We had another great experience at Before the Stork! I came here for my first pregnancy at 14 weeks and found out we're carrying my son. This time I came just shy of 15 weeks and found out we're having a little girl! Everyone is so excited :) The room is very welcoming, it has plenty of places for your family to sit and plenty of toys for little ones to keep occupied. The tech was so sweet and helpful and made the experience a wonderful one for all of us! We'll probably come back at 28 weeks for a 4D scan. read more

My husband and I wanted to have a good 4D ultrasound done of our baby boy before his arrival. Since the holidays and our work schedules kept us very busy, we didn't actually get around to looking for different ultrasound centers until our 35th week of pregnancy (not ideal). We found Before the Stork 4D on Yelp and decided to make an appointment based on the amazing reviews and close distance to home and are so very happy we did. From beginning to end, Terri made everything as smooth, memorable and enjoyable as possible. I called on a Tuesday and she was able to squeeze us in for an early afternoon appointment that very same Saturday. She was so sweet on the phone and I appreciated that she provided helpful information about what to expect and how to prepare. Terri gave us fair warning that since we were so far along by the time of the scheduled ultrasound (36 weeks), it may be challenging to get a good visual of baby since the he and the space would so cramped by then but that she would certainly try her very best. We received an appointment reminder text the day before the appointment as well. The facility was beautiful, warm, clean and wonderful. Terri greeted us upon entry and we decided on the right ultrasound package. Upon entering the ultrasound theater, we were blown away by how nice it was! Definitely nothing like a doctor's office or hospital- it felt like a resort for baby viewing! Terri made the experience so very special and magical... baby boy was definitely cramped and comfortably situated in his little nook which didn't allow for the best view of him at first but she didn't give up trying. Terri thoroughly and thoughtfully explained every view and step of the process so we could better understand what we were looking at. She was so incredibly sweet and patient and gently pressed on my stomach to try to get baby to turn so we could see him. It was such a beautiful process and we couldn't be happier with the experience, loving memories and sweet mementos we received. We HIGHLY recommend Before the Stork 4D to any expecting parents (preferably at the 28-30 week mark, as Terri recommended). We will definitely be coming back again too if God blesses us with more babies in the future. read more

For the cost and what you get is defiantly worth it. Customer service was great, ultrasound tech was great and if you yelp you get a few more images. Beautiful rooms and afterward in the back they have a photo prop shop where you can take pictures. Packages come with a USB and you can add to it every time you can come. In addition what is great about to is that they will Tell you how much fluid you have left in order of it's worth it to do a later on ultrasound. Some places if you call and way further along like 35 weeks plus they will recommend you come anyways and pay for something where image of baby can't be viewable but here at least they tell you advance so you don't have to waste time or money. Everything here is great and they also Partner up with an insurance company where you can get some freebees like pump and back pain stuff if your insurance qualifies which is great. Only con I would like to state is that I wish the TV screen was bigger. Trust me it's good enough but I like a bigger view! Overall experience wonderful. It did the job. Wife and I were having a gender reveal party (it's a white person thing). The problem, however was that when we went to our scheduled ultrasound appointment at the doctors, the fetus went into full jerk mode and wouldn't cooperate. The ultrasound tech at the doctors gave us a lower than comfortable percentage of what the gender might be. We needed plan B. No, not the pill, too late for that, we needed another option quickly. My wife suggested we try one of these private ultrasound locations to see if they could help. I wasn't totally into it at first. I had this weird picture of some shady operation using medical equipment, but we both wanted more to be sure before our party so I yelped some ultrasound locations. Before the Stork was close to our house and the reviews were pretty solid so I gave them a call. I spoke with Terri on the phone- she was helpful and was able to squeeze us in before they closed that evening for gender determination. When I arrived, all the fears started to go away. The place is very nice inside - it has a nice calm clean vibe about it. We waited just a few minutes and we were taken inside the room. They clearly know what they are doing here. I felt completely comfortable and at ease with Terri - she does a terrific job and knew exactly what we she was doing. Luckily she was able to determine the gender with 98% confidence. We didn't want to know the results, so she wrote it down and sealed it in an envelope. I left with complete confidence and would strongly recommend Before the Stork to others. Went during my wife's 34th week of pregnancy. Our technician, Jen, had mentioned the potential difficulties of capturing the baby this late in the pregnancy. However, she was super patient and kept trying to capture good images. After a couple tries her hard work paid off! She was able to take amazing photos of our baby. This review took a while to do since I've been waiting for my stuff animal to become available lol...yes I actually waited... Haha So here it goes...