I gave this restaurant a second chance, and unfortunately, it was just as disappointing as the first. This was my second DoorDash order from this location, and once again, my order was incorrect. I called the restaurant hoping they would help make it right, but I was told they couldn't even locate my order. No solution was offered, no attempt was made to resolve the issue, and I was left paying for an order that wasn't correct. [[HIGHLIGHT]]To make matters worse, I stopped by the restaurant and witnessed someone playing a banjo in the food preparation area. I even have a video of it. Regardless of the circumstances, it came across as highly unprofessional in a space where customers' food is being prepared.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Everyone makes mistakes, but what matters is how a business responds. After two incorrect orders and no meaningful customer service, I've lost confidence in this restaurant. I hope they improve their order accuracy, professionalism, and willingness to address customer concerns, but based on my experiences, I can't recommend ordering from here. read more

I have ordered multiple times from this location and have never had a bad experience. They are quick and it's always delicious, usually only 15 min wait from time of order. They have some unique choices off the menu- my favorite is the chicken tikka masala. They are always very friendly as well. read more

I place an online order for 12 people at work placed the order at 10am paid for it online with an 11:50 am pickup. I get there on time for them to tell me the order wasn't ready because they were waiting for their bacon order which would arrive in 15 to 20 minutes lunch for my company lunch time is from 12 to 12:30. So my complaint is when they knew the was no bacon why they didn't call me (they had my number) to let me know. if anyone orders online beware they do to respect their online customers. Today was the first time eating at Bellacino's. I have heard that the grinders were pretty impressive. There were so many options on the menu. It took me a couple of minutes to land on something. Everything sounded yummy. I ordered The BBQ Chicken grinder. I don't know what I was expecting, but when they brought it out to me, I was surprised at the portions and overall look of it. The grinder was very delicious. I can't wait to come back and try other menu items. I have yet to find a Bellacino's I don't like. I'm biased as I love grinders but that's just because they are GREAT! I can easily eat a half grinder though it's a lot of food and I've been known to eat a whole grinder. The Italian and chicken are my favorite two. read more

This is my favorite pizza chain. My nephew's come here once a month. We really like the pepperoni under the cheese. I wish there was a white envelope to put my review in to give the restaurant. Good pizza for lunchtime. You can eat the whole pie without feeling stuffed. It's very thin, which is great for lunch at work. read more

Similar casualness to a Quiznos but has a broader menu and dining area inside. Sandwiches were tasty, bread was typical and good sides portion. Good options for vegetarians also. My family enjoys this place. read more

I hate giving bad reviews on restaurants but when nobody will take complaints seriously about certain situations. I was at this restaurant on Monday September 14th 2021, with a co worker and a few other collages there a was individual in the kitchen who was using profanity, making inappropriate noises and talking bad about his fellow co workers. I was there today and thought this employee wouldn't be there anymore and he still is making remarks to his employees and not being nice. I was currently in restaurant around 1140 this morning paid with my debit card. I ordered a whole turkey in two boxes. My co worker Heather has also given a bad review about management and the way things are running as well. read more

This has got to be the best bellacinos in the area!! Their bread is amazing!! I heard they make I.T fresh everyday! Came with some family and we all got grinders.. I would have to say my favorite was the firecracker! Has a little kick to it, the bayou was good.. their garlic bread is CRACK! The staff was really nice and polite, they accommodated my family and our "add-ons" to the grinders.. restaurant is nice and clean.. they have plenty of seating. I like the TV set up they have up top.. they have some specials up that are not on the menu.. also I asked for some ranch.. and it was Marzetti!!! So awesome!! Def a good spot to hit up before or after a movie! Portion sizes are large.. I got a half size grinder, and snacked on some fries and garlic break and I.T was more than filling! read more

Mediocre, but when I'm feeling like a greasy pizza I go for Bellacinos. They can be very very backed up at lunch time. If you're going I suggest calling ahead. Last time I went with a group of four I called ahead and got my food in about 10 minutes they did not and it took over 20 for their subs. Usually pretty clean. Not terribly efficient. All and all not a bad lunch spot. read more

Nothing special, average pizza. I had the garlic bread which was okay. Better off going somewhere else. This place doesn't deliver. If you go to the website and order from there it only lets you order and pick up. You pay right then, not available to pay cash when you get there. Crust is mushy and not as crunchy as pizza usually is. Disappointed. read more

I wanted to try pizza from somewhere I had not had before, so I ordered a pizza from Bellacinos through the GrubHub app. After an hour of the tracking showing the pizza was still in progress I called to check on it. The person who answered the phone quickly said "wait" and then placed the phone on the counter and yelled to someone that "some lady wants to know where her pizza is" Another woman came to the phone and then started yelling I dont have no pizza for you. Not my problem you have to call GrubHub. I asked her twice to please check and see if they had already sent the pizza with a driver. Her reply is "what are you stupid I told you I dont have pizza for you. Driver must have it." Insisted that GrubHub was to blame. 15 minutes later the driver shows up and I asked what time he was given my order and he says about 15 minutes ago. So they had evidently just sent him out with it yet they couldn't tell me that. An hour to prepare a pizza when the app said 30 minutes. Pizza was cold, greasy and had very little sauce. I'd prefer to give Bellacino's 2.5 stars, but alas, I can't, and didn't know if it was worthy of 3 stars. It was a dark and stormy night (okay, not totally dark and not crazy stormy, but very very overcast and raining, perfect for pizza!) and I stopped in to Bellacino's for a medium pizza with one topping ($7.99). I ordered ham on the pizza, and am used to seeing pieces of ham scattered throughout. Here, it is shaved ham and in chunks in a couple of places on the pizza (one bite I got a mouthful, then none on the rest of the piece). Also, they cut the pie strange, you don't get a regular, triangle slice, but it's cut into squares (12 of them on a medium). That would be great for a party or something, but when I want a slice of pizza, I want a SLICE, not a bite sized corner of crust. I also asked for light sauce, and if they heard me correctly, their idea of light sauce is nothing but light. And the sauce itself? A little sweeter than I prefer. Lots of cheese though, that was nice. But the few bite-sized pieces I have left over probably won't turn into leftovers tomorrow. So, my search for delicious (and inexpensive) pizza continues... read more

Don't get the pizza. It is basic, mediocre pizza. Bellacinos/Mancinos is all about the grinders. Since I was a kid, I've always gotten the Club. Never lets me down. Home made bread is boss. They would get 5 stars if they had something else awesome. Bread sticks and cheese bread are good... But I'd like to see something else "signature" that rocks me like the club. What can go wrong when you bake your own bread? Bellacino's makes their bread and dough in-house. While this is a chain each one is individually operated. The grinders are amazing. If you're unsure about which one to choose from their expansive list, you can't go wrong with the steak, Bellacino's club or the chicken grinders. They pizza is amazing. It's a round pizza cut into squares. It's greasy but good. Definitely a treat. read more

Good ol bellacino's....the Stromboli sub is a must try! I've been eating that sub since I've been 18, so u have to give it a try! I recommend calling your order in because it takes a few extra minutes to put your sub in the oven. Their subs are big too! read more
