I called Before/Afterhours plumbing on a recent late night on an emergency water heater issue. The responded to my call within 30 mins. (2) techs arrived on site and inspected the water heater and found the unit indeed needed to be replaced. We scheduled the repair for the next day. Carlos and crew came out the next day and gave me an estimate on replacing the water heater which was still under warranty! Long story short, after replacing the water heater, they encountered a water pipe leak that was separate from the original water heater repair. They opened up the exterior stucco wall and made the repair after much time and energy from Carlos and crew. They did an excellent job on the water leak and water heater installation. The ONLY negative issue I have with the crew is that they used our recycle bin to place the water heater cardboard in the bin which took up ALL the space in the bin and they discarded all the copper pipe fittings etc in the same recycle bin which I would think they would dispose of any debris generated from the repair at the shop and broke the wooden handle to my garden leaf rake without telling me of the damage. read more
