And there are two level. The course is in excellent shape. Greens are well maintained. This is a shorter course 9 holes par 29. Can finish the round in less than 90min. They also have a cafe I am looking forward to trying eventually. There is also a pro shop that is fully stocked with everything: Clubs, apparel, golf gear, and even a grip shop. My friend and I each got a bucket for $16 and the balls get sent straight to your assigned, automatic bay so no more lugging around buckets and bending over to tee up. The range is clean, well-lit, well-kept, with seating for each bay. Mats are also in decent condition. Unfortunately, we weren't told of a 1-hour time limit when we paid so my friend and I each lost ~25 balls when we were cut off. Perhaps they made announcements about this via the loudspeaker but it all just sounded muffled and I could barely hear. Only found out about the limit when the balls stopped appearing and I questioned staff. Besides that, I had a great experience and will be back with the time limit in mind.

It can get quite busy during peak hours and especially in the summer. There is also an area to practice short pitch shots and a sand trap. A bucket of balls cost a bit more than the average range but the shot tracer is well worth it. The 18 hole course is a bit better than your typical muni course. Greens aren't in the best shape but they are decent for the cost of the round. There is also a proshop with all you need and more to play a round. I highly recommend Alhambra Golf course!

He said they were the Ferrari of club fitters. "Master Fitter" had me hit my 7 iron and then had me hit different 6 irons. He ran the numbers on the "optimizer" and said I could only get 10 yards more from my 7 iron and that the club was doing its job. Stopped the iron fitting there and went to driver. Today, Jeff had me warm up, casually asking about my game, usual ball flight etc. He explained to me the potential causes of my misses. One of the reasons being, the club was too light. He gave me a lot of really priceless swing tips. We worked on with different shafts and heads... he explained the process and connected it to my swing. He put stickers on the face to show where I was hitting the ball. He always reviewed distance trends and took in to account the flight of my misses. Thankfully I was able to execute his tips and the average carry of my 7 iron was amazing. On course, my TOTAL distance would be 120. After Jeff's club and swing magic, my CARRY was 130. Total sometimes 140-150. So excited to get my new set of irons. My only regret is I didn't come here first. I'll be coming back here for woods and have him check with driver I got from. Club champion. I really wish I went here first. Iron fitting was $150 but the swing tips alone I feel was so much more. Will be telling everyone to come here. And this takes the cake as my all time favorite. The courses have great holes, with a large variety of simple classic style holes. But the place really shines in decor and atmosphere. It really leans into a more vintage vibe, considering this place is nearly 60 years old the grounds are immaculate, which is unheard of anywhere near LA. Amazing buildings and hedge arches dot the real turfed landscape. Vintage music plays out of old megaphones. Did I mention the place is massive? The parking lot holds maybe 400 cars, but expect it to be nearly full. It has vintage bumper boats, an arcade and 4 18 hole courses. Pricing is fair, 16.50 a person, and parking prices can vary but are usually free. Whoever maintains the grounds needs a serious raise, everything here is just perfect! COME AT NIGHT. This place really shines at night, when everything is lit up it is truly magical. One of the best in the nation, don't miss.
