Nearly a decade after discovering this place, they are still the best nail salon in town. And that's from going to a lot of other ones! I've always found myself comparing those other places to here and wishing they'd all do as good of a job! They always do a good job here with our pedis, but sometimes get busy so be sure to call ahead to make sure they can fit you in before showing up! Their prices are very reasonable too. They have 4 different pedi packages ranging from $30-$55. The $55 has a lot of add ons associated with it and lasts more than twice as long as the cheapest choice! After their remodel about 5 years ago, they now have really nice massage chairs which are nice to relax in. If they're running behind on previous customers when you arrive, they'll often let you soak your feet while you wait, which means you can start your massage! read more

I have never visited this salon until yesterday and I will not be coming back. Originally i came in for a pedicure, was immediately seated which was nice, sat down and was handed a menu. I opted for the deluxe pedicure which was $40 on the menu. It appears the price had increased since there was a little white sticker over what the original menu price was. The gentleman immediately began clipping my nails. After a minute or so and overlooking the menu I decided to get a manicure too, there is a standard bundle of pedicure and manicure for $50 bucks. Basically I would downgrade my pedi to a standard service and get a standard manicure. When I did this, the lady spoke in a different language tk the man, then the man said it would be $5 extra on top of the price that was in their menu. I let him know that the price on the menu has already been changed with the white sticker which said $50 for both standard services. He said it was the owners changing the pricing not him. As a customer I started to feel uneasy about the situation so i started asking questions. The lady kept speaking in another language to him and the prices seemed to keep changing. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Another man from the back came out and said everything is going up cause of inflation then walked away. I started asking about random services and it seemed that all the services I wanted had $5 increases and everything I didn't ask for the pricing was correct? The man working on me reiterated again that it was the owner and their menus hadn't been updated, although they had stickers over the original price indicating the prices had already been changed... I felt taken advantage of as a customer and will not be going back. I downgraded to the very basic pedicure which was $30 and seems to be the only "correct" price on the menu. I wasn't going to give this establishment any more or my money. Pedicure was basic as you can get. I will not be coming back. Make sure you ask for the pricing up front before you sit down. I usually get a pedicure and they are really thorough and pay attention to detail rather then rushing you out the door to serve the next customer. $55 for a gel pedicure is what I paid and got an hour+ service. Called a few hours ahead for an appt later in the evening, sat down and wanted a full set with gel nail polish-Julie begins the usual filing and sanding, then basically says with almond shape, gel nail, and full set it's going to be $75-$85 dollars. I almost flipped my lid, then I thought...ok she misunderstood. I want a full set, almond shape, and gel nail polish. One color. After having the WORST ATTITUDE EVER-half a$$ sanding....she didn't even make sure the nails were even. I have never been more offended and I've had great pedicures here! My mom gets her nails done here all the time......NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN-this lady is Cray cray! Run away if you want a relaxing experience. Seriously. So I thought the older Asian lady that did my pedicure had done a good job...I was wrong! She dug so deep in my nail bed ruining it & breaking my nail. The next time I went to H2O I mentioned it to her, she failed to admit that she dug too deep and tried telling me that I probably bumped my toe and don't remember. NOT THE CASE! There were 3 other people waiting. It took me 3 hours and my nails are horrible. You ever get excited when the nail shop isn't busy? Today is further proof that an empty nail salon isn't a good sign. The management in this place is surprisingly worse than the botch job that the tech did on my natural nails. I've never been to a place that charges $40 for a dip powder manicure then adds $15 because you want the actual manicure process. Don't forget the up charge to soak off the polish that's already on your nails. This place will nickel and dime you to death for a mediocre [at best] job. Not only that, the tech doing my nails managed to cut my thumb nail beyond the skin, requiring me to cut all my nails to a length I'm not comfortable with. Save yourself. And your money. And the time it'll take to grow out your nails to get them fixed by a respectable business. Two stars for them finishing the process. Hopefully they'll be replaced with a better nail shop soon. read more

The THREE signs "stating they have the right to refuse service to anyone" and "all sales are final, no refunds", shoulda been my sign. The lady owner was slouched in a pedi chair. She did address me and took me right in. Again, NO one else there. I complimented them on their holiday decorations but neither relied ... ok ... ‍. The male owner never even looked at or me let alone address me until it was time to kick me out, as they began to close shop at 6:15, (they close at 7). He abruptly let me know my nails were dry as he continued to turn lights off. The lady was ok at the start but apparently I can't position my hands in the place she wants as she rudely reposition them several times. Payment felt like a forced tip. Never going back again! I picked the $45 Deluxe. When the tech finished one of the nails was a different color. He and a co-worker loudly discussed how to make my ugly dark toenail look like the rest before telling me that there was no hope. I was so embarrassed as an inside voice didn't exist. When I went to pay I was charged $65. Not sure why that was... maybe because I took up extra time discussing my toe?!? Do not come here if you care about the health of your nails I needed to get my acrylics removed before my trip and my other salon was booked so I called here and made an appointment for two hours later. I walk in and they sit me and didn't say anything else. after a few minutes the nail tech working on the girl next to me comes over, in the middle of filing the other girls nails, and starts ripping my nails off. When I say ripping I mean she tore off the tips of my natural nail with it. Despite my obvious reactions of pain she continues. She spends about a minute shaping and buffing my nails then says I can wash my hands and leave. The whole process was like 7 minutes. Whatever, I know that one employee doesn't reflect a whole business. I call later and ask to speak to a manager. She tells me that he is out of state but asks if there is anything she can do. I say no because I do not want to go off on a girl who didn't do anything wrong. I ask for when he comes back and she says that she'll go check. A few seconds later my nail tech answers the phone and claims to be the manager. I reply that I was told the manager was out if town, only to again be told that she was the manager. This lady refused to give me her name but her station is right behind the check in desk. I hate to leave bad reviews on small businesses but this was absolutely terrible. I had tried everything. PedEgg, Amopei, BabyFoot, Korean version of BabyFoot, foot files, clippers, scrubbing with a rag, a $60 pedicure at my gym's salon... and still the bottom of my feet looked WRECKED. I hate wearing socks, go barefoot as much as possible, live in the desert so naturally the bottom of my feet were rough - so rough my shoes were getting torn up on the inside. I was so embarrassed to go out because while my nails looked fine, the sides and bottom were tough, scratchy and ugly. I was almost too nervous to get another pedicure in this condition. Brian P. told me to go to Cute Nails because it's by our house. While the place could use a good dusting and wipe down, they SAVED my feet. Unlike other pedicure places that use basically a fine grit foot file, I got the giant cheese grater like foot file with some sort of skin disolving solution on it. No joke, the poor girl doing my feet had like a totally mucked up file. When it was full, she stopped filing and finished up with regular glitter paint. ($38) I had been growing my actual nails out so that I could shape them. Unfortunately I busted one off so I haphazardly chopped the rest off. I got them trimmed and painted with a few coats of glitter gel - they look great! ($25) When I got home, I cleaned my feet as a safety precaution. I ended up taking a fine grit foot file and getting them completely smooth. I had used this thing with no results prior - luckily Cute Nails did the heavy work so I could go home and do the details at home. My feet feel like they can breathe and I don't feel like a leper going out in flip flops now. read more

