I've been here before and had a good experience, but it just seems to be going down hill. It is very clean, and well maintained. And with the holiday season today was busy. But they put me in a massage chair and left me there for 35 minutes, and the water got cold, literally. Then she only spent about 15-20 minutes doing my pedicure. Minimal massage, no callus removal. I ended up not getting a manicure because it took so long. The person next to me came in after me, got waited on first, and was still getting her pedicure (same service price level) when I was processed out and gone. I think it might be time to find another place, as each time it has gotten more quick and sloppy, and today was truly unacceptable. read more

This is a very professional nail salon with very well-trained nail technicians and a huge variety of polishes and products. It is open 7 days a week and is in a great location! It is easy to get an appointment with so many technicians that work there. They surpassed my high expectations. Tried this place today. Large open salon with some nice furnishings. Love the open layout with the chandelier in the center. I went in for a mani/pedi today- one of the first appts of the day. Unfortunately, not very impressed with the results. They were nice enough- but they seemed rushed (not sure why- again I was one of the first appts and not too many people were there... Maybe 3 other customers total within the hour.) The woman who did my nails rushed through and didn't take care when doing my cuticles- hurting me a bit- and she applied the polish so quickly that it's streaky and has bubbles. You can see the buff lines through the polish. Not happy. Once she was done she disappeared quickly- so I didn't have a chance to address this. The salon is a bit dim so I thought my toes looked pretty good (different pedicurist than my manicurist) but once home realized that they too were a bit messy. Polish on my skin and old polish visible on my cuticles. :( it was a very average job for a more than average price. Overall- not terrible but not great. read more

I have tried several nail salons aimed moving to Washington in April. I was so impressed from the moment I walked into this salon. Don, my nail stylist was wonderful. He put on a full set for me and did a perfect job, and he was quick and efficient. Today I returned for a fill, and Don was just as great with that. They serve complimentary soft drinks while you are waiting. Don is my new "go to" guy for my nails. Prices are in line with other nail salons in the area. The outside is very unassuming for what's inside. The decor and atmosphere is amazing, all massage chairs, everyone was great. There were a few mistakes, but I was totally understanding, nobody is perfect all the time. I loved the most that it looked and felt fancy, but not exclusive like I didn't belong there. Worst experience getting my nails done ever!! I had been to Bella Dolche Nails several times before and was satisfied with the quality and price of their manicures, until the last time I went. I got the deluxe manicure that comes with the option of a paraffin wax or a hot stone arm massage. Unfortunately my nail technician took an hour and a half to do a shellac manicure, and I told her I needed to leave for an appointment and would only be doing the classic manicure, as I never received either the paraffin wax or a hot stone arm massage. After I left, my friend and I realized that we were both charged twice for our manicures. When we went back into the salon and explained that their pricing guide says a deluxe manicure costs only $20, the receptionist said they charge an additional $20 for shellac. So they are charging $40 for a shellac manicure (absurdly over priced for the quality). I also explained that I did not have time for the full deluxe manicure, and only received the description of a classic manicure ($15). When my nail technician was asked about which service I received, she lied and said she did the paraffin wax for me on my arms. After repeatedly explaining that we were told the deluxe manicure would only cost $20, the receptionist told us we were wrong, but started to refund me anyway... Only to give me $2.50 back to compensate for both of us being double charged! Needless to say, I have never been treated so rudely at a nail salon, and recommend that you go to a salon where you will actually get what you paid for and receive service from technicians that have more experience with customer service. Overall the experience was extremely frustrating and the staff left us feeling completely invalidated. I will never give my business to this nail salon again! read more

