She did it again. Her and her team. Just wow. I sadly moved an hour away but I'm willing to drive to her because she makes me excited to visit the dentist. A crown fell out and I called for an emergency appointment and was able to be seen by the doctor really quickly. She fixed my crown no problem and she still gave me so much TLC even though I was the last patient to leave the office. Her team too! Everyone was so attentive as if I was the first patient they saw. The dentist is amazing.. BUT the girl in the front not so much, kind of careless and just tells you whatever. If you ask her what your out of pocket bill will be, she will give you the amount for "in network provider" but you are billed different because the dentist they refer is out of network - and you are expected to pay the difference. And then she will act like she doesn't know why you were billed differently than what she originally told you. So just make sure you ask her at least 3 times if the billing out of pocket amount is correct - because she probably doesn't know if she is right the first time. read more

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Lieberg. I first contacted the office due to some pain and they were able to set up an appointment for me in less than a week which was very good. Once I arrived, I was greeted by kind front desk staff (they were very helpful over the phone as well) and did not have to wait at all to see the doctor. She was very kind, examined the trouble area and explained why I was having pain, then we ended up we chatting about food and she gave me some good recommendations for Venezuelan food in the area LOL since she is Venezuelan, but more importantly, she gave me a referral I needed! I was able to schedule my "non-emergency" regular exam visit for the next day in which I had my x-rays and gum analysis completed. This is when the Dr. determines what type of cleaning is needed, and in most cases, as I understood, you have to set up an appointment for another day, however I was fortunate and Dr. Lieberg was able to complete my basic cleaning in the same appointment. I liked that Dr. Lieberg performed the cleaning versus a dental hygienist because I felt it was done with care, conscientious to pain, and even entertaining as Dr. Lieberg is a great communicator. I'm glad I didn't have to visit the office three times in one week, even though I gladly would've since it was a very pleasant experience! I will be back! read more

Dr. Lieberg is a really sweet lady, unfortunately I believe she is somewhat fake. During my one year of seeing her, Dr. Lieberg told me I had 6 cavities that needed to be filled. After she demolished my teeth with all the unnecessary fillings, my bite was not the same and she claimed that It was because I needed to order a $400 night guard to fix it. As expected, the night guard did not revert my teeth back to their original state. Dr. Lieberg is just interested in making money and billing for as many services as possible. read more

