I picked an orange stout I believe, I don't recall the name. What a bargain! There's an outdoor patio complete with a green koi pond also housing a turtle. They have a taco truck which wasn't open. We've been here multiple times and this is my favorite Beer Zombie location. It's roomy. We can usually find seats - maybe it'll be outside in the sun but we'll take it in a heartbeat. We do usually come on Sunday mornings so not too busy. I am a big fan of the delicious Whip options as a person who's not the biggest fan of beer. They also have a slushy machine so instant 1,000 points. The food truck is not tacos but has some delicious burger and fry options. There are 2 workers max so be patient. After being made invisible at another brewery in town, we came here. We knew that they didn't have food, which is why we didn't go there first. Well, let me tell you, the food truck outside does the BEST burgers and fries! The burger was just...good! And the fries were hotter than the surface of the sun: fresh out of the oil. First time here, but pretty sure it'll be my last. Wasn't real impressed with the service or the beer. It was Art in the Park weekend at Boulder City & as we were walking around sightseeing the various businesses, we stopped in here. Very loud music appeals to some, but I'd rather have a conversation with the Mrs instead of yelling at each other. Attended a wine walk where this establishment was the start point..what a super cool place...I loved the deco and the music was fun in there...I would have loved to try some of the beer, however there was a multitude of wines in my near future and I could not try them, but I will be back. As we walked, and saw all the restaurants, I remember seeing a food truck outside of beer zombie that was serving smash burgers for 7 dollars... I thought this would be the perfect coating to a wine filled stomach as we marched back and ordered. Got the number 4.. basically a meat and cheese only burger and added French fries for 4 dollars more. Sat down and ate...Hub and I could not believe how good this burger was...we devoured it and we loved the French fries... Southern Nevada has a blossoming craft beer scene with new breweries popping up throughout the valley. One of the newer ones is Beer Zombies. My first experience here was on their one year anniversary party, which was packed. Beer Zombies is located in downtown Boulder City, which has a much more small town feel than the rest of the valley. Food Beer Zombies offers a variety of drinks from their own beers, other breweries, slushes, and a medley of other options. The menu is frequently rotating with new items appearing weekly. I have tried a lot of different drinks but have had my most memorable experience with the Key Lime margarita, which I didn't expect. Along with the drinks, they also have a burger place on site that are sold in a taco truck... It sounds confusing, but these burgers are anything but confusing. They are honestly some of the best burgers I've ever had. 5/5 Service Service is always good. The bartenders are friendly and offer helpful advice when trying to decide what to order. They come by and check how you are enjoying everything as well. I appreciate the attention. 5/5 Ambiance Beer Zombies sits on a decent size property that has some green space, a pond, and even Cornhole. There is seating inside and outside will plenty of space. They regularly have live music with a variety of different styles. 5/5 Beer Zombies is one of the hidden gems of the valley. It is a short drive from Henderson and a bit longer from Las Vegas. We went to Beer Zombies Boulder City after my choir recital that was being held down the road. I live in Henderson but I come out to Boulder City for 6-7 months every year for the choir I sing in. This Beer Zombies is fairly new - I believe they opened earlier this year. They have a very spacious patio with multiple tables around, which is perfect for nice, sunny days. But since it was chilly outside, we decided to sit in the nice, warm inside area. The inside has a full bar and a few tables and booths all around. After reviewing the menu, we made our beer choices. I had the Astronomy Ales Spa Day and my boyfriend had the Fremont Dark Star. The Spa Day was brewed with kolsch, lime, and cucumber. The Fremont Dark Star was an oatmeal stout. Both beers were chill and crisp and had that great flavor to it. The guy that helped us was friendly and prompt. Check out their fridge if you want beer cans to go. They have a wide variety of beers from different breweries. If you're looking for food, they have an on-site food truck, called Queen Tacos, and their burritos are the bomb! I suggest trying their pollo/chicken burrito. It was fresh and delicious! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great beer place in Boulder City. read more

I have been wanting to try this place in Vegas forever. I saw they opened a new location in BC and decided to give it a try. I had heard from a friend the concept of "beer smoothie" - if you don't enjoy the taste of beer. I'm usually a cider gal but the idea of a beer smoothie intrigued me. It's basically beer, with puréed fruit and often has a 'cloudy' look to it (someone thought I was drinking a Bloody Mary). They come in super cool cans rather than on tap. I asked the bartender for one, and said I didn't know what flavor so to just choose for me. All 3 bartenders were super cool and helpful and willing to chat and answer questions. I tried the house watermelon cider as well, it was sweet but not too sweet. The beer smoothie I thought was actually less sweet than the ciders I enjoy. We went on a Saturday around 6pm, there was a live band performing some pop punk cover bands. It was so fun and I will return again and recommend to everyone. read more

We stopped in for a event that was being held here. They have a good selection of draft beer and beer fridges with cans. We enjoyed everything that we tried. Pricing is good. It was October so the place had some fun Halloween decor. The garage doors were open so we had a nice temperature inside the bar, not sure what they do in the summer heat (I'd assume those are closed). They had some tall tops, regular tables, a large bar and some outdoor seating. Parking is street parking so just find a spot nearby and walk. The ice tastes like it was freezer burnt in all iced drinks - 3 different drinks 1 non alcoholic and 2 with alcohol and we couldn't finish any of them because of the awful taste. Atmosphere is fun and most people seemed to be drinking beer- ( hence the name) but I would steer clear of iced drinks - awful. Service could be a little quicker. read more