The two stars is for the fact that I've been going here for nearly 4 years and only ever had one or two issues, to be expected. But I came in and unfortunately received some of the worst "service" I've ever received. I was getting SNS with tips and was very clear about the shape (almond) and a deluxe pedicure. The pedicure, like I've seen others here say before was lackadaisical, she did not scrape my feet (not that I have many rough spots at all) she did not massage my legs/feet unless you consider massaging to be the same weight as a feather caressing your legs which I don't. She was lazy or bored or both. I could have done a better job on my toes. The lady doing my nails was clearly having a hard time with the shape and length I told her before she went further I don't like the shape ( it was stiletto shape) and way to long she attempted to fix it while stopping every few seconds to see if they were the same length and shape to no avail. It got to the point where there was simply no use to tell her what to fix and resigned myself to finding a new salon. All the while they were being rude to myself and my mother who was also getting a mani/pedi she had her own issues such as her manicurist smudged a nail and redid it without base coat etc... to me Bella is one of the most expensive salons in the Seattle area and to have costs be that high and offer "deluxe" services then they need to try much harder and be way more respectful and accountable for their work. I waffled between letting them know how disappointed I was and only decided to call because I kept looking at the photo I used as an example and thinking of the more then 100 dollars less my bank account has in it, and for the way my nails look I knew was not worth it nor was the way we were treated. My manicurist as she was walking away even went so far as telling me she had been patient with me. Also I've never posted a review but after the phone call with the "manager" I am shocked at the lack of customer service. I would actually give this place a less than 1 star rating if I could. Yes this is a nice place, clean and very nice with the pop and the slushy machine. I have had fills and pedicures there and never any complaints about the pedicures. This past week I was in there the day before my wedding for my wedding manicure. The lady was a miserable rude women. I have been in several times before and they know the colors they have on the swatch do NOT match the color the polish comes out. For example I showed a picture of the design I wanted (pale grey, white and copper) was told no problem and then suddenly then had NONE of the colors or the ability to do the design FOR MY WEDDING. I asked for a pale pink, and was brought all 3 HOT FLAMINGO PINK colors and an ORANGE. I explained to her multiple times that this was for my wedding and would be in all my photos. She was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing HER......if you know your colors do not match, don;t be rude when I ask to see a color that is somewhat ever a little close to the picture I showed you. Then she told me she was unable to do the design. Why was I not told that before she started. Picture is very simple. Two of my nails broke before the wedding, were not even close to the picture I showed her, paint on my skin just sloppy. When I checked out the girl asked me how my service was and I told her, reminded her that it was my wedding day and she did take 25% off my total but did not ask if they could fix it or have someone else work on it..just rushed me out the door, What should have been a wonderful relaxing experience the day before my wedding had me leaving in tears with nails that looked iike my child did them. I always go to Priti Nails for a reason, though they take longer at times, it's for good reason. They are all about the details and leaving you satisfied. I made the mistake of going to Bella Dolche nails because they could take me right away. Though they are super sweet and friendly and move quickly, the end result is disappointing, especially for the cost. I had a mani pedi, both shellac, and it cost me about $75!! I go to my normal salon and it's about $32-50. Depending on the type of pedicure you want. It looks like I had a weeks grow out after a few days. Usually my shellac will last me well over the 3 weeks that it's supposed to. This started peeling off within the first week! They don't take the time to make sure the polish is off the cuticles or even really push the cuticles back well enough. So it peels off too easily since it's attached to skin. They have men working and though that doesn't bother me, they just don't seem as detailed as the women. I had to redo my toes when I got home. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere if this is the level of service and product they are going to give you. Just because you give out icees and soda (way too much sugar), doesn't mean you should overcharge your customers for the quality of product you're giving out. We love to go for pedicures. They have complimentary soft drinks and tea which is nice. They also have special kid pedicure seats and my kids love to go get pampered too. It is a nice way to encourage nail care for them since they fight me at home. It has a pleasing atmosphere inside too, feels classy, love the light fixtures! Everyone is nice. So I am afraid to post this review because I really don't want my new favorite place to become so busy that I can't walk in.. But here it goes.. Don't go anywhere else but here. If you are very picky about cleanliness. This place is so clean and looks like a high end spa. They will provide you with a free drink. Soda, water or slushy.. They have all price ranges for mani/pedi's but I always go with the high end $50 most expensive pedi and let me tell you. I have never been disappointed. I've been at least 6 times or more, and I look forward to this all month long. Kim is my favorite although, everyone there is good. They have a reward program, you need to ask about it. I heard they have Facebook specials, and they are so friendly. You will want to go back. Please know you must pay your tip in cash. But they accept payment for services on credit. You just can't tip on credit. I always have to remember to stop and get cash. I really recommend this place.. I wish I could go right now! read more