I have been happily going to H2O Nails for over five years. Julie, Jimmy and Peter have always been very professional, kind, and gentle. My pedicures and gel manicures have gotten compliments for many friends. They always accomodate my schedule. The salon is very clean and they go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Lovely people who care for their customers on a personal level as well as the business level. I find the prices reasonable. Though they have had to raise the prices slightly, name anything that hasn't gone up in the past few years. Supplies for your home have increased just as their supplies have. No matter which one of the family attends to my nails they all say "Thank you" when I leave. Just another indication of their consideration for the customers. read more

The owner herself goes above and beyond every time you see her. She is so sweet and always makes me and anyone who goes with me so comfortable. Her son also does an amazing job. Two repair of pealing two lift nails off my own replacing acrylic Over own nails no new tips added but she add to cost! Now keep in mind this is regular polish and regular acrylic nothing fancy! Of course charges before the basic polish was finished then they polish and of course I have to have them take the polish off because there's bumps/ waves everywhere! Total for poor quality job $66.00. I guess they charge for their beautiful remodel of their salon. The only thing they're missing is customers and this explains why! I recommend this place to everyone! I have been coming here for years, and even through Covid-19 they have partitions up and are very clean! Yesterday I happened to witness a horribly irate customer, who came back threatening the staff because his wife wanted a ribbon on her nails, even though she was told repeatedly that it may not come out perfect. Earlier Julie had offered to remove the ribbon and apologized for it not being exactly what she wanted. The woman kept it, then brought her husband back to cuss everyone out. This man angrily yelled racist and obscene things, trying his hardest to scare the employees. He had the nerve to scream at the young girl who answers phones, because they didn't speak perfect English! I felt so bad for the staff, yet they kept their cool, took off her nails, and refunded her. This is the only time I ever witnessed a situation like that here. They handled it so professionally. I have always enjoyed every visit, and am so grateful they are close to my home. I went to get my nails done and it was the worst experience. I asked for a simple grey ribbon which represents the symbol for brain tumor awareness. I explained it was for my 2 year old son. They said they could do it but then the lady wouldn't fix her mistakes. She was rude, made my nails bleed, and told me I just wouldn't be happy with anything. She made me cry and when I wasn't happy she ripped my nails off and still charged me. I would never recommend them. Horrible service. read more

I wanted to give this a chance but I was very upset, the nail tech guy seem to be having a bad day and kept getting annoyed, he was rough on my feet I asked for acrylic toenails and he decided, it was going to take too long and that my nails where fine keep in mind I wanted to try this for the first time and I was going to pay but he just didn't seem like wanted to help me out with what I wanted, not to mention he kept tapping on my foot to bend my foot a certain way plus I have rheumatoid arthritis so it's not easy to just bend my toes the way he wanted. I'm human geez. I ended up getting a deluxe mani and Pedi, Not to mention the man didn't even finish the job a lady had to take over and finish everything! Then when it came to my mani rushed again:( the lady didn't even ask if I wanted to cut my nails or file or shape them she just straight up so-called filed them down and they were so uneven. This little place was a bit nicer than the average salon. The decor was a more updated than the cheap salons and most of the staff spoke pretty clear English, especially one gentleman there. I paid $40 before tip for a full set of white tips with clear acrylic fill, including removal of my old acrylics. The woman did a great job and took time to file each nail just right. Update: I did my review before realizing this place has been remodeled and under a new team. It's now called H20 nails. It's very clean, and serene. My nail tech was, & she did an amazing job making my full set look as natural as possible. She was very polite. I will be back :) I've been going here for a while. I love the owner Pho. He is super friendly and always makes great conversation. If I'm in a hurry he is usually the fastest at full sets but still does a great job and they last a while! Ive tried other salons recently and haven't been quite happy with my nails. And the pedicure here is to die for! Literally the best pedicure and at an affordable price. Last time I was there Lindsey did my gel deluxe pedicure and my toes did not budge for 2 months! And I tipped her $20 because she literally rubbed my legs forever. The deluxe pedi includes an orange scrub, some sort of green mint mask, then a rub with hot stones and then a rub with lotion. The place is usually nice and quiet. & the iPads are a plus. read more
