This review is long overdue. I've been going to Bella Sol for about 4 years. I always have a wonderful experience at Bella Sol med spa! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable through the entire visit. I've had multiple services, including Botox, cool sculpting & thread lifts, and the results have been amazing. The owner, Nina, is skilled and gentle, always happy to answer questions. And I can not say enough good things about Lydia, the manager. She is fantastic! She doesn't rush me out the door, is patient and kind. The last time I was there, Lydia even helped me get extra discounts that I was not aware of. The facility itself is clean and inviting, with a calming ambiance. I purchased a Groupon voucher for 100 units of dysport and redeemed it one week ago for treatment in my forehead and between my brows. Nina did the injections and specifically confirmed this was plenty of units and that I would have at most one line in my forehead due to placement of the injections. It's been 7 days and I still have absolutely no improvement (see photo). I've been getting dysport for 10 years and have never once had this experience. If you get dysport you know that 50 units for forehead lines should work within 3-4 days and that it's more than enough units. So what exactly was injected in my face? Definitely not 100 units of dysport. I feel like I threw my hard earned money in the trash. When I reached out to their office I was told I'd have to pay for a dose adjustment. Why would I give them more money when I've already purchased more than enough units and gotten 0 results. read more

It has taken me a while to post my review of this place. I started going there over a year ago for hormone replacement therapy. I was excited because I was not feeling well and had a friend that recommended this place. After three separate injections or pellets as they call them, my testosterone went from a more normal level to an outrageously high level When I asked the nurses about my numbers and bloodwork that they checked she told me there's no need for progesterone or testosterone. Every time I would go in it was always a nurse the very first time I went the provider so called Nina who is the owner came in and spoke with me But other than that, it was always a nurse and they don't seem to be very knowledgeable and have answers after seeing a real professional doctor medically licensed. My doctor informed me that my testosterone was way too high, and I was supposed to be receiving progesterone and testosterone which they were not giving me at Bella Sol Med Spa. I had pre-purchased also a package to have threads put in and called for a refund for that since this happened to me. I did not want to go back to this place and to this day I have not received a refund I've called twice since then and it was over $1000 that I paid for the threading to be done. Needless to say I am posting this for future women who want to go to this place stay far away go to a licensed medical doctor for hormone replacement therapy and a plastic surgeon whose board certified for your other needs. I also wanted to know that I had Botox done here a couple of times and within a month. I already had movement I've never in my life gotten Botox and I know I should not have movement after a month of getting Botox. I've since gone somewhere else and I am very happy . Lastly, I want to say that Nina is the one who checked the pellet last time I went and it left a huge bump that is still not healed and my treatment was January 20 25 and we are now in June. Besides the fact I grew "horns" out of my forehead after Botox at Bella, everything was great. Staff at front counter was very friendly. The nurse who did my Botox was trying to upsell me on everything and she clearly didn't know what she was doing. In the 8 times I've had Botox, elsewhere, I never had such a horrible reaction. I had high expectations for this place as I wanted to use my Groupon for laser hair removal for a "small area." Prior to my appointment, I had called to schedule and they stated that underarms are considered a "medium area" and that I would be able to pay the difference. Which I did not mind at all. 3 different occasions on the phone, they said I would be able to pay the difference. Someone also said I should return the Groupon which I thought was a hassle but I gave it a try anyways. Like I expected, I was unable to receive a refund for the Groupon as it was passed 3 days after purchase. Mind you, I CALLED BACK weeks before my appointment to confirm that I was able to pay the difference when I came in. They said YES. My appointment comes around and to be honest, from start to finish it was a horrible and disappointing experience. The girls at the front gave me a hard time regarding the Groupon scenario. In the end I end up paying the difference which is what I was told in the first place. They just didn't prepare for it I guess. Now for my experience as a FIRST TIME laser patient. As someone who also works in healthcare, I'm seriously shocked at how poor this nurse's basic patient skills were. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she was blonde. As a first timer, you would think to make the patient comfortable and follow each step correctly right? This is the opposite of what this girl did. I stated that I had deodorant on and she said it was fine and there were baby wipes to clean prior to starting. I saw her bring out the goggles/glasses as she set them on the side. She stated to lay down while she left to go get the ice to begin. She comes back in and says, "did you clean your underarms?" Uhh, no? How was I supposed to know to clean it myself when you're the one doing the procedure? THEN, what pissed me off the most was her lack of awareness to know that she did the entire session with me having NO GOGGLES. How was I supposed to know she was beginning the procedure, she just went into it! As she was finishing the second arm she said "Oh you didn't have your goggles on!" GIRL WHAT? As a practitioner, I expected you to hand them to me and MAKE SURE I had them on BEFORE starting the procedure. Then she had the audacity to say "I put them right here" and points to them on the desk next to me and "At least least I didn't get it in your eye." BYE. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF IT'S MY FIRST TIME. AND SHE'S A NURSE??? 1. She neglected the safety of the patient 2. She did not take responsibility for it and blamed the patient If it weren't for my upcoming sessions, I would never come back. Let's hope the following sessions are better. read more

