I had an excellent experience! The front desk checked me in and was kind enough to offer me a beverage! They then had a very kind woman showed me to the locker room where I was able to change into very comfy robes for my massage. The massage was a full hour and very relaxing. I would recommend Danielle anytime! The locker room had an excellent stern shower which was the perfect way to end my day of relaxation. The new location is a beautiful theme and full of relaxation. I used to be a regular customer here. I've probably spent thousands of dollars here (it's my one vice). As a loyal customer, I can't even get an appointment now when I call. Glad they are doing well and they do a good job when providing services but I guess customer loyalty isn't all that important to them. Now I get almost everything done at other places but that isn't my preference. Good luck to the new owners! read more

When the hair stylist asked me if there was anything else I wanted her to do to my hair, it took all I had to not ask her if to never touch my hair again and if I could pay her half price. Bella Viaggio itself seems to be a very nice and clean place. It is definitely not worth the hype or money though. The stylists act as if they are God's gift to hair. I am stuck with a haircut 3 inches shorter than I what I asked for that ages me 20 years. I've heard for years about how Bella Viaggio is the place to get your hair done in Windham, but it certainly was a letdown. read more

This was my second time at the new location. The new location is really beautiful! The first time I went a few weeks ago for a deep tissue massage with Jess and I got a blow out with (can't remember her name). Jess was AMAZING!!! She gave a very therapeutic massage, was so attentive and all around a good therapist. Especially for her being very pregnant, it was one of the best massages I have ever received. 5 Stars for JESS! After, I got a blow out. The result was great but the girl doing my hair could not have been more uninterested in being there. She had a frown on the whole time, barely even talked to me and just seemed really moody. Maybe it was an off day for her, but it made my experience a little uncomfortable, like I was bothering her. My second appointment was this past weekend. I booked a deep tissue couples massage. I tried to book with Jess again but she wasn't available. The person on the phone booked me with Caitlyn and advised she was similar to Jess and I would be happy with her. This couldn't have been more wrong. Caitlyn's massage was rushed and so light handed on pressure. When she was working on my back she kept digging into my spine & ribs with her elbow, it seemed as though she had mistaken them for a knot in my muscle? I am also a massage therapist so naturally I am thinking a lot while I get a massage. Perhaps Caitlyn has been out of school for a long time and forgets the anatomy? I was very disappointed to say the least. I didn't say anything to her because I am not that type of person, and I honestly thought it was going to get better. She only checked in with pressure once, when she was working on my neck muscles when I was face up. She spent a lot of time working on my neck and really using a lot of pressure on my scalenes which I found quite odd. When she was working on my feet she somehow slid my toe ring off and it fell on the floor, I heard it clink on the ground. She completely ignored it and after my massage I had to get on my hands and knees to search for it on the ground. Overall a very bad massage by someone who I can't even believe holds a NH License to practice. My boyfriend advised his massage was not enough pressure either and I did not hear his therapist check in on pressure at all. Spent a lot of money on two very not so deep massages. Enjoy the good tips ladies, because I actually gave good tips (more than 20%) regardless of how unsatisfied we were. To end, the staff at the end when checking out is SO overwhelming. Why you have 4 people at the desk makes no sense at all. Needless to say I will not return to Bella which is very disappointing because I have been going to this establishment for years for various types of appointments. read more

I went here last weekend for a birthday mani/pedi and a brow wax. The new location is really nice, and the services were amazing! A few minor complaints, after my wax I waited almost 30 minutes for my nail services (even though they were booked back-to-back). Also, they don't allow for tip to be put on your card; it has to be cash or check. Not a big deal but kind of annoying if you never carry cash like me. The staff was lovely and I will definitely be back. read more

I have been going to Bella Viaggio for a few years now. My schedule is very tight and it's difficult for me to schedule the appointments weeks in advance, so the last time I called to make an appointment with my regular hair dresser (whom I really liked), he wasn't available and they recommended a new stylist, so I reluctantly accepted the appointment offered. When I got to the appointment, I met my new hair dresser, Aja. She was very friendly, and, the minute she put her hands in my hair I could tell she knew what she was doing. Her style is innovative and she takes the time to do things the way you want it. She worked in NYC for many years and you can see she brings new, edgy ideas to the mix. I was so happy with my hair; just came back from my second appointment. Aja is very talented; I hope she sticks around at Bella Viaggio. I can't afford going to New York to get my hair done! ;-) read more

