Walking in the salon I thought it was pretty nice I had an appointment at 12:30 and didn't get seen until 1240 which wasn't a big deal I got my nails done with sparkles on top and my toenails done the pedicure was amazing my nails look good but when I got to the checkout I was charged more than expected. When I asked the front desk attendant for a break down I was told I was charged for hombre nails. Being as I've had hombre before and know the process I knew this wasn't correct. When I disagreed I was told I was charged hombre because she painted glitter nail polish on half of my nail. Needless to say I won't be back. Thought I'd let future customers know to make sure to ask for break down. I'm sure I'm not the first nor the last person this will happen to. read more

This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. Maybe it was just my technician - Tracy - because others seem to have had a good experience. She acted disinterested, did not make me feel welcome at all and my feet look terrible. There are lumps in the polish and my nails are jagged. It looks like she just added polish on top of old polish and did not paint each nail completely. I brought my son for his first pedicure and his tech was not any better. He just needed a basic clean up but his feet don't look any better than when we walked in. They did the absolute bare minimum they could get away with. They suck!!!! Don't go here!!!Me and my wife both got pedicures. It was a awful job, not good at all, definitely not worth the money. We were rushed to pay and out the door. It wasn't even near closing time nor were they busy. We paid and I walked my wife to our car and then I went back to let the owner know we were not happy with the service. I let him know that it was our first time there and that we wanted him to know why we were not happy. We had just moved to the area. I didn't ask or want my money back, I just wanted him to know how his employees rushed thru the service and that it wasn't good at all. He started to argue with me and wanted to know how long we were there. When I said 15 minutes, he got mad and wanted to argue more. Bad management and ownership. We won't be back and we don't recommend this place. Save your time and money and go to another place which will appreciate your business. read more

LOVE this salon! I live all the way out by USF and drive over 30 min to get to this salon. They always recognize me and treat me very well. I usually get an aloe Vera pedicure and eyebrow wax. Both last over two weeks. The salon is very clean and professional. There isn't a whole lot of chatter between the employees. They make customers feel relaxed. Unlike other salons. Not happy at all, went once nails were ok, not perfect, then gave it a second chance. The first visit my youngest daughter had her nails just painted, they turned out "clumpy". My nails were ok I had a full set, however the edges and underneath were not smooth. So I tried again with my oldest daughter, her nails weren't consistent, one of my nails broke off after 4 days,(I did nothing out of the ordinary for it to break), had to have it fixed it was free, but my daughter was not happy with her nails, she wanted them removed. The young lady did not understand she wanted them removed, but finally understood, ( my daughter is autistic and she changes her mind a lot) but the young man that did her nails the first tome did not understand why she wanted them removed, I went out to my car to sit, cause it was hot as hell in there, he proceeded to talk to my daughter about why she needed them off making her feel uncomfortable! I have gone to many nail salons in the area and this one is definitely a diamond in the rough, this was 100X better than the last local Mall salon I went to. There are no visible signs from the road, so I have passed by several times without knowing it was there. After stopping in the same shopping center to go to Publix and needed my nails filled I went here. I was pleasantly surprised! I went to Tracy and was surprised by how many colors of Shellac they had. She did a great job on my nails and toes and I wasn't in there overly long. Very clean and friendly staff. This nail salon is the best one I've been to. The service is always consistent no matter who you end up seeing. The salon is very clean, which is super important. I used to come here and I loved how they did my acrylic nails, but when my normal girl wasn't there I tried someone else... he used a cheese grater on my foot and cut it. I asked him did you cut me he's like no! He put the skin back on my toe. Once I get home my pinky is cut with the skin pressed on and purple. Didn't go back. I went today because I was close to them. As soon as i walked in the greeter looked at me and gave me a bad look becasue I was disturbing his phone call. Just told me to choose a color. Once I'm choosing no one is helping. Once I get help, i wish i didn't. From the moment she started she had such a bad attitude. Didn't talk to me or offer me anything. Did my toes in less then 15 mins. When I would ask her to fix something she would get annoyed. Didn't help me walk over to the seat once I did my hands. She never looked at me only spoke to say why dont you get acrylic they're too small. I said I work in a hospital. She kept filing my skin. Once finished she walked away. Charged me 55 and expected a tip. She didn't deserve it at all the whole time I said to myself maybe shes having a bad day. Nope she just didn't want to be there. Never going back again. The atmosphere is beautiful and very relaxing. However, there is always a wait and the prices are slightly higher than anywhere else that I have been within 30 miles. I don't mind paying more money for excellent service and products but every time I get my nails done here the pedicure is rushed and chips way sooner than when I go anywhere else. My nails don't last long either and always need repaired. I will say with that they do have everyone beat with the decor and atmosphere but for me its more about the service and quality of work i am receiving. read more