I had my PRP treatments here and done by Nina. I had lost a lot of hair all of a sudden and wanted something that would work well and quick. I had been using Rogaine. Shampoos, biotin vitamins etc. While it helped me stop from continued hair loss I needed something to help regain all the hair I had lost. I had so much hair! Gave this a shot and it WORKED!!! Soo glad I did I would do it again in a heartbeat! If you're thinking about it I would do it. It worked and it's been over a year and I have not lost any of the fullness that I got from the treatments. I also had botox and my lips done which she did a great job with. I also had my first microneedling and I gotta say it is not for me. It was so painful. Lol I was there again just recently I had my lips done by Nina and I had my laugh lines done. I LOVE IT! Went in for a facial, had a consultation with owner Nina who recommended threads and another treatment. I had just had major surgery, told her I wanted to get my surgeons approval first, they applied for care credit for me through my phone and charged for $5000 the same day. I seen my doctor who said I was too high risk for infection even with this non invasive procedure. I went back to tell them I could not have it done and they refused to credit back the $5000 they charged care credit even though I did lot have the threads done, I am low going through it with the care credit card who is refusing my dispute because I signed a form with Bella Sol. I am being forced to pay for a service that I never had done. The owner, Nina is a. Scam artist who takes from people while they are looking for a way to make themselves feel better. She only cared about the sale and nothing about my health. The forms I signed in the office was when I was in the lobby before my appointment that I thought was only going to be a facial before she tried to sell me the threads, such deceptive tactics. I am going to have to end up on small claims court. Save yourself and stay away find a respectable company to work with. read more

Please keep in mind, you only see positive reviews on facebook because they literally block you after you rate them negatively since people can see your own profile and pictures and understand you are a real person. This allows them to hide the review. It happened in just a few hours and here is the screenshot. Instead of reaching out and resolving the matter, they chose the easiest and most "cost effective" solution so they can continue to poke more people in as little time as possible. This is not a spa, it is a mill. ---------------- Very disappointed with this place. They're super sweet and nice as long as they're getting you to spend thousands there. When something goes wrong as it did twice, nobody's there to respond. It's greed at its worst: they have promotions almost on a daily basis and ask you to purchase on the phone and squeeze people in to make max profit, making others wait 3-4 hours for their appointment to start. Absolutely NO respect for your time. They give you an appointment and then "can't find you in the calendar" when you show up and ask you to come another day. I have high doubts that their fillers are original. The fake ones are exactly the same and all over the internet. Since I've been there my juvederm barely lasted 1.5 months despite having TWO sessions with two syringes. The "volbella" repeatedly caused a Tyndall effect. The cosmetic surgeon I visited in addition to several on Realself (do your homework) said Tyndall effect occurs rarely and when the product is injected too superficiallyand "not under the bone ligament". I also have a small lump. Those things did NOT happen before. They're constantly rushing and rushing you because they take in more appointments than they can handle. Will never go back. read more

I bought a 6 session laser hair removal they Groupon for this location and I have been singing their praise ever since. The front desk people are so very polite and efficient. They never make you wait more than a couple minutes if that. The technicians are very good at striking up a conversation with you so you don't focus on the tingle of the laser. They take the time to ask you how each session turned out and then make sure to adjust the lasers strength and take time to ice the sensitive areas. The location itself is peaceful and clean. I have been seeing Nina for my Botox injections for a while now and she's always been gentle and I've always been happy with the results. However, this last time that I went there for my injections She recommended for me to have more units than what I had planned to do and when I refused and insisted to get what I wanted, she became very agitated with me. Unfortunately, I ended up with multiple bruises and didn't feel like she was as gentle as always. I have been getting Botox for over 20 years and has never been bruised or felt so much pain in the past. I first found this Spa on Groupon, 'cause ya girl loves a good deal. It was for six sessions of an "extra large area" and if I'm remembering correctly it was around $250. If you're looking for something similar, I would advise you NOT to buy the Groupon. Simply call or walk in to talk to the concierge, and say you want whatever deal you found on Groupon. They'll match it. All of the nurses who performed the laser hair removal on me were extremely sweet. They converse as little or as much as you'd like. Not awkward whatsoever, and they're very attentive to your pain tolerance. They will adjust the power accordingly to make you feel comfortable. Once I found Sandra, I've been going to her ever since. I think this place is pretty great. My friends bought be Groupon packages for Brazilian bikini front and back. Well worth the price for sure. I love that they use the gel to prep your area and use ice so that it doesn't sting at all. The soprano ice machine has a super strong laser rays and it's great gliding across the skin. I've experienced different paths from many of the technicians here and I can say they each have a different format. I can't determine which person is better but from the ones I've consistently seen, Alyssa has been great on the center stubborn areas and she tried to talk to me to distract the pain. I definitely appreciated her getting deep into the butthole area so that hair doesn't grow and the center. The only caveat I would say is that sometimes they don't hold the ice long enough in areas. I would hope they hold it longer in the centers and back and then immediately zap on those areas so it avoids the pain. I appreciate the prices while I think it's a bit steep when you buy in office the results have been substantial, thus I've returned as a customer. Parking is great and not difficult to find. Location is in a strip plaza on the second floor. They schedule your appointments either before or after your treatment whenever they have time. I will say that sometimes you have to wait and I wish they didn't double book so that I can be in and out quicker. read more
