Cottage Inn has a great product with many options to choose from. This location tho, has incredible customer service as well. In particular, Amil is the man. He has fantastic customer service skills every single time I'm in there. Whether it's super busy, slow, things are going wrong, other employees dropping the ball. . . Amil is kind, courteous and keeps that place moving very efficiently. This isn't a one-time thing either. He's like this day in and day out. No tip I can leave would be sufficient to recognize him. What does it say about me that the people here already know me by name? This has become our go-to for a long day when no one feels like cooking, or when you have those days where you just need a pizza. We've been rotating through the variety of gourmet pizzas and customizing our own just to try new things. The cuban pizza with the deep dish crust is my current fave. It's crazy how different you can make each pizza here taste- there are SO MANY ways to make each one unique. We have yet to be sick of pizza! The service here is excellent. Everyone we've encountered here is so friendly, and so helpful. Even with masks on you can tell they are smiling. I love that! My only complaint is that when we try to order delivery we can't order from here since we're technically in another zip code. We are 1.5 miles away from this location and the next closest Cottage Inn is 4.8 miles away, but it's in our zip code. The other Cottage Inn just doesn't have the same service or quality! read more

After my grandkids' dance recital my son treated us all to pizza and breadsticks from this restaurant, we got take out. We had a deluxe pizza, the Everything Inn breadsticks with garlic cream cheese and the Classic Inn breadsticks. Everything was great! Really great chain pizza store. Love the flavored crust option for pizza. The Favorite is delicious! Would like them to be more heavy-handed with toppings but it's not a deal breaker. TERRIBLE SERVICE. We ordered a pizza via phone - BECAUSE NEITHER THEIR WEBSITE NOR THEIR APP WAS WORKING - and it should have been easy to deliver (we live near enough to the store). Instead, more than an hour later, NOTHING. I even saw their delivery car pull into our driveway but leave without delivering the food. So we called back. These folks claimed they tried to deliver to the same street name in a different town, which is nonsense, since that other town has no street with our street name. They said they'd redeliver. Still nothing. So we called back again. Whoever answered the phone gave me the same idiotic excuse as the first time, but he called me "Honey." And when the same delivery car I'd already seen earlier finally showed up AND GAVE US OUR ORDER THIS TIME, the food was cold. THIS LOCATION SUCKS. Don't waste your time here. read more

Pizza was soggy due to the manager spraying garlic butter all over instead of crust. There were literally puddles of butter on my pizza. When I asked for a refund they refused. I signed a receipt for $44 and my card has been charged $53. The manager actually raised his voice when I told him I'd been ordering the same pizza for over a year from this exact location saying he was the one who made my last one. This place continues to prepare customers' food without gloves or proper food safety PPE. Roughly 1 month ago, my wife walked into the aforementioned establishment and noticed their worker (now we know as "Mo"), that was not using gloves when building a customer's sandwich. The worker was using his bare hands to grab the bread, meat, and toppings to ensemble the meal. Obviously a concern to my wife, she confronted both Mo and the manager (Robby) who apologized at the time and said it would not happen again. Fast forward to today - the first time we have been back since the last incident - I walk into the Cottage Inn Pizza to pick up an order we placed over the phone. To my surprise, I witness "Mo" grabbing lettuce with no gloves and preparing a customer's salad entrée. I immediately complained and the manager asked Mo to put on gloves. The manager did not seem to take it seriously, though, and did not throw away the customer's food and remake it as they should have. Instead, they packaged it and put it in a bag to be delivered. Once I got home, I called the place of business to file a complaint, at which time the Manager then assured me that they threw away the food before it was given to the customer and had again talked to Mo. I do not believe they did. And I do not believe they take us seriously or our complaints when we continue to see workers handling food without gloves. Avoid this establishment if you can, I have already contacted the Health Department for them to be investigated. read more

Pizza is very good, for a chain restaurant. But I gotta tell you, I've never experienced more poorly trained and unskilled employees. The managers are great. They always make it right, but on three separate occasions I've had someone call me back to ask me what my order was. I've also arrived for pickup, and pizza was given away to another customer on accident. Ordering on the phone has taken up to 10 mins because they don't know how to enter the order on the computer. I keep coming back due to the managers and good pizza. Everyone is nice and pleasant, but service is out of control bad. If you choose to go here, you will definitely need patience. read more

i really really had high hopes for this new location. i was excited for them to open up a new cottage inn in my area, but sadly i was let down. the store is only a couple weeks old so i am hoping things will get better here. i ordered the large 2 topping special that came with an order of garlic cheese bread. i've had pizza from different cottage inn locations many times and i was surprised that my order did not meet expectations. the food was slightly undercooked, the garlic cheese bread was very doughy and i ended up tossing it out. the pizza was extremely limp, you could not hold a piece without the toppings falling all over the place. really just a big disappointment! i will give them a few months to work out the kinks and hopefully they will get better. one thing that i can say is that their toppings are really fresh and they give you plenty of them! stop inside and pick up a promo paper, there's a 50% off coupon on your first order. read more

On 5/2, my mother was craving pizza, I told her Cottage Inn was great, we order, and my husband picks the order up. He is so caught off guard and tells me about it when he got home. No one there was wearing any sort of gloves, even the person making the food. That's someone's hands all in the food, no gloves. There was no one wearing any masks, and the guy at the front counter was super close to my husband. He told me this when he got home ... we are doing a pretty tight self quarantine, this was a huge treat for us. We didn't trust it, we threw it all away. Whenever I call them to let them know something was not right I end up getting three more phone calls from managers and other employees all whom don't know what is going on.