When this place opened, it was wonderful. Now that it has become popular, the service is lackluster at best. I went in for a pedicure, having been so completely satisfied with them previously. I was the first customer of the morning and they were still getting set up and cleaning, yet my pedicure was still rushed. I had to ask for a top coat to be applied and even then had to wait a good bit before someone else came over to apply it. The perk of once having wifi available is now gone as is the ability to use the coupon. It used to be that the coupons didn't have expiration dates, well they do now. The atmosphere is different---unfriendly and hurried. By the time I left, it was very busy and I felt like they just wanted to get me out. Worst experience getting a Brazilian wax. I don't even think the lady had ever done a wax before. Had a bunch of hair left all over, and also tons of wax that they did not use oil to take off. They reused the same stick in the wax container over and over again which is completely unsanitary. If you're going to get your nails done there, by all means go, but do not get any type of wax there. Extremely unprofessional. read more

I'm going to echo the review left by Lisa B. Partly because her experience is a 100% match to mine yesterday, and partly because my fingers are so sore from the horrid treatment by Le, that it hurts to type! I am never one to complain or write bad reviews. But I had such an awful experience here today that I just have to say something. In the beginning my experience was wonderful. Great service, friendly, my nails looked great, same nail techs were always there, etc. I noticed in the last 4-6 months that the service has really gone down hill. This time was the last straw. When I came in 3 days ago, Le, my tech, barely put enough product on my nails to keep them from being absolutely paper thin, the sides were rough, and lifting already! When I returned yesterday after calling Kevin to tell him I wanted a new set, he told me that the new set I decided to go with would be half price. The only familiar face I saw there was the receptionist, who had me sit at one of the worktables. I was concerned when Le sat down in front of me, since it was her work I was having fixed! After a 10 minute argument with her (and another 2 girls who ganged up on me) about what I'd be paying, I walked out with my nails flat, no curve whatsoever, and my fingers are sore and painful from the horrible treatment. Le told me during the visit that she's been doing nails "a long time" - I don't see it in her work. /When I left, I was offered a $20 discount since I'm a regular client (or used to be!) so it would "only be" the full price minus that. I had to argue AGAIN to get the half off Kevin promised. I'm really disappointed in Bella Dolche. They used to be a high end lovely shop, but now they're not even a 1 star. The owner doesn't care about his clients, and the girls have gone from being super sweet and friendly to surly and argumentative. Having the 3 girls who ganged up on me 'chatter' in vietnamese while shooting dirty looks at me didn't help either. read more

I am so frustrated. I went for a mani/pedi today and already two nails have almost completely peeled off and my toe is throbbing and swollen. (When she was cutting back my cuticles I gasped a couple of times and apparently she actually did damage. Now I'm just hoping it doesn't get infected or something.) I don't often pamper myself but wanted to today and now I'm regretting going here. For a classic mani/pedi the base price was $41. I paid $30 pre-tip at another place and the mani lasted several days. They make you pay before they paint which I think is really weird. I was surprised by the base price so didn't tip as well as I could have and it makes me wonder if they did a poor job because of it. Just seems odd to me to determine your tip before the service is complete. I would not recommend this place and will definitely not be going back. I just wish I could get my money back for today. Fingers crossed my toe heals. Honestly I don't really have time to have them redo it and what I really want is my money back. I know that's silly though and the most I could expect is for them to fix it. Just debating if it's worth that. I really am annoyed. I don't often pamper myself and I even paid more than I was expecting. It's like they put that kid's peelable stuff on my nails cuz I didn't tip enough. Yeah, they had me pay before she painted. Quite possibly the worse pedicure and service I have ever had. This was my second time here. I don't know if it was because I was "a new client" that the first time around was a whole different experience. I looked online, it indicated that they were open til 8. I walked in at 7. The whole pedicure was bang bang bang the lady rushed through everything, the massage was maybe a minute, I actually looked at my clock because I was like wth is the rush if she has an hour to give a pedicure? the pedicure was mediocre I had to ask her to paint the edges and she goes "do you want the edges too?" What should I say? "No I'd like you to paint the middle of each toe?" She rushed through the whole thing and then the second she was done she asked if I wanted to pay and I did and then she grabbed her purse and rushed out. Then I noticed that the edge of my big toe is missing paint and had to ask the front desk lady to borrow the nail polish to fix it to which she said she'll fix it herself and she did. For $26 dollars I could have gotten a nice relaxing pedicure elsewhere for probably 20 dollars. When I left I looked at their website and the closing time had changed to 7:30 from 8. So I guess I was not enough of a customer to warrant the respect to receive a good service so they had to rush through their only customer and close business. It looks nice and fancy but I am not going back and I do not recommend them. You can get a much better pedicure elsewhere. read more