(kinda long too) First off, I just wanted to say this was one of the most amazing experience I had during my pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy and I was super excited for this ultrasound. I always loved those dr appts when we were able to see him since I'm so amazed and I'm awe of what me and my hubby have created. I honestly never thought something as simple as an ultrasound would make me feel so happy and so proud that my heart melted over an image of what we were blessed with. I would recommend this experience for anyone who is curious to see what their little honey bee looks like and what they have been up to and doing inside your womb. The first time I saw my little man yawn, I fell in love all over again. Seeing how precious my little guy's face bought me so much joy and filled my heart with so much warmth. The staff was great, the mother and daughter team was very sweet. (I did this almost a month ago at 32 weeks and now I'm 37 weeks+3 so I apologize for not remembering their names...)They took their time doing the ultrasound so I can get good images of my little guy since he was being a bit difficult at first covering his face with his feet out of all things since he wanted to sleep lol. The stuff animal I wanted for my baby's heartbeat was the monkey and it was on back order but they were great and very professional each time I called to check up on it to see if it came in. They also gave me a call and reserved one for me since I've been waiting patiently for it. (Kinda...I called whenever I remembered to check if it was in since I'm about to give birth and wanted it before he came lol) I got one of their packages ($135). It came with the following: - color images -b&w images -baby's heart beat with choice of stuff animal - CD of baby's movement - CD of images in case I wanted to print out more for family - refrigerator frame(I think upon check in) - similac goodies (I guess when you do the bigger packages lol) Overall, an absolutely amazing experience to do when pregnant. Took my daughter for her 3D/4D ultrasound. It was great. Very clean and friendly staff. My daughters baby was being stubborn and hiding her face in my daughters back but the ultrasound lady wouldn't give up. The baby eventually turned enough for us to get some good photos. It was nice to be able to have my husband come to an ultrasound for once and it was fun that we got to do the 4D images and play around looking at different parts of the baby's face vs the doctor ultrasounds where they are there to specifically look for measurements and whatnot. Well Jen was the one to find not only one baby BUT two! Jen found was the one to tell me that I was having twins AND twin baby girls! This was our second visit to Before The Stork, and we wanted to get 3D/4D pictures for our baby shower coming up. Jen was super friendly and welcoming. We went into their comfortable viewing room. Can I just say that I appreciate the warmed ultrasound gel? Our little one was curled up in such a weird position on the right side of my belly... I mean, her feet were in her face and she was just hanging out on the right side only, which made it a little difficult to get good pictures of her (her hands were on her face, in her mouth... She looked like she was warding off the paparazzi or something... And then her feet by her face...). Jen was patient and was able to get some great pictures of our little one. I called to set up the appointment and Jennifer was very friendly and helpful. She was able to find an appointment that fit with our schedule. Upon arrival we enter b4d stork and its small and intimate and very warmly decorated. We filled out the paperwork while we noticed a family was in the baby theater. Once they were finished Jennifer welcomed us and explained the process. My mom was running a little late but almost there and I asked if possible to wait for her, she said yes. The experience itself is what you expect when you have your first pregnancy and go to an ultrasound. Jennifer was very attentive, just as excited, and welcoming to all. The room is dimly lit and makes you feel at ease with a couch and chairs for family. She worked with us as my rebellious baby chose to hide his face with his legs. Once the baby moved the limbs she was able to capture him with both eyes open and blinking! What the?! The best part was my mom being able to witness the same. Now we understand why there are so many 5 Star Ratings! We were very happy with our visit here from start to finish. When we called to make the appointment Terri was very friendly and accommodating. Terri is very professional and the setup is great. It's almost like a movie theater experience with plenty of comfy seating if you do decide to bring friends and family. We did see great glimpses of our babies and we must say it was well worth the money. You get to see your babies moving and grooving! The cost for these services are appropriate for the services we received. A definite must for those couples who are expecting. Be forewarned though because sometimes your babies will be shy or uncooperative like our Baby Boy who did not want any paparazzi attention. Baby Girl however was loving the limelight LOL. Terri was very patient and even offered for us to come back another time to try again with Baby Boy. We received some photo prints and the giraffe and puppy with our babies' heartbeats.
