Horrible service I placed order online Over 1 hr ago. Called restaurant the guy on phone wasnt even understanding the issue at hand. I called multiple times. He stated the machine was broke and to place order via phone. Then he stated for me to cancel my order online and pay cash upon delivery. I just did more running around on the phone calling a toll free number (1888) to cancel my order. Now they telling me they have to verify with the restaurant. Why am I being inconveniced bc your "machine doesnt work" good customer service would of been to call the toll free number themselves and see if I paid the order and give me my order.... not have the customer run around. Three stars. Their food is kind of all over the place. Veggie sub is decent but more cheese than veggies. My curly fries today were fried so hard they were like potato chips. The pizza is usually pretty good but ask for it well done, otherwise it is going to taste almost uncooked. Their salads are always good though and the grilled chicken is awesome. read more

The fried chicken tasted 10 days old. Never again. Cole slaw was the nastiest I ever tasted. Couldn't even eat any of the food. Highly upset then they tried to over charge me for a small meal. I don't recommend this restaurant at this time. read more

Won't be ordering again. My pizza was cold, doughy and a lot of flour. Sausage tasted like tiny meatballs instead. Cheese or crust wasn't good. Overall the entire pizza experience was disappointing. This is a gem of a take out and delivery place! The cheese used for their pizzas and pastas is delicious! The bella bites are good boneless wings, although sometimes dry. I really enjoy their pepperoni-very little grease and crisp. Pizza for our home is always a toss up between here and Mazellas, with here winning out on affordability and value for your money. read more

Not sure what happened but WOW! What a huge disappointment from the last time we ordered in June. The fries were completely different (they were the fries with 'seasoning' which i hate), the hamburger was flavorless and looked like it was boiled, I ordered a diet Coke-they sent a Sprite. We also ordered a Meatball Parm - Restaurant called and said they didn't have meatballs and offered something else. Went with the Pizza Steak - BIG MISTAKE! The roll was burned, the 'pizza sauce' is just bland, diced tomatoes and the meat is scarce. Not going there again! read more

We ordered two bacon cheese burgers fries and Bella bites for delivery. Unfortunately it took over an hour for our food to arrive. Once it did arrive we found that they never put the fries on the order and the food was cold. I don't know if the food quality is good or not but if you want to try it you may want to go pick it up or eat there. read more

Decided to try out this place for the first time on a Friday night. Pizza arrived over a half hour late, and by the time it got here, it was ice cold. When I called to let them know, the manager I spoke with was rude and told me I was out of her delivery range. When I informed her that they were the one who left the menu in my mailbox, and that no one mentioned the delivery range when I placed the order, she told me to "Call Dominoes" and hung up on me. Terrible customer service, terrible food. I hope I receive the refund I requested before she hung up the phone. So unfortunate. read more

Take-out order: 1) steak stromboli - excellent; 2) cheese pizza - okay, but mushy (very similar to Grotto pizza); 3) buffalo wings - very good, high quality wings but just a bit greasier than I'd like; 4) caesar salad - disappointing, basically just lettuce and croutons with some packaged dressing. Overall: I'd recommend going with the stromboli (as another reviewer points out), and I'd generally recommend the place for take-out if you are close by - not worth going out of your way. read more

If I could make this a negative 5 I would. I stopped in an ordered a large sausage Stromboli at $12.99. It was the greasiest a most tasteless thing I ever ate. I watched them make. Instead of real sausage they pulled a bag for pearl size mystery sausage nuggets from the freezer. This was thrown on a greasy grill. Frozen vegetables were dropped into a deep fryer and dumped on the greasy grill. After this mess cooked for a bit it was put into a cone shaped paper thing like a coffee filter and squeezed to drain the grease. I didn't see them put it into the shell, but when it came off of their pizza rotator I took it home. The Stromboli shell was greasy and soggy and the taste as tasteless and greasy. This was the worst food ever...ordered chicken Alfredo, garlic bread. Fried mushrooms and fries. I ordered the pasta for my bro...he kept complaining about the taste. He made me taste it. It tasted like powder milk or baby formula it smelled like baby formula. There was no garlic or butter or freaking Alfredo! The garlic bread was hard over cooked rolls with no garlic or butter and the mushrooms completely doughie. And the honey mustard dressing was made with spicy mustard, spicy hot sandwich mustard, not DiJon, where they do that at? I stopped going to them a few years ago because they seemed to always mess up my order. I decided to try again because we were tired of the same ole thing. I will never ever EVER order from them again. If you want good food stick with hot spot on miller road or Giovanni's place on route 9. Bella Italy Sucks. While the food is okay, the delivery for these people is horrible. First time they delivered it took almost an hour and a half, the second and third time they get our information, take our order and then tell us that they won't deliver to our area. We are in a REALLY nice neighborhood and I tried to tell them that, the girl on the phone was Rude and refused to deliver. Why do they keep giving us menu's if they won't deliver to us!! we order here frequently due to location. pizza gets 3 stars. always consistant. cheese steaks also get 3 stars. the stomboli's are fantastic and get 5 stars. there was a little disappointment with our meatball and sweetpepper boli last night. NO SAUCEd! WTF? I didnt order a calzone! menu states sauce. even checked again to make sure it was supposed to have sauce. but it was still really good. read more
