I have been a loyal customer of this salon for over 10 years now. Currently I get dipping powder on my fingernails, and pamper myself with a relaxing Bella pedicure. I love to come here for the quality services, and the friendly people. The first person to do my nails years ago was Jennifer. She was so kind and careful, and did such a good job that I've been coming here to see her ever since. I have also had great experiences with others if Jennifer is unavailable: Ten, Suzanne, Natalie, Anna, Annie, to name only a few. My go to for my pedicures is Ben-I definitely recommend him to anyone who prefers a firmer touch. But I can honestly say I've never had a bad pedicure here! Also a shout out to Nicki, the fabulous voice on the phone and the smiling face who is there to greet you when you check in! She keeps things running smoothly on even the busiest of days! One of the the things I noticed on my first visit was the cleanliness of this salon. They observe all the expected hygienic practices to protect their customers. Like any nail salon you go to you have to like the vibe of the environment because it's always about finding the right nail artist. I've been coming here about 7 years and k had an awesome nail artist and then he left and I had a kid one and then a bad one and now I have an amazing one again. So it's about finding the right artist and then a place you like being in. My artists is great now, flexible and nice and does my nails how I like and makes great suggestions. The salon itself is located in a square so highly accessible with free parking. They do full services: mani, pedi, wax, acrylic, gelx, sns, designs, shellac, the whole shebang. Pricing is pretty competitive in my opinion . Cheaper than the salon I go to in Kirkland sometimes and unlike that place, my nail lady is much more flexible with what I want. I've been coming here for about a year, and it was the first nail salon I found when I moved to the area. I have found the nail technicians that understand how particular I am for pedicures and manicures (dip), which is Kathy and Natalie. They do a great job every time and are always kind, and attentive to me while I'm there. The manager Nikki is also rockstar, always offering to grab me a drink and is also attentive to everyone that walks through the door. I personally have never felt scammed, but I understand that sometimes people have bad experiences. Anytime I didn't like how my nails came out, which was maybe once or twice, Nikki always makes it right and has them redone or charged me half the cost to make it right. I called Sunday afternoon around 2 and was told they were busy and they had an opening at 4:30, that was too late for me. I was close to the shop when I called so I stopped and "did a walk in" just in case and was taken right away. I asked if I could add a pedicure and they said no that they were booked. I had my husband "call" and lo and behold, they made an appt. So I was able to get both done. I saw several people with appt had long wait times. I have been to so many dang nail salons since moving to WA and I can't even begin to tell you how awful they have all been whether it's literally refusing to cut my nails, not even bothering to clean the cuticles, polish peeling next day etc. I came here because my coworker recommended it and her nails are beautiful. I had a dip powder manicure done by Amanda who worked quickly and efficiently but didn't feel rushed. She e-filed my cuticles away which always leaves a flawless finish and really seemed to know what she was doing. I like my nails REALLY short and she delivered without having to make any adjustments she just did it right. 10/10 definitely coming back!! NOT FOR SENIORS OR DISABLED PEOPLE Attitude from receptionist was angry. Consideration for seniors and disabled people were negligent. My friend and I went for manicures and pedicures today. I had a lovely lady work on my feet and a very young lady worked on my hands and pretended she knew what I was talking About. My friend had two lovely people working on her. We both wore boots, which were difficult to take off and more difficult to put on. We did this at the last minute, therefore we did not wear sandals. We got help to take off and tiny help to put on. We helped each other. My friend finally got help with 2nd boot. When we left I talked to receptionist. She said it was not their job to help with shoes. She was pretty angry because I pressed her About the issue. Neither one of us had ever been to a nail shop where we did not get help. We are both quite over 70 and over weight. Kinda bummed. Today I got the same male again, and he was so abrupt and harsh with my pedicure. He only massage one leg, I am a runner and he didn't smooth any callouses. Even the nail tech doing my nails at the same time, asked him to slow down and be less jerky. Actually horrified at how bad my toes look. Went in for a classic white pedicure, some of my toes are completely over the cuticle, some not even near. She had to redo one 3 times and bring someone else to do it because she was over lapping tacky paint. You can tell that their tools we NOT sterile/sanitized because the bags weren't even sealed... Aside from all of that, I got wine and was swarmed by fruit flies so I asked for someone to just take it away. Awful. Awful awful awful. It's seems to be a crapshoot here. Sometimes I walk away with a decent mani/pedi. Other times, the last two times were awful and I went home in tears. I'm 30, have cancer, I live on fixed income. I spent $50 for an SNS dip to treat myself (a rare thing) after a really stressful week. Stressful life to be honest. I felt like an inconvenience at the end of the day. The work was rushed and haphazard. My nails look like garbage. They're uncomfortable. There is glue everywhere. I even watched her (Annie) use the drill on my nails WHILE she was looking away, talking to someone. They're too thick and uneven. I was never asked what shape I wanted. I went back in to have them fix it, and using the drill to get rid of the glue and I got a deep cut behind my thumbnail. All that was offered was some super glue for the bleeding cut. No thanks, I don't want those chemicals in my bloodstream. No refund was offered. I called and asked for a refund. Apparently they can only do cash refund. So in order to get a refund I have to drive all the way back...the whole experienced caused stress instead of easing stress. Why I didn't walk out or say something in the moment...I wish I had. Hopefully I get my refund but I will never be back, nor recommend. read more