Dr. Lieberg is nothing short of a sweet, friendly, gentle (with your teeth) professional. At my first visit, she discussed with me which cavity needed immediate attention and which one would need to be monitored. Honesty and genuine care for her patients is the reason why she is the only dentist I will go to from now on. I like that she explains what procedures she's going to do and why. For some reason, I always experience great discomfort with extra saliva build up at my previous dentists (it's hard to swallow when your mouth is wide open!) However, here, she has an assistant who has the suction tube to extract any of the extra saliva so that was a plus for me. Additionally, she is very personable. I always look forward to seeing Dr. Lieberg and have such a great chat, I forget I'm at the dentist! Her staff is also very professional, friendly, and organized. Best dental experience I've ever had! I found Dr Lieberg on yelp and was super happy to find out they take my insurance. Also, they offer payment plan through Care Credit. I recently introduced my husband to Dr Lieberg after my awesome experience back in December 2012. He described her as very informative and above all gentle. My little brother (who is seven-years-old) thought she was very nice too. I recommend arriving about 15 minutes early to fill out all the necessary paper work. The wait time was very reasonable and I was out in about an hour. Dr Lieberg takes her time with each individual patient. She doesn't rush the process like other dentist that I've had in the past. She may recommend another appointment to finish up all necessary dental work. Another thing that I really liked was the time her friendly and very helpful staff took to give me a breakdown of total cost, what my insurance covers, and what I was expected to pay out of pocket before any dental work was done to me. Dr.Lieberg is a fantastic dentist. She spends a lot of time with her patients but manages her schedule well so that I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes which seems like a miracle to me! She has given me great dental care and makes sure I know all my options before proceeding with treatment. I recently had a crown done by her and with past crowns from my previous dentist have had issues and severe tooth sensitivity. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lieberg! More than 10 different dentists that I've seen throughout my life, Dr. Lieberg is one of the best and most trustworthy Dentists I have ever met. She does not force me to get any dental work done and she is very honest. Example: I told her how my family and friends suggest that I get whitening done before my wedding. When I talked to Dr. Lieberg about getting that done, instead of "ok let's add that in," she suggested other cheaper options that I can do at home and if I wasn't satisfied, then I can get it done with her. I've been ripped off so many times and had really bad dental work done, but with Dr. Lieberg, I can truly trust her and rely on her. I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist, I am no longer afraid to spend hundreds and thousands of dollars for procedures that I thought I need but really do not need, and more importantly, whatever work I do get done, I know it's charged fairly and its done properly, getting good results. The Filling fell off. Also had pain in tooth that took a long time to go away after work was performed. They kept telling me it was normal. However the dentist grinded my tooth with her tool and said that it would smooth out on its own. My tooth Felt like sandpaper on my tooth for several months. Here's the deal: I HATE the feeling of metal on my teeth. It's my kryptonite. The only way I'd get my teeth cleaned was to have nitrous oxide during the visit. Upon relocating to LA, I've been hard pressed to find a dentist who administers this. I found plenty of dentists and hygienists who say they are gentle but that was all crap. "Don't worry", they'd say, "I have a light touch". Then they would clank around in my mouth for a half hour or more. What a nightmare. I was about ready to give up and just fly back to Seattle twice a year, but then I found Dr. Lieberg. She's been very sensitive to my disposition. She really does have a light touch, she doesn't clank around in my mouth, and I leave with clean teeth. My 4 year old girl is happy here; in fact, my whole family sees her. It's been great. Dr. Lieberg is so good, we still use her even though we now live in Orange County. She is worth the drive! Dr. Lieberg has proven to be one of the few honest Dentist's that we have encountered, who has not pushed for dental work just to bill more! My wife had been using the same dentist in Newport Beach for years, but after being referred for a Crown when she never had any problems before, she decided to try Dr. Lieberg. While my wife already had the crown done, her dentist was recommending another one, which Dr. Lieberg said in her opinion my wife did not need. Its been years, and my wife hasnt had any problems with the tooth which supposedly needed the crown. Furthermore my wife is no hero when it comes to dental work, but Dr. Lieberg has such a gentle touch, my wife never gets anxious before visits. My kids; we have a 17 year old, a 5 year old and a 2 year old. The 17 year old had braces through someone Dr. Lieberg referred and they were great. He's since had them off and see's Dr. Lieberg for his cleanings. Our 5 year old, unfortunately had to have caps due to giving him a bottle too long. Again they referred us to an orthodontist who was excellent. Our 5 year old now has a great smile and never fights us when we have dental appointments. Not too many dentists you can say that about. Me. I have had nothing but excellent service here. Super nice staff, gentle dental work, and honest diagnosis and treatments. Its amazing how other dental offices have required i get "Deep Cleaning" and use "Special Mouthwash" all at extra costs. One of the dentists who only looks at her own pocket not the patient's. I had moved from Brentwood to Alhambra area so unfortunately had to leave my beloved usual dentist. At my initial appointment, besides pushing me to go to an endodontist, they handed me a long list of evey possible filling and extra work that could find in my mouth and they told me they are all very necessary which is not my previous dentist nor my dentist brother in law had mentioned during my recent visits. That made me skeptical about them right off the bat. After the endo care, i had to go back to them for a time-sensitive post filling and crown and they were unbelievably irresponsible about trying to fit me in. The receptionists are so clumsy and incompetent, they don't acknowledge what you have told them a 100 times and they are just good at charging the patients and making money for the office as much as possible. I tried to plan ahead before my endo to make an appointment but the receptionist told me that we wont be able to reserve u a time until ur procedure is done!! Never heard of !! I told her what is the harm in making an appointment that we can cancel later!! And that made it more frustrating when they had trouble fitting me in after my endo care. When I got upset with them about the fact that they were not accommodating me to fit me in for my urgent post endo care, they told me the best they can do is to have me come on a Tuesday after 5 but they said I would have to pay overtime for the staff and assistant to stay over time!!!
