    Sweet and sour Shrimp
    Maria L.

Did the drive through order for my family playing bingo across the street. Family loved the food and tea was not a sugar bomb and required no lemon it was perfect as is. Mom loved the brown sauced (they give an option a brown or white sauce for your mixed vegetables) mixed vegetables. I ordered this as a side dish because everything else is fried. Sweet-and-sour pork portions were very large as well as the lemon chicken. I recommend a teriyaki chicken and the sweetest sour shrimp to share because the portions are large. My family loved the eggrolls but my eggroll was kind of thick skinned I guess? Not bad for a drive-through and they really helped out with a container for all the teas. In this heat it was necessary. Had I known the portion sizes were gonna be so large I would order extra sauces in their own bag because one sweet and sour sauce did spill. One sweet and sour sauce spilled en route. Receipt is not itemized. Fried rice was well cooked but plain. there was no egg in it so I guess that's good for the vegetarian so

So I Tried The lo mein And It Was Sooo Good And Then I Tried The Sweet And Sour Chicken And It Was Kinda Good Some Pieces Were Ok Some Bad So I Would Go Here Again Just Don't Get The Sweet And Sour Chicken./ The Service Was Nice But The Dining Area Was Closed So we Went Through The Drive Through And We Placed Our Order And When To The Window And It Took Forever To Get Our Food. Would Go Again But Don't Recommend.

Ordered Sesame Chicken... huge portions! Delicious!

Great food! Delicious and fresh! Sweet and flavorful. Exterior needs work, and food was served in abundance, wished it were smaller portions with a rangoon or two.

Best Chinese food on the S.E. Side. The prices are reasonable and the portions are very generous.

Favorite Chinese restaurant to buy in the area. Food is always fresh and hot. And correct orders. Very thankful for their drive thru!

I don't think it's truly authentic Chinese food, but an in between little diner with great and attentive service, reasonable prices and a lot on their menu. What we ordered came out super quickly and all the dishes were very good. We got egg drop soup (delicious), one stir fried seafood dish (shrimp and scallop- so good!), shrimp fried rice (great), the General Tso's beef (my husband loved this!), chicken lo mein. Generous portions for all dishes. I am sure this place is great for to go also because they must have had 25 to go orders in the 45 minutes we were there to eat.

It was coated with flour like fried chicken instead of corn starch which it should be Couldn't taste the black bean sauce although the sauce was strong Sweet and sour soup was full of good items but so much pepper it made me cough Soups are in tiny cups they call small bowls White rice is good and sticky Shrimp with lobster sauce is nothing like it should be, mostly corn and tasteless, I mean tasteless like water Not the usual recipe others serve. The beef rice noodles were like I would make from a reg pan at home without, again, taste. They need that wok taste but it's not there So disappointed, not cheap either , easily $18 a plate Place was clean and looked decent but what good is that if the food is lousy?

The staff is super friendly and courteous :) ! We usually order the beef vermicelli soup, and a variety of dumplings :D ! They serve our food pretty promptly, with the soup still hot and tasty, and the dumplings steamy and savory :D ! My sister doesn't eat pork. So she typically orders dumplings that don't contain pork. I eat all kinds of meat. So I always order the pork and chive dumplings :D ! Whether you come in on a weekday or weekend, it always helps to come early if you can! If we want to go there for lunch, we try to get there as close to 11 am as possible when they first open. As it gets closer to 12 noon, it starts to get really busy, and it's harder and trickier for the staff to seat you. There is both booth and table seating. It's a great restaurant to catch up with friends, family or even colleagues over a good meal :) ! The parking lot out in front is a pretty decent size. But it can fill up pretty quickly when it gets busy! We also love ordering frozen dumplings to go :D ! For sure, we will definitely come back :D ! Kung Fu Noodle never disappoints :) !

We noticed the decor had changed (yes, I said it had been many years) and it was quite nice! We were seated promptly and placed our drink order (tea came with lunch). We ordered Rangoon as a starter. The lunch specials came with soup and egg roll, and fried rice. DH ordered his litmus test dish for American style Chinese- General Tso chicken. The portion was generous. The sauce was tasty. The chicken pieces tasted like your average frozen nuggets tossed in sauce. It's that familiar "seasoning" to the chicken and coating- iykyk. Not bad at all, just not the best. He enjoyed his egg drop soup. I opted for Hunan Beef. The sauce was thicker than I prefer, with an almost gelatinous consistency. The hot and sour soup was nice, a little more sour than hot. We both thought the fried rice that came with lunch was a little bland. Maybe the entree version is better? Each special was under $10, and it's definitely a great value.

Walked in and waited for a few minutes before someone handed us menus and told us to sit wherever. Just handed us menus...in a kind of "just go sit down kinda way". Not real friendly. The appetizer we ordered (veggie steamed dumplings) came out with one less dumpling than promised on the menu. My wife's noodles were nothing special, as was my spicy/numbing pot. I felt my pot in particular, was over-loaded with huge chunks of veggies that could have been better chopped as to be more manageable. More chicken and beef in that chicken and beef pot, too, please ... The person waiting on us, if you could call it that, was not personable and could not have cared less about interacting. His drive by meal drop-offs were the epitome of antisocial. Probably won't return.

I have been to this restaurant several times which I did like. It rank higher than the other few places available in San Antonio. The service is always good and from observing I see a lot of Chinese families visiting and chit chatting with who seems to be the owner. I do like that a lot! It gives a positive sign about the restaurant itself The portions are huge! I ordered the whole chicken? Sichuan style. I asked if it is the whole chicken I don't know if language barrier lol she did the sign of no no with her hand. It is actually maybe equal to 2 chickens! Not complaining! I was very happy with it!