*** UPDATED 8/31: I can here after my last visit below and it wasn't bad however my sister couldn't say the same. Her manicure was disappointing (polish was bumpy) and she got a service above the "basic" so it wasn't well received on her part understandably. Given all the experiences, I would say if you don't have preferences with nails going to Bella Dolce may not bother you. Personally, this won't be my first choice due to the lack of consistency experienced each time and price point but I know of others that have had stellar experiences (my old coworker has gone here for a while and loves them last I checked) ***+ Update- Second chances can be a beautiful thing - I came here today because another friend of mine had come here yesterday with a larger party and after seeing their nails, I decided to give Bella Dolce another try. The concept of this place is great, but when I went for shellac a couple times it always chipped fast. I'm not picky on pedicures, and went in for one the other day because I needed to go to Safeway next door after. I had a guy technician, not sure his name. This was such a painful pedicure. He cracked my toes, over and over and over, giggling how many cracks he could get. I HATE having my toes cracked. But the worst was the foot file. Normally I'm just ticklish. But he hacked away at the skin. He rubbed away and drew blood on my big toe and my pinky toe and didn't even acknowledge or apologize. Days later and my toes are still in pain. He was also very picky about the elevation of my feet, constantly pushing them down and telling me to "relax!". How can I relax when you're drawing blood on me? Never again. read more

I just got a full acrylic set the day before I was leaving for Las Vegas. Every one of my nails started separating/making a big bubble that night about halfway through each nail. I called to let Tony know that I was out of town and unable to come immediately back and he said for me to come in and they will fix them. I just went in and they filed down almost all of the separating portions of my nail and then informed me that is what they considered "fixing" and that I would have to pay for a fill. I got my nails done last Friday and they did a very horrible job. My bf never notices my nails but this time he noticed how bad they were badly done. The lady that worked on my toes didn't even bother to clean up the edges of my toe and missed few areas where color was missing on my toes. I went in for a shellac manicure and a classic pedicure. I had two techs working on my service at the same time and they both completely rushed through. The man Ben did a horrible paint job and left towel fibers in my nails. The woman Vivian rushed through my shellac manicure and left noticeable air bubbles. They charge a 3% convenience fee for credit cards that they do not make you aware of until after you pay. I will not be returning to this place. But I've come in multiple times now bringing friends with me and my nails have broken within a week everytime I come in. Super disappointed!!! I got my nails done on Friday the 12th. By Sunday I scratched my arm and a nail popped off. I live pretty far away. (Visiting mom when I came here) So I was unable to make it back to get my nail fixed for free. So I paid an extra $8 to get one nail fixed at a different salon. (acrylic & gel) Today, Another nail just popped off. Had to buy nail glue so I don't have to pay an extra $8 elsewhere to fixIt hasn't even been a week and two nails broke. I paid $50 for stress. I also asked for a squoval shape and she ended up doing almond and charging me extra. It's a really nice place. My nail tech was also very nice. I won't come here again if they will only last a day. I'm new to the area and trying to find a new nail salon is usually a long process of filtering through the bad, mediocre and great salons. I called and was able to get a same day appointment. When I arrived they presented me with a menu with all the different services and levels of services (classic pedi, deluxe pedi, etc) as well as all the prices listed. You check off all the services you want and give it back to them. This is the first time I've seen this at a nail salon and I loved it. I knew exactly what I was getting as far as service goes and I also knew exactly how much. After I was seated, the gentlemen (I'll call him the concierge) who assisted me in the selection of my services offered me a complimentary beverage which ranged from water, tea, soda, margarita, wine to slushees (see picture of drink station below). I've been offered wine or water before at a salon but slushees?! Amazing lol As far as the service itself, you can tell that each technician is trained specifically the Bella Noche salon way. They take their time, not rushed to ensure a true spa style experience. The way the products they are using were presented was something I'd never seen before. They are on a beautiful platter and portioned out (lotions, scrubs, oils, masks). The technicians use all of the product which is great because it ensures you get a healthy time for application/massage as it takes time for that amount to absorb into your skin. The service was thorough and I never had to ask them to fix or do a step they missed. They were friendly as well. During my service, I watched the gentleman/concierge walk around and ask each client how they were doing, if they liked their service and/or comment on how great their nails looked - in a fun way. He's like a complimentary hype man. Overall I had such a great experience. Everything was extremely clean and everyone was spaced out. The prices are a little higher than what I paid previously at salons but the service itself, attention to detail and customer service made me not think twice about the price. Oh, my nails look great! This is a miracle because the glue on nails they removed that I did myself destroyed my nails. If I had to say one thing/critique the salon at all, because people hate and don't ever trust a fully glowing review, I suggest when choosing to prop the door open (I get it Covid and ventilation), before doing so, look around to the pedicure chairs that are closest to the door and see if there's a client with wet legs out of the water.