I went to Bella Nails yesterday and was very impressed with the design of the salon. It is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The selection of polish both regular and gel is huge. The pedicure chairs are top of the line. That ends the compliments. My pedicure was fine with the exception of a nail that was cut on an angle. The nail tech said I needed to have my acrylic removed from my fingernails and it would be quick. I said ok just get it done. She continued to cut my 1/2" long real nails down to stubs. What she should have said was I want to put a full set of fake nails on you and cut off your natural nails. I would have said no. My nails are slanted, uneven and just past the tip of my finger, sharp at corners and thick. The manager tried to speak with me to see what was wrong but I was too upset to speak and just wanted to leave. I will never go back and I will need another salon to correct my nails today. It will be at least 4 months before my natural nails will grow back to the length they were. P.S. They do not have a drying station. They expect you to hold your hands at each side of the table where there are just fans. Do that for 10 to 15 minutes. No UV light or anything. I guess most people just get gel. I don't. read more

Let me start by saying holy shit the new place is like heaven not sure what heaven looks or feels like but all I can say is what an amazing pedicure ( in this luxury brand new massage chair)had today for the first time in years. I had a coffee pedicure. That's not the fancy name but sitting here two hours later I can still smell the high quality products they used. Well done is all I can say with the move you did you should be so proud of your staff and yourself you have come a long long way. This place just walking thru the door you get a relaxing ambience. Prices are a little high but your paying for excellent staff quality service and products try them out you won't be sorry I also got my eyebrows waxed as well. They have facials I can't wait to try out and also do nails which I went to their old location regularly to have done. I also noticed this owner bought more nail polish than I have ever seen in over 30 years of going to different nail salons to get nails done every shade imaginable walls and walls full. I'm hoping my toe nails grow fast so I can go back in and sit in what felt like some ten thousand dollar massage chair. Again you pay for what you get this place is like maybe two weeks old as they out grew their other location same plaza but now they have three times the amount of room. I was so impressed with the professionalism with this salon. It looks like a normal salon from the outside, but they take such good care of their interior. The girls are SO sweet, considerate, and positive. (Which is rare, normally they can be really rude nowadays) My girl, Helen (a sweetheart), even made a point to speak English around me whenever she could. She perfected my nails beautifully and my eyebrows ended up better than ever. Not to mention the place was packed and they took me right in. GREAT place, especially in a pinch. After work one night I was looking for a place still open around 7pm to get a fill. I called this salon, the lady told me to come on down and not to worry about it. I drove all the way from North Tampa to get there, the receptionist was very nice and gave me over to one of the manicurists. The manicurist was extremely rude, very rough with my fingers (kept making me bleed, filed my natural nail bed so deep that it burned, and snapped off the nails that were too thin but almost tore off my nail in the process). She didn't care when I kept jumping back and saying it hurt. Then, she hurried through the nail repairs and fill so badly that they were all filed so crooked I fixed them at home. I wanted to get an elaborate design and was willing to pay the extra price for it, but after the whole experience I just told her to paint them a simple color so I could get out. It was very obvious she was upset that I came in a half hour from closing and had to do a little extra work than just a simple fill. I will never go back to this salon nor will I recommend it. read more

Love this place. They have so many OPI colors to choose from and they always have a gel option to match. They've always been very welcoming and put me in a chair quickly. I've been to salons that rush you or do the mani/pedi at the same time. Not here, they take their time and you can really relax. It's very clean plus they offer water and other beverages. I am a nail biter and the techs always take time cleaning my cuticles, especially Kelly. The gel polish stays on forever without chipping cause the techs take their time and don't paint over the cuticles/skin. Their employees are always friendly and professional. I've move out of state but when I visit my parents I will always go here. They deserve 10 stars. read more

I moved to the area about 4/5 months ago.. This place is down the street from my house. I typically go on a weekend as soon as they open and yet they are still super busy. They do a really great job, my nails are long and it's hard to find a good EXPERIENCED nail tech to NOT mess up in some way. Although.. I always feel rushed when I'm there. I don't know if it's because they're so busy or what.. but I don't necessarily feel "Relaxed" while I'm getting a pedi. Also, their prices are a little high.