I have frequented this location for the last three years even though the first time I visited this location they over charged me $50.00 and it took weeks before I was refunded my money. Each visit is a crap shoot if the pedicure will be just okay or great. Well my final and last visit I was there for a bikini wax. The GROSSEST most unsanitary wax ever. To start off the attendant did not wash her hands, actually there was no soap in soap dispenser in room(found out at end of the visit when I tried to wash my own hands). She did not sanitize bikini prior to waxing, DID NOT wear gloves during entire procedure, even though I requested several times. Used the same application stick throughout the whole procedure, applied wax and then redipped in hot wax, reapplied wax to area then redipped in hot wax several times. So disgusted and disturbed. I brought my complaint to the ownership, whom told me she would speak to attendant, ha! That's it!! GROSS!!! And still charged me for this subpar service. No worries I have reported this to the board. Hope the board can go in and reteach proper aseptic technique before someone gets a terrible MRSA infection. NEVER GOING BACK!!! Eew!! read more

My friend got married in July and took all of her bridesmaids here to get their nails done the morning of the wedding. She paid for us to all get manicures but if we wanted pedicures she had us pay ourselves. Being a broke college student I opted to just get the manicure. When we walked in the lady asked us to pick out a color and less than a minute later, as I was trying to make a decision, my manicurist came over to get me to sit down. I told her I hadn't settled on a color yet and as I took another minute or two she just watched me with an annoyed look on her face which made me feel very rushed. During the manicure, when she was done massaging my hands with lotion, she told me to go wash my hands. I had never been asked to do that before during a manicure nor had I ever been there so I asked her where. She literally gave me a look that told me she thought I was the dumbest human being on the planet, pointed her finger to a sink nearby as she stared at me and said "There" in the most snotty way possible. During the manicure she didn't really address my cuticles at all and a week later when I took the polish off, it looked as if nothing had been done to them. The manicure seemed rushed and took less than 20 minutes. I would've thought that since all I was getting was a manicure she would've taken the time to make sure everything was good. I think my friends had a fine experience there but because of that one lady I will never be back there again. I don't appreciate being treated like an idiot when I'm (or my friend) is paying for a service that is supposed to be fun. read more

Horrible customer service !!! I paid 85 dollars to have two classic mani and pedi done. I should have just painted our nails myself I could have done them better! Neither of our nails look like we had them done at a salon they left paint on the sides of my teens. They did they worst job on a french manicure I have ever seen.I had them redo them and paint them a neutral color. They painted my nails so thick my toes were still not dry enough to wear heels after 7 hours. when they painted them they has left streaks s before I left they had added two more coats to fix it. It made it look better for the minute but when hours later putting on my heals they got completely ruined! If you are not satisfied they will get frustrated at you easy and will make you feel like they are talking about you in a foreign language . If you want a salon quality job done this is not the place to go! I will be surprised if I don''t need to remove my polish within the next two days because it is so poorly done! read more
