    We had the BEST experience here. I brought 6 bridesmaids and they all found a dress they LOVED! Emily is the best there is no question. She is so sweet, kind, and patient. Please ask for her! Here is a picture from our wedding day all of my girls dresses are from Bella bridesmaids. I love that the staff followed up with me after my big day. They are truly so sweet and kind and I am so glad I chose them to be apart of my wedding day!

    We had a very good experience at Bella Bridesmaids! We were greeted promptly for our appointment, by Kelly (I think). I knew we were going for long, black, and elegant. But other than that we were totally clueless. The girls at Bella spent so much time and energy bringing us dress after dress, never stopping until we had found the one! The dress we chose is absolutely beautiful, and the bridesmaids and I cannot be happier with our selection. I really liked the online order system that Bella uses as well; it allows the bridesmaids to order separately, and it allows me, as the bride, to contribute financially if I would like.

    Bear with me. This is going to be a long one. In theory, Bella Bridesmaids is a really great business concept. In practice, however, their execution and attention to detail just sucks a big one. Seriously, it's been six months since I've had to deal with them and it makes my blood boil even thinking about it. My husband and I got married earlier this summer, so when I started determining where to go for bridesmaid dresses, I really liked the idea that four out of five of the girls could go to a Bella Bridesmaid location in their respective cities (all over the U.S.) to be properly fit. They also have some of the best designers, when it comes to bridesmaid dresses, so it seemed like a win win. It was a damn disaster. First, the store is by appointment only, which has some distinct advantages. It meant that brides don't have to throw 'bows with other brides to find dresses and, it makes the process a lot more efficient. Get in, get out. The problem with this is that BB reserves Saturdays for new brides only, so if you're a bridesmaid that needs to go by for a fitting, better be ready to take a little time off work. (They're open Tuesday through Friday, 10 - 6.) Oh, they also won't fax fitting information between stores. (Seems like a small complaint, but after you've had to make an appointment, drive across town for a fitting and shell out +$200, the least they can do is fax a stupid form to their sister store.) See, each Bella Bridesmaid is independently owned, so they're in no hurry to help one another.... which really screws the customer. Still, all of the girls got in, were fitted and we got the dresses ordered. They all arrived right on time, but not a single one of them even came *close* to fitting properly. The designer we used was Simple Silhouettes, which provided very clear instructions on how the exact dress style we were buying should be sized. Because the measurement instructions were so specific, I felt confident that the girls would only have to get minor alterations. Forget it. The dresses were all so big on each of the girls that they literally fell to the floor, when they put them on. Thank heaven that the cut of the dress was very simple, because each of them had to be completely reconstructed to fit the girls. They looked fine, in the end, but I think it's BS that anyone should pay $250 for a dress and then pay another $50 to have it completely reconstructed. When I contacted Bella about the fitting issues, they invited us to make an appointment to come in, so that they could show us how to have them tailored, so that we could pass the information along to our tailor. (Mind you, we'd have to make that appointment for mid-week, since Saturday is only for new brides.) They wouldn't offer us any sort of discount, refund or credit for tailoring--absolutely nothing. If you're looking to use one of the designers that Bella carries and want to see it in person, consider making an appointment, but order it directly from the company. This store truly does not deserve any of your (or your favorite ladies') hard earned money.

    Now that my wedding is over, I'm thoroughly pleased with Bella Bridesmaid. Granted, I personally only had to go to the store once, and that was for my initial appointment with my MoH. The consultant was patient and very kind, as I had explained that I was coming from the hospital where my father had just undergone a heart transplant literally hours before. She was patient, even suggested a few styles and made our visit pleasant. Perhaps we went on a day that wasn't busy, but I certainly didn't feel rushed. I haven't spoken to my BMs about their experiences with getting their dresses, but they certainly would have expressed any displeasure had there been any. They we're aware that their dresses would need alterations and having a website/portal was very convenient in regards to staying on top of the ladies and their purchase. I even had a BM that would be very pregnant by my wedding day and she looked just as flawless as everyone else! They have dressesfor just about every price range, and I'm pleased with what I chose. Most of my ladies are already repurposing their dresses and love that it won't find a permanent home at the back of their closet...or their pile to toss out lol. Our wedding will be featured on Say Yes to the Dress, so once the episode is set to air, I'll be sure to keep your store aware. Thanks again!

    I had such an amazing experience with Bella Bridesmaids! My friend recommended them who had also used them for her wedding! They have a wide variety of dress choices all within a reasonable price range! I had some bridesmaids who were local and some who were out of town, and they made it very easy for everyone to order and receive their dresses! I really liked that you could have your bridesmaids vote for which dress they liked best online to make the decision easier on me. Everyone loved their dresses and they photographed beautifully! Would 100% recommend! I had a very positive experience and everyone was very friendly! Very easy process amidst the craziness of wedding planning!

I hadn't lost any weight, and I later learned that the size ordered was actually the smallest size on the recommended scale for my measurements. It was clear that Gia, the bridal consultant, measured me incorrectly from the beginning. This was incredibly disappointing--especially so close to my big day. I immediately left and took my dress to Wedding Gown Alterations by John, where they had to take in 4 inches at the waist just to make the dress wearable. The total cost of alterations came to $1,200, on top of what had already paid for the gown. This is not the experience or service I expected from a high-end boutique. I'm sharing this review so that other brides don't go through the same emotional stress I did. Double-check your measurements and confirm every detail--don't rely on the boutique's reputation alone.

This is incredibly upsetting. If I secured my appointment first, I do not understand why I am the one being asked to adjust rather than accommodating later bookings accordingly. That decision feels both unfair and dismissive of my time and planning. What makes this even more disheartening is that I have family, including my aunt, traveling in from out of town specifically for this appointment. Receiving this type of notice on a Thursday afternoon leaves me with virtually no reasonable opportunity to secure another bridal salon that can accommodate us on such short notice. This experience has been deeply frustrating and has added unnecessary stress to what should be a very special and meaningful moment in my wedding journey. I expected better consideration, communication, and respect for my original booking.
