Not sure why this place is getting such great reviews. Stromboli was undercooked. Cheese steak used dry processed junk meat. Wings were mushy microwave special with no sauce. $42 down the drain. Stopped by here completely by chance when the restaurant we were headed for was closed unexpectedly. Saw the sign and said why not even though I am truly not a fan of pizza. First impression, it's hot! They must have a faulty AC but there are lots of fans going and that didn't deter us one bit. We decided to eat in and the proprietor instructed us to sit. We ordered the caprese salad to start because I really enjoy a good caprese when it's hot out. I don't know what oil they use, but the salad was delicious. Fresh tomato, wet mozzarella, tasty olive oil; I was in heaven. We then ordered the white pizza. As I said before, I am not a fan of pizza. The crust is always so thick and red sauce is bland and acidic so if and when I get a pizza, I tend to order white pizzas. Wow! This pizza was amazing! The crust! I honestly just don't know how to explain how good this crust was. For one, I ate it all! It was light and airy and had just the right crisp on the outside but was soft and chewy on the inside. Not so thick that you were eating a loaf of bread and not so thin your pizza ends up on a cracker. The pizza itself was amazing. Hot and gooey and flavorful. This may make a pizza lover out of me after all! The tomatoes were fresh and not slimy the way some can get when you cook them. The ricotta was thick and creamy and just perfect. Can't mention this place without commenting on how friendly and accommodating the owners (?) are. There were two people there, a gentleman and a lady, and both made an effort to say hello and speak with us. This is clearly a family run place which is a huge bonus for me. Delicious...absolutely delicious. We ordered: Bucatini Alla Matriciana - pasta with tomato sauce topped with bacon & pecorino cheese. Chicken Cutlet Parmiggiana with penne. Each entree came with a salad, which consisted of lettuce, onions, provolone cheese and a slice of salami - fresh, simple and tasty. The red sauce used for both entrees was one of THE most delicious sauces I've ever had. And mind you, I don't say things like that often. If only it could be jarred... My lovely wife and I for the first time tried takeout for a large Bella Napoli Combo Pizza last night. The pizza was flavorful but in my first bite the pizza seemed very moist, almost wet on the first two bites. The same for my next piece. I looked under the pizza slices and the crust was cooked well but the center of the pizza was very moist on the bottom. Overall a good pizza otherwise. I'm willing to try them again. This is a nice family run restaurant. I'm a big fan of their pizza. A little on the expensive side though but it's worth it. I wasn't to impressed with the steak and cheese but I did like the club sub. I'll be going back to try the different items on the menu. They were friendly and welcoming. I've been here about 6 times and have always had a great experience. The family that runs this place is consistently friendly, always quick and efficient with the service, always grateful for their customers. I love that. I've had the eggplant parm, the italian sub and the meatball sub. All have been stellar in quality and flavor. They must make the bread fresh there in house, because it's always perfect. Crispy on outside and chewy on the inside. To die for. I'm looking forward to trying more of their entrees, and will probably drive the 25 minutes or so out of my way to grab dinner here one night soon. read more

This is an awesome hole in the wall place. Don't judge it because it's in a strip mall next to the Food Lion. This place has some seriously amazing Italian food! I work nearby and my office often gets pizza from here. Their pizza is fantastic - something about their crust is just on point. We have also had a meeting catered by them - they have a delicious Eggplant Parmesan. Decided to go to the place myself for lunch the other day and was totally impressed. Inside was this cute little set up. The owners are from Italy and are incredibly friendly. I ordered the baked ziti. I took it to-go and it was ready in under ten minutes. Been there twice so far. First time, my son and I got a meatball sub and philly cheese steak. Meatball sub was good but the cheese steak was nothing like a cheese steak (I am from PA, so I am very picky). The second time we went, it was the whole family. Wife and son shared a margarita pizza, I had eggplant parm and daughter had chicken alfredo. Everything was outstanding! I lived in Sicily for two years and was deployed there in 2012. This restaurant reminds me of being back there. Everything from the decorations, the dishes, the strong Italian accent and the food reminded me of Italy. Definitely going back. Pretty authentic pizza from Napoli. Different style from Sorento, Italy. The owner is from Napoli and has the accent to prove it. I have only had their pizza so can't vouch for anything else. The pizza is the thin, foldable kind. I would give it 5 stars but it is frequently undercooked for my taste. Try the extra large for big crowd.