I had an appointment for a consultation, as a new potential client. I arrived at 8:45am for a 9am. The receptionist was pleasant and the environment was clean and inviting. I watched staff arrive, some even just hanging out perhaps waiting for their clients to arrive. At no time did anyone check on me, even as I sat in front view of the staff. At 9:20 I went back to the front to explain I would not wait any longer. The front staff seemed shocked and confused. I explained that my appointment was 9am-9:30pm and I obviously would not be given the appropriate time. Although they apologized, even saying that my stylist was already in? This was my first experience at the salon. I obviously am not impressed and will be looking elsewhere. read more

From the front desk to all the services, the attention to detail and the wonderful way they treat their clients is superb! Love this Salon! My daughter had two Proms this year and for both events we had her hair done at Bella. Both times my daughter left looking amazing! We were very pressed for time for both events and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They honestly made her feel like family . John is amazing and actually replaced my prior stylist that I had used at another Salon for several years. Pam the nail tech does an awesome job, too! I am a regular customer for manicures and pedicures. Always a friendly greeting when I enter and an offer for something to drink, which is appreciated after a day at work and long commute. Manis and pedis are always the best! I get so many compliments on my nails, often from people I don't even know. Checkout is fast and easy always with an inquiry of how was your service. read more

Would give them a 0/5 if possible. Asked for a gradual ombre (Im brunette); I left with streaky highlights and PURPLE in my hair. They told me they wouldnt refund so I had to go in again. Second time I left with multiple shades of blonde all over and PURPLE on both sides of my hair. Complained and only got some of my money back because "the haircut was fine". My hair is destroyed, I didnt get a full refund so now I cant use that money to go to another place to get it fixed, and the hairdresser was rude. HORRIBLE SERVICE, NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE TIME. read more

I've been going to Bella Viaggio for over 10 years, mostly massages, but an occasional facial or manicure. I went yesterday for a mani/pedi. They appeared to be overbooked for nail services, I was taken in late for my pedicure, then had a very long wait time until a manicure station was available. The pedicure was nice and looks pretty good at least from my vantage point. The Shellac manicure, however, was a terrible mess. I definitely think she was rushing, she did not soak my hands, pushed the cuticles back dry, so now they are jagged and sore. She did not clean away the dust from filing and pushing my cuticles before starting to apply polish. When I commented on the bumpy base coat, she just put another layer on top of some of the nails. She did a sloppy job applying the polish: thick and lumpy, messy at the margins, and on the cuticle in places. I told the receptionist when I checked out that I was not happy with the manicure. They did offer to fix it, but having been there for 2+ hours already, I declined. The manager did come out and apologized and took the manicure off my bill, which I greatly appreciate, but wish I hadn't had to be in that position in he first place. To make it worse, when I booked the appointment, I told them I am very picky about my nails and wanted their best technician. Won't be returning for any further nail services. Hopefully my next massage will be back to the standard I've come to expect. read more

I went there yesterday for a massage, spa pedicure, and manicure. I absolutely loved it. Elizabeth was my massage therapist and she did a wonderful job. She asked a few times how the pressure was, she gave attention to the area that I said was a problem spot, and I left feeling extremely relaxed. The only downside, is when I got home later I felt a kink in my back that wasn't there before, it went away after a few stretches so not a big deal. My nail technician, Melissa S was absolutely amazing! She was so detail oriented, I honestly don't believe that my toes have ever looked so good. I have a problem with ingrown toenails and she paid such close attention to those spots and they feel a hundred times better today. My nails, toes and hands, were all shaped properly and were all filed to the same length. I think she got the polish as close as humanly possible to my cuticles without getting polish on the cuticles. Along with that both Elizabeth and Melissa were friendly and professional. Overall I had a wonderfully relaxing day and left feeling pampered! I can't wait to go back and treat myself again! read more
