If i could give this place zero stars i would. i called at 5:40 and asked if they could squeeze me in for a pedicure before they closed at seven. The guy on the phone was kind of hesitant but said yes if I could get there at six. I arrive at 6 o'clock exactly I then proceed to wait for 30 minutes before my feet ever hit the water and then soak an additional tin before they're able to start my pedicure. I wasn't angry about this because I understood I was last minute and they already had appointments they were finishing. I explained to the technician that i get impacted dead skin on the sidewalls of my nail because she began squeezing my toe the second she pulled my foot from the water. the pedicure is just the standard one which i could tell annoyed her but I don't have money to just blow and still wanted to tip. it starts fine and she begings getting the dead skin off the bottom part of my foot. she moves to my cuticles and begins pushing them back WAY too hard. it doesn't hurt me but is uncomfortable. she then proceeds to start with the nippers and pusher on my big toe. i cannot stress enough how painful this was. she was so aggressive it caused me to bleed. i was in so much pain i began profusely sweating, losing my vision, and had ringing in my ears, i was so worried i was going to throw up or pass out. i explained to her that we could skip that as it was just too painful for me. i work as a hostess standing for 8 hours at a time in narrow shoes and compression tights. she kinda disregarded me. and continues on before doing a less intense version on the other toe. she looks up and realizes i wasn't exaggerating and they do notice im red and on the verge of passing out so they bring a can of coke and a nail drying fan. these helped but it was what followed that really floored me. she spent 15 minutes pushing and cutting my cuticles, which was 3x longer than the rest of the service. she immediately after maiming my nail beds slaps on the foam flip flops, gives me exactly one coat of polish on each toe and calls it a day. doesn't even give me top coat or lotion. they knew i was in extreme pain and discomfort and knew they cut my service short and the only reason i received the discount i did was because i was a first time customer there and received 20% off. when it prompted to insert the card the boy at the front told me "and you can tip her here" as if the experience was worth tipping over. Honestly? wasnt even wanting a discount. i was so humiliated and in pain i just wanted an apology. i recieved none. i will be going back with someone i am comfortable with so i can ask for a refund. i hope this wasn't intentionally because I got there an hour before they closed. I even told them it was completely fine if they couldn't get me in last minute. read more

Arrived early for our 10am appointment. So did two other guests. No technicians available to take us in until after 10:15, so the experience was off to a rocky start. Numerous walk-ins were turned away. Such a shame for a new place that is trying to build their clientele. Prices are fair which is a draw to newbies and nail techs are friendly overall but the person welcoming guests did seem annoyed by the walk-ins. Pros: Large selection of colors, pretty decor, clean...but they really need to work on their staffing model to ensure clients are attended to promptly. This is not the place I'd go to if I had plans for the day and was short on time, but will give them another try when I have "all the time in the world." read more

I brought my kids here for their scheduled appointments and, while checking in, asked if anyone was available for a pedicure. I made it clear that if they weren't available, it wasn't a problem. The front desk assured me that someone could take me. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. While we were waiting, only one of my children was taken back, and the other was left waiting for about 30 minutes without any explanation. My pedicure was even more concerning. The technician was extremely rough throughout the service. He cut the bottom of my foot and two of my toes, yet never apologized or adjusted his technique. For a pedicure that started at $35 and ended up costing $55 with gel polish, I expected a much higher level of care and professionalism. The cuts ultimately became infected, which is unacceptable for a service that should prioritize cleanliness and client safety. Based on this experience, I will not be returning. My nail tech was incredible. She's busy enough so-- I'll spare the name. I work on my feet 50+ hours a week, and finally came in for a pedicure+manicure with my partners family. The amount of attention and care that I got from her down right got a tear shed. We had a wonderful conversation, she massaged my awfully sore calves and made me feel so comfortable and at home. She even shared the info to her tattoo artist after I've inquired about her beautiful tattoos. Called in when the opened and booked an appointment for two people at 11:00 am. Mind you they are the ones who set up the time. When I arrived with my mother they said the didn't have an appointment. I showed them the text message with the appointment confirmation and they said they only can do one pedicure and the other one 4 hours later. Very bad customer service and a waste of time. So disappointed with the quality. I used to come here to get my nails done, but I don't think I'll be coming back. The guy who did my nails barely cleaned them, and they still had red polish from my previous color all over my nail beds and the side of my fingernails. I scheduled an appointment for my mother at 10:30 this morning for an acrylic removal and basic manicure. The appointment was scheduled with Moon but Moon was "too experienced" to service my mom. Moon then passed my mother off to another Nail Tech, who also said no to the request. My mother ended up, leaving and taking her business to another salon around the corner. They assign clients to Nail Techs based on the nail techs "turn" instead of keeping the client with the Nail Tech they selected. Wish I could give a negative star. read more

I would give a negative review if I could. Calvin did my nails. To start the appointment he yelled at me for dusting my hands off. He was very rough and aggressive in moving my fingers and arms. He over trimmed my cuticles, the entire process was painful. Then he cut my nails too short. I am not one to complain so I let it continue. He then started to paint them the wrong color, and I finally spoke up. He then proceeded to start yelling at me. Another lady finished my manicure, gave me a slight discount but was still the price of a full set not a fill. I have been here before and had a great experience with another lady. I've been here twice. Both times my acrylic toe nails came off . So I came back the second time. I'm sitting here now while I was told someone could come do it real quick. Then 5 minutes. Now they're walking around talking to eachother about it and I'm livid because you can't fix your own mistake. I hadn't really heard of it so was a little hesitant but so glad I went. I had a great service & Love their menu for pedicures. Scheduled three pedis they called to let us know they were 30 mins behind which was nice. We were in chairs 10mins after adjusted appointment time. Place was very slow for a Sunday, 6-7 workers. Everyone was generally polite - nothing special. Place is clean and put together. My daughters hose on her tub was broken and we had to tell tech 2x to fix and take it out of tub, it was laying in bottom with her feet. It's just a me thing, but my nail tech came in majorly stinking of cigarettes. My kids regular pedis were being painted within 10mins from sitting down. Literally done in 15 mins. Def not what I expected for $30 (25-30min) pedi but neither are big on the filing and scraping part. However, when I asked about the hot towel and massage part I was told regular pedis got a "hot towel wipe off" they don't leave it on for any time. Not how advertised. They didn't explain why there was no massage and I didn't push. Shame bc it's the kids favorite part. Very disappointing. I got the deluxe with gel and it was very thorough with nails - but only used large callous remover, no smaller scrub. There was a a lot of dead skin left. They damaged my cuticles with drill (taking off prior gel) so the alcohol burned like crazy. In the end there was blood in some cuticles and a cut on my big toe. When they asked if my nails were painted good - I asked for another coat and noted the dry skin coating my toes. He then used a (used) nail file on tip of toes. "Massage" was him lightly rubbing in lotion and then 6 taps with his hands on sides of legs, not lying, 30sec each leg. Then my "hot towel" was a warm wash cloth that he immediately rubbed off the lotion with. He then told me "hot towel" means different things at different places . Overall I won't go back for pedis - might try for acrylics since I've heard good things. I was nice - not a Karen - mentioned a couple things so they could correct but they we're not very interested in customer care. My last pedi was 5 weeks ago and I've been getting them for decades. We did get a 20% off for first time but not worth the lack of attention to detail and effort. Pics are immediately after done. Low effort place with medium pricing.
