-I dont like the atmosphere in here, the place is old and not clean, April was a manager and she does my gel manicure for $25 ( includes take off ) , she cut my cuticle and didn't even bother to say sorry, - i dont want to be nosy but when she was doing my nails, the yelled at her staff very rudely in Vietnamese though people around don't understand but that's just show how unprofessional she is, poor that lady. Seriously AMAZNG service. Clean and SPACIOUS interior. A bit dated, could use some new paint or decor but floors and spotless and spa chairs are up to date. Quick service, but didn't skimp on the quality of the paint job/massage quality-time, and cleanliness. (soaking fingers long enough, cleaning underneath nails fully and to my liking (heaven!) got a mani (letting my acrylics take a break) in the chair and the pedicure was so lovely. Sloppy and rude. My guy gave me less of a mani/pedi than my friends lady. They filed our nails crooked and were sloppy with their nail painting. I usually prefer to get my nails done at high end spas so I can know what kind of professional service to expect, but I'm in Fullerton visiting family and didn't want to wait days for a mani/pedi appointment. I called Belezza and they said I could come in right away. Jenny, the owner greeted me warmly and set to work on my nails while Tammy started my pedicure. I got a gel manicure and a regular polish pedicure. Both did a great and thorough job. My nails look great and extra shiny, and the prices are much less than I'm used to paying. they're absolutely amazing! my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and I went to get our nails done. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. they were all really kind. the ambience of the place is inviting, tidy, and simple yet trendy. I got a gel mani from Derrick (see photo) and he did an amazing job. I showed him an Instagram photo and he went based on that! Michael did my mother-in-law's nails and a nice lady (I didn't catch her name!) did mother-in-law & sister-in-law's toes. as far as personal experience, I had a blast! the guys were so nice! prior to picking a color for my gel mani, and partially because I was indecisive, Derrick's brother Nam brought out new gel polishes that had just arrived so I can choose from them as well! they also told me to never get acrylics because my nails were strong and healthy enough on their own. they were all kind and I love that they were so fun to hang with! I had Tammy for a Gel Mani and Mary for the delux pedi. These two listened to my concerns reguarding my cuticles and followed through. Mary did a phenomenal job at making sure that my callus were well handled and taken cared of. To these two girls I would rate them a 5 star!! Yay ladies!! Unfortunately, since this review is for the over all salon there were a few things that brought my ratings to this. Obviously these things were beyond the two ladies control for they work with the supplies they are given. Towards the end, I realized that they did not have new stuff for me. No new Emery board, pumice, buffer or freshly sterilized equipment from a package. They did though have a lining for the foot spa which is a necessity to me. STAY AWAY IT'S DIRTY!!! Well I came here because my regular nail salon was booked solid and it had good reviews on yelp. I set an appointment for 3:30 PM and arrived on time. 1. This place is FILTHY! There are stains on the towels, nails on the floor, ashes caked onto the furniture, and they don't use bags on the pedicure tubs. i would not be surprised if this place was crawling with fungus. Where is the health inspector?! 2. They never asked us what we wanted they just started the pedicure tubs. My mom didn't even want a pedicure. 3. They were incredibly late my mom sat soaking in a pedi tub four an hour before we just up and left! 4. The very young (underage?) man that worked on me was really rough. He kept hurting me. I told him to stop repetitively an he didn't until I literally pried his hands off my feet. My feet are cut and scratched and whats worse is he didn't even get all the dead skin. 5. He used this heavily fragranced pink bath and body works lotion for the massage portion of the pedicure. This stuff burns like it is terrible for your skin. Fragrance is an irritant and is not suitable to be slapping all over your clients legs. Do us all a favor and pick up some 100% coconut oil. It is cheap, soaks in quickly, it is not an irritant, and it has good slip. 6. My massage was supposed to be 6 minutes. I got three minutes. I walked out before he could polish. Under new ownership as of Christmas of 2012. So I had a positive experience a few months back and decided to have a girl pedicure date with one of my good friends at this location. We came in and found out that it was under new ownership for the past 1-2 weeks. They are in the middle of remodeling the place so things were still in progress of getting placed. The equipments and supplies were new and clean (cant go wrong for grand opening right?). The staff were very friendly and the emphasize how they want to keep everything tidy and sanitary. But based on my visit, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided us water bottles and some chocolate while my friend and I chit chat. SO nice of them! They had a grand opening discount of 20% off service, so that was nice. The only thing I did not found favorable was how they switched the nail techs. My friend had person A did her pedicure, and then another customer comes in and person A went over and did her manicure. Person B filled in their spot and finished up the polish. I personally like the full attention from one tech so that I can tip properly and not having to split my tips with multiple techs. But hey, some people like getting pampered by multiple techs, as long as they tip properly I guess. Again, my personal preference. I am sad to see to previous owners go, I guess business wasnt too hot even though they had great reviews via yelp. Will give this place a fair chance. :) read more

I ended up coming to Belezza after I was told by another nail place they had no time for me and that the waiting time was going to be 2 hours?!!?? I needed to get my nails done ASAP! Absolutely love this place!! Love the sisters, Lidia & Estela!! Extremely knowledgeable and great at what they do! Lidia always does my pedicure and I feel like I know her for many years. They use certain tools once and discard them after use. They don't use spa's for pedicure bcz that's a higher risk of getting fungus or collecting other bacteria. You will not regret going to them! I was in here earlier today and "mary" did my nails. Let me cut out all the details and just make a list of why I'm never going back. -no sanitation towel used -used a USED buffer on me. It was ratted and tattered from excessive use and white from other peoples nails -used a file to "buff" my nails and filed some of my skin off -my scrapes from her filing hurt like a B when she sprayed alcohol -left a bubble on my pinky nail -left cotton fibers on my nails -gel was applied unevenly so some parts of my nail are really thick -she applied the top coat all over the skin around my nails -she used excessive force trying to file off the excess polish on my skin -my nails felt like they were on fire when using the UV light -i asked her not to cut my cuticles, twice, and she did any way I should have walked out when she picked up the used buffer to use on me. read more

Came here a month ago to get a fill and my nails were still perfectly shaped so all they had to do was literally fill, buff and paint. That came out okay, with the exception of some sloppy work at the cuticle line. Last week I went in for another fill and needed them to be shortened slightly and re shaped back to a nice point. OH DEAR GOD. First of all, the lady filed my nails unevenly and I kept pointing out nails that needed to be fixed, which still looked lip sides. Then she realized that her gel color didn't look anything like the sample and started layering layer after layer until it was disgustingly thick and the repeat layers misshaped my nails. I kept telling her "this needs to be fixed, this needs to be fixed". End result they still looked horrible and I left fairly disgruntled and walked next door to Walmart to buy a nail file to try and fix my thick lopsided nails. read more

Also it seems like every manicurest ends up cutting me! This place is great. I'm fairly new to the area and went to a couple places, prior to finding Belezza, all either too pricey or I was unhappy with the service/results. I'm not much of a Yelper, but Belezza has great service and VERY reasonable prices. I have been very satisfied with all of my manis, pedis, and acrylics. The girls are all very nice. Jenny is my favorite for acrylics. She does an excellent job! I've walked in once and thankfully not much of a wait, but every other time I've either made an appointment or called before hand to give them a heads up so I don't have to wait long because I've seen them get a little busy at times.
