To top it off, my daughter had asked for extra sauces, specifying Sweet and Sour sauce for the spring rolls and Teriyaki for the chow mein because it is alway dry. There were none. There was not any cutlery, which would have been difficult had we not returned home to eat. The price of this was $37.08. Had we gone to China Bowl the cost, with tax, would have been $23.50 and we would have been satisfied. Also, China Bowl has the best BBQ Pork - China Express.... And when they say hot peppers, they mean it, there were A LOT of jalapeños. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, plenty of space, and is conveniently located near Downtown Redlands. My trip from Temecula to Bella & Yang is worth the trip to enjoy authentic Chinses dinning/food. Myself being a True Blooded American and very hesitant to drift from my American up bring to eat other than American style foods; Bella & Yang Chinses dinning is worth the change. Today, I read a review from 1.27.2023 by an individual (Hiba N.) that makes no sense; total assumption on her part; and when you assume something without facts, then you make a A.. out of your self for assuming!. This/She rated Bella & Yang with a one star and it should be the other way around for her/Hiba N. not for Bella & Yang. Bella & Yang for me; is worth the drive from Temecula. Who ever Hiba N. is; her interpersonal skills and communication skills are very weak; at least give Bella & Yang the benefit to refund your costs; and explain to them in person why. Bella & Yang just opened up this week and my wife and I were in the mood for Asian, since Yucaipa doesn't have Asian fusion food. I usually like to wait a few weeks before checking out a restaurant, but I thought to go out on a limb and lower my expectations since they are new. Didn't need to! Menu was extensive but not overwhelming. Tried a few sushi rolls and vegan Bao (dumplings). Fish was fresh! Heard good things about Bao, which I've had Korean buns before. Definitely the best Asian food in Yucaipa. Servers were obviously new, but definitely getting the hang of things. Met the owner, Bella, who is the nicest person ever! They let us sample a lot of things to give us more suggestions next time. read more

The spring rolls were perfect, The broccoli beef was flavorful and steaming hot, I don't eat sushi so the California rolls looked good but not my preference but the miso soup and rice were awesome!!
