Incredible place! Started in the gift shop first and tried the many variations of honeys and that was so fun. Even had a good time looking for the queen bee in the large glass hive they have. Hope was so sweet, she educated us on everything about bees. She was so patient and answered everything single question we had. Then went over to the Meadery and tried Honey Wine which was great. One of the last times that we visited, the unprofessional manner by one of the employees was disheartening when I had asked if they offered samples of the mead. It came across as condescending in how she in short was telling me no. I did not enjoy or appreciate another loose dog coming into contact with our dog. This created for an unpleasant and frustrating experience to be told and left at that it was a neighbor dog. We do not bring our dogs here anymore, and we rarely make appearances ourselves anymore. The point system had changed as well, and I'm concerned that our points we previously earned did not transfer over to the reported new system. I like this little spot. We were on site for a Mead tour at wildflower just across the way. While waiting for our tour to begin, we decided to pop into the honey shop. They had a ton of different honey varieties. One of guys in the shop asked us if we wanted to try some and we ended up trying a handful. First off, I had no clue that you can make so many different flavors of honey (excuse my ignorance, I didn't get out much growing up). Not only did we try some really delightful honey but the guy was very insightful and gave us some good info. I ended up buying a jar of the Texas Pecan Coffee honey which I find enjoyable. read more

Really fun place. We went for the honey tasting. I didn't have any expectations because the tasting cost was less than $8 per person. WOW, SO much fun. We were provided each our own tray of goodies to pair with honey. We tried A LOT of honey. Irais was our honey expert. She was professional & friendly but most of all FUN. The store is very charming. Felt like the inside of a very cute beehive. It was cold and windy the day we visited; otherwise, an easy few hours just lounging around the yard and restaurant. We walked away with a bottle Arroyo Seco and Texas Pecan Coffee. Both are outrageously DELICIOUS. I made some muffins with no added sweetness and either drizzled honey on top or slathered on. My favorite is the Texas Pecan Coffee even though I'm not a coffee fan. The smell on opening is INCREDIBLE with the top filled with coffee beans. Very special. read more

We came out to the BeeWeaver Honey Farm. During our driving around. Very glad we stopped. Their meads were all very good. We enjoyed tasting each one of them. Daughter even bought some to bring home. I bought some Honey. It was awesome. We will be back for more. Very nice place. read more

This place was amazing. They accommodated our huge family with lots of kids and did a private little class where Mr Roosevelt taught us all about bees and we got to taste fresh honey. The gift shop was adorable, and the staff were amazing. Such a fun experience, I only wish I could've come on the weekend when their little restaurant was open! This was our 2nd trip to Wildflyer Meade and BeeWeaver Honey. Very low key due to the Apocalypse of 2020 which is a shame. This establishment is very comfortable and fun vibe. The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful in directing us to the perfect Meade for us (Mielleux Blanc). We got a growler in a cute refillable bottle and plan on going back for a refill! This time around we didn't get a chance to go to the gift shop but it's not to "bee" missed. read more

The customer service and help I experienced from them was phenomenal. I don't live in Navasota, or close to it, but had purchased a package of bees and a queen. After getting home I had some issues with them. I contacted Bee weaver via email and explained the problem, they got back to me instantly (and I emailed after hours too). Turns out the owners and I live reasonably close to each other, they went above and beyond to help resolve my issues. Don't wanna give too many details on what happened, every case/"emergency" is different and handled different. But I am beyond grateful to them. I will get all future bees, queens or bee keeping equipment from them going forward. Customer service is becoming a lost art, but not to the fine Weaver family. read more

This was the most fun I've had in a long time actually learning something. I went with our Ladies group and it was amazing. Roosevelt was a master of the Bees. The honey tasting and the wine tasting was out of this world. I never knew I could like honey so much. I bought some wine and its so good and I really don't drink wine. HIGHLY recommend everyone near the Navasota area to go to this Honey Farm!!! Not only were the bees so fascinating to see and learn about, but Roosevelt, our tour guide and beekeeper, was absolutely amazing! He was extremely kind and funny and made the trip so much fun. We tried close to 20 different kinds of honey and even held bees! Overall, this was such a wonderful experience and the tours are completely free! read more

What a great find on our drive between Houston and College Station (about a mile off the hwy)! We tasted some wonderful local honey, so much better and different than you can get at the store. The 2 ladies who helped us were very friendly and knowledgeable about bee keeping and honey. We highly recommend a stop for some great honey and to learn a little about bees too. read more
